I have to keep in mind that this is not a 'ihub' type stock. This is a heavy hitter, that ihub has little to no effect on. The big boys are and will be buying this up imo
This afternoon should be very interesting. Maybe the monster run has begun that we have been waiting for.$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
I like the direction it is going in ;)
Indeed, I think right on the money possibly may have been conservative. Still very early in the day;
I think there will be many days like this ahead. Huge buys.
You may want to load some more bags;
.17's UP
I like your poetry ;)
This thing is a friggin MONSTER
BBBBBOOOOOOMMMMM. Here we go :)
Another thing that shows that they are being proactive while awaiting DOT response is I found out that in November Baltia contracted two professional airline certification consultants, Aviation Content Management and PAS Group, to assist Baltia staff with Air Carrier Certification. Aviation Content Mangement participated with JetBlue certification. PAS Group is an FAA approved air carrier certification consultant. Things are moving along. Any more information I can dig up I will bring to the board.
Lots of big companies lose millions ;)
HUGe profits here. Waiting for the BOOOOOMMM myself;
Maybe. I can't believe how many millions in dollars they generate in profits from reading the filing. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Been there, done that, got the t-shirt
The 15 million profit includes the 52 million. Well, then that is still good. Just imagine if that 52 million didn't go to lawyer fees. Wow, this company definitely generates profits.
Well, at least they seem to be very profitable
I know OJ didn't spend nearly that much on the Dream Team lol. That is a ton of money.
52 Million in lawyer fees? Something doesn't sound right there.
What I meant by serious investor, I mean the ones listed in the private placement that is now closed (the recent filing).
I agree with you, that at every successful milestone, the pps should react accordingly. Waiting on that next step :)
That is true, but I think they were coinciding the filing and the request date around DOT approval. Doesn't matter though in that the serious investors who invested in the airline have their sights set in the dollars, not pennies.
I read that last year too if everything went perfectly but I think when they had to resubmit to DOT it has held things up. Working with the government can be a slow process.
I do not think the date means much as it is approximate. I think they were using a date around a possibility of hearing from the DOT. To me, I think it shows confidence as is everything else the company is doing right now while awaiting word from DOT. They are being proactive in many areas...
All it does is present more opportunities, so it's all good;
That will work;
Yup, my shares are my most cherished possession. I wish I could kiss them lol
Anyone who is doing well here, I advise you to hang on to all of your shares. I have made the mistake in the past selling too soon after massive gains, only to watch it go to incredible levels while I was left behind. I am not going to let this happen this time. Life changer here folks...
Good try. All it is is an amendment to the S3 filing on 12-26.
I dug into this yesterday and all it is, is there was an accountant's signature missing on one page. That is it!
Good try though...
This stock does not need to be pumped. They will fly or they won't... period. Also, I have another tidbit for you. In December, a new team member joined Baltia’s management as Chief of Flight Operations – Joseph Smoltz. Mr. Smoltz’s previous experience was serving as the Chief Pilot for FedEx. Yes, FedEx.
Do your DD and let us know what you find.
I likey :)
No problem, glad you cleared it up. Don't think I could have waited til Wed! Lots of good stuff going on right now
My God, I was about to have a heart attack!
Closed????
That was one of my questions earlier on. From what I understand, everything is in place for St Petersburg, but they cannot put the cart before the horse. Upon approval, they will have operations staff and maintenance in place in St Petersburg. They will be assigned a terminal, but all hinges on DOT and FAA approval here first.
As far as your second question, DOT comes first. Without approval, nothing else matters.
Haven't let one share go here either. My sights are set on much more than pennies.
I agree. Locked and loaded ;
One point I wanted to touch on was that since their application to the DOT, they have not been just sitting still.
They are approaching this as if they will be approved.
For instance, in November Baltia filed with the Port Authority of NY&NJ for Port Authority security clearance at JFK. In December the Company was approved for card issuance. The company’s staff completed the required training and as of January (now) Baltia staff has been approved for and have been issued the Port Authority security cards.
To me this speaks volumes.
I agree, looks very strong...
Anytime dak. Everything has checked out over and over and over with my research and dd. Just waiting on the DOT response at this point...
I would say she is moving nicely right now.
