Like we've all been saying all along, what we need is sales. Regardless of what the capital structure is, if there aren't enough sales to turn a profit, the dilution will continue. Right now, the company has a choice: Either do the reverse split and stay in business or don't do the split and stop business. We've got the lesser of two evils. But neither one is good. Come on, Fred. Get the sales machine going!!!!
Now that's funny!! You don't dare poorly articulate your point on this board!!
Edit: Scovanner - Did you mean to say that when supply is higher than demand the price falls, and when demand is higher than the supply the price climbs? And where they are equal at a given price is the equilibrium point?
Wow. Big volume today, and the ask FINALLY went up to .006. Let's see this sucker rally!!
Exactly!!! Or at least no connection we know of...
At least it looks like a clean shell...It's gotta be since it's a company that hasn't done anything.
They haven't posted mine either. Mine said that I added up each individual sale yesterday and came up with almost a billion for yesterday alone (a little less than what was reported probably due to my rounding). It certainly wasn't yesterday and Friday combined.
The bid is now at 0. I didn't think that was possible. But I never thought I'd see a billion shares traded in a day, either, geez.
My WAG has a spotty past. Sometimes I'm on the money...Sometimes I'm nowhere close!!! I guess we'll see in due time.
Edit: But thanks for the vote of confidence..
Thanks Shorts...I called the TA about restricted shares and they referred me back to the company. So I guess John will give the information to us if he feels like it. From the volume levels, I'm guessing the actual float is in the 60 Million range, but that's just a WAG on my part!!
Thanks for the reply. The I-Box shows 97.5 million issued common shares (that's correct as far as I know), but I'm looking for how many of those are restricted to get an idea of what the active float is at this time. If anybody has any idea, I would like to know...Unless I missed it, John left out this information in his press releases.
I'm very happy with the recent developments / disclosures by the company. But I do have one quetion...Does anyone know the current float? There's 97.5M issued common shares, and the BOD has a little over 1M they say they aren't selling. Does anyone know the actual number of unrestricted shares?
Thanks.
Thanks Monk, and Skier. I was unaware of that...and it really sucks!!
The US Patent Office still has the CT listed in application stage...the same as it's been since the last time I checked, some months ago.
Just FYI. I'm not sure where this abandonment stuff is coming from.....

That's what I know (more or less).
PQL -
This is GREAT news for the company, especially if they got the refinery equipment on the cheap. I have a question that I'll throw out...It seems that every time we have a good PR (I don't see any other way to take this one), the PPS goes down. And between today and yesterday, the volume has been low, so I'm not suspecting the company has dumped shares into the market. So I'm trying to figure the reasons for the pps to be mired like it has been. So far, I haven't come up with anything.
Any ideas???
Yeah, I was wondering the same thing....Maybe just group apathy. Volume as of late has been low, too. Hmmmmmm.
I'm still around...just resting on the bottom.
This is a little late, but GREAT job, Skier. We're just about over the hump, IMO.
LaRive - Sorry for the delay in answering this...No, I'm not going off of what someone else said. First of all, it makes sense that the company is selling shares, since the company doesn't have any major revenue streams (that I know of), and they are expanding operations.
Second, pinksheets.com lists the O/S 88.5 million at 4-17-07, and the company lists shares of 130,594,854 as of 6-15-07. So in two months, the number of shares outstanding increased by 42 million. That's what I've based this on.
As for staying positive, I am very positive on the company. Like I said, just about everything they've PR'd is independently verifiable. That's a GREAT thing for a pinksheet company. And John does have a good track record. That doesn't necessarily mean that this venture will be successful, but it's a good start.
So that's what my opinion on the company is!!
SKT - I agree with this...the company has a lot of things going on, and they all seem pretty positive. And all of the projects listed by the company are independently verifiable. The only downer is the dilution at this point. I believe we won't get any big appreciation in the share price until the company stops selling shares to fund the company. This will require revenue streams in excess of expenses.....
When the company stops the dilution, the pps should go up in a hurry...until then we wait.
And I forgot a "DOH!!!"
Thanks!! I've gone over the company website like 12 million times and missed that somehow!! OH well. So much for DD...
I've been doing research on the company the past few weeks. One thing I like about this company, as compared to other pinks, is the amount of verifiable information available. So far, I've been able to indepdendently verify almost all the information the company has put out. The only thing I'm lacking is the current number of shares outstanding and the number restricted (the TA doesn't talk, and the company hasn't given me the answer).
Until the company has revenue streams going, they will have to either acquire debt or sell shares. That's just the way it works. Hopefully John has a timeline together to get the revenue going. I suppose that's one advantage to the business model he has (multiple businesses in multiple directions).
Thanks...I had the same thought for a short-term play!! From a longer-term perspective, I see quite a bit of dilution going on. The 6-15-07 share structure estimate in the I-box...did that come from the TA or where...does anyone know??
But I do like the chart right now...
Edit: BTW, with the volume spiked up as of late, I can't see an 8 million float as accurate. It's got to be way above that. I've e-mailed back and forth with John the CEO, and he's answered every question I've asked him, except what the current share structure is...Interesting.
Hello. I'm new to this board and stock. I'm doing some DD on this company...seems like this board is about 50/50 pump and dump vs. legitimate business. Does anyone know what the current share structure is? I haven't called the TA yet, just wondering if someone has.
Good luck to everyone!!
Yep. The only way they are buying back shares is if they got a huge order they haven't told us about and are buying shares with that money. I doubt that is happening...So instead, we wait...some more...
Ward - I'm not expecting anything like that, but that was the number I came up with so Leo could get his .05 pps with 6 billion shares outstanding. To put up a net income of 12 million would require sales somewhere in the neighborhood of 70000 to 75000 CT's (that's based off current numbers - with the economy of scale they'd get at these levels you might be able to knock off 5 to 10 thousand I guess).
But it's fun to dream.
Now, if they were to actually put up numbers anywhere close to these, you would likely see a much greater pps than .05, as a company growing this fast would likely trade at a much higher multiple than the 25 I used... It's all really a crap shoot anyway!!
Edit: And by the way Leo, you wouldn't find these numbers on the balance sheet.
Leo - Try a $12 million net income with a p/e ratio of 25.
Thanks Prado and Crypt...
Crypt - I'm not sure who got the information that the company was delinquent. If you pull up the company on the Delaware corporations site, you have to pay $10 to see what their status is. It was my recollection that the pinksheets.com entry, showing the state of incorporation, has always just shown "Delaware." If I'm mistaken, please feel free to correct me!!
Edit: I don't know if the person who posted on here payed for the report or not...
Ward - We are about due for a PR that Cingular / AT&T has approved the GSM version...maybe that'll be news here shortly.
Sentinel - Good luck to you. You have been an awesome moderator and I'm bummed to see you go. I don't blame you for going, though. You have a very thankless job.
GC - That's a very good post...I don't have much to debate with you because I agree with what you're saying!!
I just read the report, and I don't see anything in there that we don't already know (less, actually). They post the Birman financials filed with the SEC through 2000, which mean nothing. The only thing current in the report appears to be based on the PR's through March. And they still have the old address for Birman listed (Cookeville, TN).
IMO, the report timing is just a coincidence with the tanking we saw. My recommendation: If you can't get the report for free, don't pay anything for it!! By the way, TD Ameritrade doesn't list the report, but you can get a free copy through Reuters.com after jumping through some hoops.
Yeah, I know what you mean. My wife's a lawyer. So I try to keep her in the dark as much as I can...
Maybe he's actually a bobblehead.
GC - I agree. Mystery and Pete's news is very good...Not the smoking-hot info we all are looking for, but good nonetheless. I'm holding...and adding a bit, too.....
EZ - I had a buy order in most of the day at .019 and got a partial fill. Not a lot of selling interest, at least at that level today.
The first time I saw the photo you have at the bottom, I thought "Why in the world would the CEO of a company let THAT photo go all over the Internet!!" He looks like he has to pee or something...
Merry - What level of proof are you looking for? And why do you need such a high level of proof? If there is an actual investigation by the SEC or the FBI, they would go farther for an ID in court or an administrative hearing. But for me, the Macreport photo and the photos on the website are good enough. I believe these are photos of him.
pete - Do you know which TA is the new TA? Is it Fairross or the other one?
Thanks for the info!!
Ward - Wicks has been very careful to count "sales" as delivered units in his PR's, so I suspect he hasn't changed anything in this regard. I guess we'll see "when the fat lady sings" in the Q2 financials.
Spence - GREAT job on the brochure. Man you put a lot of time and effort into this company!! I appreciate every ounce of it!
