The .145's seem to be gettin eaten up. We may see a big breatkout to the upside soon (today).

Oil Update:

Iran said they will defy the UN and pursue nuclear research. The UN Security Council unanimously voted for sanctions on Iran on Dec. 23 for refusing to suspend uranium enrichment (Iran has stated publicly that if any sanctions were put on them they would use oil as a "weapon" -- Iran may actually look to disrupt oil from flowing through the Strait of Hormuz waterway -- oil from S. Arabia, Kuwait and the UAE pass through this waterway). While crude oil is called higher this morning, there is very little volume post X-mas and the spot contract could see a lot of volatility -- Iran's news coupled w/ intensified militant action in Nigeria (tampered pipeline exploded) could cause crude oil to test $65 in the next day or so. Feb crude oil is up 39 cents to $62.80pbl

Yeah, Pink, that chart is informative, and HEMI should be highly leveraged to the price of oil. Like T. Boone Pickens said recently, "you'll never see $50 oil again."

CHICAGO (MarketWatch) -- The U.N. Security Council unanimously agreed on Saturday to impose sanctions against Iran for its nuclear program, the Associated Press reported. The agreement came after months of difficult negotiations and only after Russian President Vladimir Putin called President George W. Bush Saturday to discuss the vote, the news agency said. The final draft of the agreement calls for all countries to ban the supply of specified materials and technology that could contribute to Iran's nuclear and missile programs. It also imposes an asset freeze on key companies and individuals in the country's nuclear and missile programs named on a U.N. list.

Very Bullish looking indeed. I think Oil has put in a bottom and with the OPEC production cut, oil is heading higher. Hold onto your HEMI!

I hope to see some huge volume from now until to close to really set the stage for a big move. Oil is also moving up in price and looks bullish, especially with Chavez's re-election in Venezuela, that keeps oil on it's toes!
