To bad the workers probably have zero control of what they carry. I am sure the corp offices choose the products.
You got into stocks at the perfect time. I think that you have joined in for a once in a lifetime opportunity and I think others here agree. Make sure you buy enough to be able to sell and take some gains, and have enough leftover to let run. The sky is the limit here. Don't let anyone fool you with price predictions. The predictions get crazy around here but the fact is AKYI is going to run. Most people on this board have paid MUCH more for their shares (at least some of their shares) then it is worth now. My average is about .0125 and I am holding what some on this board call "the retirement load."
GLTY
365,276,388 shares of the registrant's common stock (par value $0.001 per share) were outstanding
These are good numbers for us
Boardmarks down again today. Go figure.
Yes I understand they will go with another financer in the future. But why would they refiance a loan (with Nutmeg) that they are not making any payments towards. Right now the money from Nutmeg is "free." Once it is refinanced they will have to pay on it. You would be hard pressed to find a reason to give up the free money.
Don't count on a rocket and you won't be disappointed again.
I doubt they could refi with Nutmeg still locked up w/ the SEC.
My initial price was .14 but we will have to see.
It just came out give it time to work its magic 4 u.
I love that review.
Maybe we will get a little help from Wal Mart

Top Notch review for a top notch product. Good find. Many more to come.

That was not for you but I am glad you enjoyed it. It seems we have been steadily losing boardmarks. I can't understand it. We have never been better positioned. In fact the share price has been many times higher, with the same share structure, and nothing going on like we have now. Would you like me to talk about all the positive developments now?
The fact is we ARE moving in the right direction.
The management probably owns a bunch of shares. I am sure they will make out well if the pps goes up. So it is in their best interest to only do things to benefit the pps. The management has always spoken highly about Shareholder Value. In my opinion that is exactly what we have been getting for our investment. Patience is key. You can't rush a great thing. You never want to build a company to fast. Baby steps. Slow and steady.
Wouldn't it be great to hear we are going to have the IPhones cases sold in the Apple stores? Once we get a product into brick and mortar stores we might really get this rolling.
No it is not what I said. It is what AKYI said. There is another PR that talks about the agreement too. Look it up if you like.
AccessKey, Inc. Announces Reduction of Legacy Debts
ALBUQUERQUE, NM announced today that the Company has paid down $675K of approximately $1.6 Million or 42% of long term debentures that were incurred by previous management. This was done in an effort to prepare AccessKey for the future growth of its businesses.
AccessKey IP's Chairman, CEO, George Stevens, stated, "We have reviewed the outstanding liabilities of AccessKey and it's readily apparent that some of the debts incurred by the former management team have to be dealt with in order to give the company a fighting chance to succeed and move forward.
The overhang from these previous debts would stymie the ability to finance the company responsibly into the future."
Under current management, the Company is working to restructure agreements with remaining debt holders to eliminate or restructure the remaining Company debts and debentures. Stevens continued, "After lengthy discussions with AccessKey's management team and a comprehensive review of the Company's business plan and operating models, we believe that the debt holders and investors will accept restructuring based on the potential they believe AccessKey possesses."
Well my thoughts on the matter of the loans...
...as previously stated by management at the time of the loan the specifics you are refering to were not agreed on by AKYI. The loan was signed with the understanding that they would rework these parts not agreed on. Before they could rework anything SEC pulled the plug on the Nutmeg. Because of this AKYI is not making ANY payments on this note. Furthermore, as the SEC goes through all Nutmeg's crap they might stumble upon this note. I imagine they will see that AKYI did not agree to the terms and realize the terms are ridiculous and do all the reworking of the loan.

Someone posted a negative review but after searching around I realized that it was one of the few I could find. Whoever came up with that was obviously making a point to leave out 95% of the positive reviews. They posted the one negative review they could find. Their DD could not be that flawed. Post what you want but most of us here know when you get negative you are just trying to buy AKYI. Good work there, buy now while you can at this level.

Cons:
None
Pros:
High Quality, No Need To Remove Skins, Good Value, Fast Charge, Durable
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
This is the best charger on the market. It's so easy for the kids that we don't have to remove the padded skins anymore (they never find their way back on when you take them off). Charges great, lasts a long time and saves the controllers by keeping the skin on.

Wow, NO MORE BATTERIES!
By Funguy from Arkansas on 07/22/2008
Pros:
Time And Trouble Saver, Durable, High Quality, Good Value
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I was able to ditch the batteries when I got this. It has a rechargable pack that goes in place of the batteries. Once I installed I did not have to fumble around removing and replacing any batteries. Ah yes. I just set the controllers on the dock and they get charged. The controllers are always charged, no down time, nice.
Maybe it has a little to do with all the reviews! 100% positive reviews.
Wow good find on the restock.
You did not do your research did you?
I got 1 of the batteries replaced for my wii charger. Mark took care of it quick.
No time for this x mas. No way.
There is a lot of product out that probably has not been paid for yet.
Lets stick to the love fest, unless you have a reason we should not.
I know all the die hards are gearing up. AKYI remains on the right path. The sky is the limit.
We have lost a lot of boardmarks...
...Losers!
If you are new you may not know that we usually go down after the good news.
For a few years I think.
"Let's hope - you seem to moving your date out more and more, ey?"
Don't afraid, you will be OK on this one.
30 days
Yes I was kidding because yesterday only aroung 25,000 traded all day.
Nice to see more then 25,000 shares traded already today. This could be the day.
Bruce needs to get on the old horn and tell them we got store ready products to take the place of the inferior recalled line of products.
I guess Toy R Us should have bought the Incharge units. If I was on the Tecknocreations sales teams I would be calling Toy R Us, Target, Best Buy and telling them we have a product ready to take the place of these units and they don't even burn the house down.
