This is ridiculas. Although today was a lot more bearable than yesterday - we are either getting stomped on as longs or we are not even trading.

Seems like something is going to happen but everytime it does seem like it - well let's just say I get really nervous when that happens.....But no - I never sell.

You are correct. I have a friend that works for NBC. I have discussed RRGI and the concept in comparrison to what is available to viewers today.

From his perspective and how he see's the market from the inside - the sense that he is getting is that the market, while continuing to want to see reality type programming - the shows that have more of a chance for success are the shows where the contestants are from everyday walks of life and not of the celebrity stature.

He stated that this was just his observation and was basing it on what he has seen from the programming and ratings of what is on his and the competeing networks and from what he hears from the executives in management at his station regarding developments, changes and and what might be happening in the industry as a whole.

I don't think it would hold up in court - the essential concepts are different. Different things takes place, the winner will probably be donating money to charity. The cars the celebs use will probably be different, they way they are judged will be different.....So many differences to say that one did not steal or rob the idea from the other.

I will not say that I haven't thought that ABC saw this idea and tried to come up with a spin off of some sort. If I remember correctly - there was something I read where ABC themselves stated that they put the show together is a relatively short period of time.

Totally agree we need new investors but I still get the feeling from watching how the PPS has gone up on single trades since the session opened - that the MM's know that this is going to run soon.

I have to also say that I have no real idea how RRGI is actually going to play out. I would have guessed we would at least be back in the low .20's by now.

That's the way it goes though.

Any thoughts......I have seen stocks and similar activity where things are crazy and flat out wrong for weeks and then all of a sudden - the activity ceases.......

Many times from the stocks that I have seen do this - when the activity ceases like it has here - it is a sign a things happening behind the scenes - the MM's stop playing the shorters are trying to catch up - because they all know something is going to happen and know they have to let a stock run.

In some other cases - other things are happening that cause the activity to cease for the most part but it has nothing to do with a change in the way a stock will trade or direction it is going to go.

Usually when i have seen this is only lasts a day or two and not much longer than that.

Any thoughts to what is happening here based on other posters experiences? I mean we do have the time to discuss on this awfully slow day.

Also - from my understanding of that show - it is a 'Dancing with the Stars' format where the celebrities learn to drive and go through the motions with a pro driver teaching them.

RRGI is a format where average joe's are competing for something that will change their lives.

Well I know things have changed down there dramatically as well. Maybe take a day or two to revisit both areas to see what suits you best.

If' you're looking for peace and quiet - you can find it but you may have to pay for it. Just depends on the area.

I have seen Spike do that before - I used to watch UFC religiously at times and for the finals in the past, they have blocked out whole staurdays to replay the shows and to build it up to the finals.

Anyone who has followed the UFC on Spike will know that this not a surprise and has happened before.

What strikes me is that the MM's are not doing their usual thing with this today. Make me wonder if the have backed off for a specific reason or what?

I agree w/ ya all the way. I don't know Matt in admin but it would seem that even if he and any of the people overseeing the other board are friends, that even he cannot let it go on like this to much longer as it will put his own integrity into question.

There have been clear and obvious signs that the other board is being used for basher purposes. Lord only knows how many people have been influenced or turned away by or from what they read instead of getting any sort of objective viewpoints.

If it is allowed to continue - it will become more and more obvious to more and more people and eventually lead to the fairness and integrity of the IHUB administration to being brought into question.

Has anyone brought particular point up to Matt to let him know this is starting to look really bad - not only regarding the mods on the other board but starting to reflect on IHUB admin as well?

This is true. I am sure though that there are some longs who don't mind this either as if they have the money - they can undoubtedly accumulate shares. If you can do this as I unfortunately cannot at this time, you might want to consider it.

RRGI will go up one day but when that will be who knows. Until then I am going to saty pretty quiet. I am tired - very tired right now and have no more energy for the games being played. Don't worry though - The shares I have will not be sold. I am holding long and strong. Just sick of having everything I see tell me the PPS should go up and then seeing stuff like what happened today go on over and over like it has for the last several weeks.

Todays trading of RRGI was disgusting to the core. A total waste for most of us to pay any attention.

Don;t get me wrong - RRGI is not to blame! A great deal many other are to blame though. For some reason - After reading all the posts from a certain person on the other board - and I have thought this for some time. - Well Something just doesn't sit right with me and I would put $100 that if that person and his friends disappeared - then some of these problems would go away too. Just a guess and my opinion though.

I don't think it will help at all - but I had to get some frustration out. I emailed Kathy at RRGI and asked her to consider putting her efforts together with the investor relations people they are using in order to try to come up with a steady flow of information that is both both not only about RRGI itself but also contains information that will support the fact that this is a strong stock.

The Pinks are news/PR driven. I couldn't know until I tried.

Basicallly - like I said - Who knows if it will ahve any impact at all - I doubt it. However I mainly did it to voice my concern.

I also told her that i thought that they were doing an excellent job and that it was so obvious that improvment had been made and that it look like a recipe for a successful show but that the stock price was suffering.

I think that the RRGI Investors Relations person needs to get with the PR person and have a nice long chat about how they should be working together to help us the Investors out here.

Today's monstrosity should have never happened. It was a digusting reminder that even when a company is real and produces what they say they will and it is obvious what they produce is going to be successful, that it takes a lot more than just us little guys to give those that stand in the way of success a good swift kick in the A*$ to get them the hell out of the way and let what should happen - happen.

There has to come a point in time when this manipulation stops and we are allowed to see this go where it should be.
