And onto the next narrative when the last one flopped.
Why dont you call the ceo for starters. That's a really dumb request to make on a free message board to ordinary investors. Accusing peeps here of having inside info are we? What's even more hilarious is that you thinks you got one over with it. Tsk tsk tsk!

Thanks for the updates Capt Hindsight II, what would we have done without those incredible hindsights! Pretty obvious to the market and this noob the narrative ain't gettin the desired traction because the longed for dump isn't happening, well not so far at least. In fact the opposite has and i suspect the goonsquad will go silent again if or when this latest rs goes bye bye. Found the thread right after the last cancelled rs and as i suspected you all did a houdini act. lololololololololololololololol. Oh sheet, i almost forgot...phony!
On a more serious note, very pleased i stumbled across this board so early on, its been a real eyeopener to the depths some will sink to to make money. Thank you all so much for the rude awakening to the reality of investing in the otc, and the market in general. Guess the Wolf of Wallstreet (no pun intended) was mor fact than fiction after all.
Golfing, yet still consumed with the goings on @ the sunpac board, and i'm on aboard the Dragon SpaceX craft about to lift off. lolololololololololol
Phony!
They're scouring the interweb looking for broken links that fits the, "sunpac is a scam" narrative? No way, i'm shocked and flabbergasted! What a bunch of as####es.
Oh surprise surprise, the phony narrative now shifts to sunpac's ability to afford Elba. Read the disclaimers on both websites you hung your hat on bozo. That flimsy dd is to mock and laugh at.
Nobody cares about who the links were from, the point is they didn't work. As i proved in another post, the bozos from those sites post full disclaimers about the accuracy of the their own listings. If y'all took the basher blinders off for two seconds you'd have seen it plain as day. Obvious they don't vet every single property they list and simply rely on 2nd/3rd/4th party data sources that may or may not even be accurate. Phony!
You'd have thunk the poster would've bothered to mention this disclaimer from the link since its kinda important for context no? Like i've said before, gotta sift thru loads of data daily, so there's that. .

In other words, the Elba property listing ain't necessarily accurate.
Yeah its weird that it keeps getting announced and then cancelled even though the supposed purpose to raise cash never happens. Common sense says its being done for reasons other than the crap being said here. Nobody has a clue why they keep doing it, including you, so stop pretending it can only be negative. Could be just as a supposed response from the ceo said, that its to protect the company. At this point we got no clue if it'll be the same as the last two so for now the only credible info is what the company said. Point is you're just as clueless as the rest of us.
What's the short term catalysts for this pps surge, funding, new project coming online?
You can't be right about something by simply repeating public history of the company's past failed projects Capt Hindsight. lolololololololololololol Y'all will be right when something predicted actually happens like the 4k-1 rs, the Gep deal falling through because of zero solar panel sales and so on. Just caterwauling on day after day and repeating facts everyone already knows and claiming it as being right is actually being deluded. What about the last 2 rs that were cancelled, were you also RIGHT about those? I suspect y'all were saying the same thing you're saying now and were dead wrong and in this new rs, could be dead wrong again. Try actually getting something right before heehawing will ya. Geez!
Not sure what part confuses you. Will say it again, not interested in investing advice from message board phonies. There seems to be a whole lot of them on here.
Try putting up a link that actually works. Phony!!!
Yea sure....keep posting all day why don't you. In the mean time i'll keep ignoring you. I'll be doubling my investment next week just for giggles.
When some random on a message board starts urging peeps to sell my spidey sense starts tingling. My spidey sense is great at singling out phonies, so there's that!
The fed inaction may have helped the general market BUT the fact is someone was buying huge blocks of sunpac shares at the ask when lower bids weren't getting filled. Relaying 1st hand info because i was watching it play out in real time. Could be nothing but then again! We'll see next week i guess.
One more thing, those ?volume are almost always in the buy column. Was told this happens when the spread is 2 or more. The mm sells shares to the retailer at the mid point between the bid and ask. Last i saw the buys to sells gap was huge. Not sure how the day ended.
Agreed! Not an expert here but it sure does seem that way. Huge low pps bids weren't gettin filled at all while at the same time big buys were goin tru at $0.0028 and up. Weird after all the doom and gloom talk but then again things could change real quick.
Great question. Was watching the Level 2 action today. Can't say for sure but someone seems to really want sunpac shares real bad, but that's me.
Using the word bias was probably a bit too strong but no offense meant. Should've said pro sunpac instead. Would think if this was a classic pump n dump the ceo would've unloaded shares into that run like there's no tomorrow. On another note, with all the doom and gloom predictions on here about the 4k-1 rs and "sunpac is a scam" caterwauling, the pps is kinda heading in the wrong direction. Was hoping to enter sub $0.002 but never got to so i guess i'll see what happens next week. What's your opinion on the uptick in trading over the last couple days?
Nothing in that post has any value in my book cuz the source is a snakeoil sellin phony.
Keep seeing this "rs on the 12th" narrative getting put out by the same peeps. Dunno bout them but i speak and understand English pretty well and can say neither 14c says that.
Advice received and noted. Thanks for the heads up
Lets try this again. Saw in the 14c the ceo now owns 33m+ odinary shares of sunpac. Did he sell any during the run to 35 that you keep mentioning? Know you're biased towards the company but at least you backup your claims up with searchable facts, unlike some noisemakers. Tia
The point is that after june 2023 axitec has received no shipments and those that have been received were to gep usa on behalf of sunpac. The parentco gep china is using gep vietnam/usa and sunpac as cut outs to get around possible import sanctions/tariffs. Pretty clear to the noob here so wondering why its so hard for you?
Been here less tnan 2 weeks, i think, and can say alot in that post is just plain false. The drugs guy cited the gep website which proves the gep-sunpac relationship which you keep ignoring. I suspect the reason for that is because you can't. As for them "finding" axitec thats also false because i saw the date of the last axitec shipment and again using facts, it was before the supposed sunpac-gep distribution deal. The graph simply shows the when, it does not, as you admitted show to whom the shipments went so in fact the axitec shipments were likely those in may/june. Again the link proving the date of the last axitec shipment is there and yet you seem hell bent on ignoring it.
The only thing that makes sense to me on the 24/7/365 bashing is that it very personal for them to destroy Nick Campanella.
Got that vibe after reading through a weeks worth of posts. Manic level at times, but that's me.
Hard to deny its on purpose because i've seen you guys post this info many times and they still keep asking the same questions over and over. Will give em the benefit and blame it on old age or them simply being forgetful.
Knew i saw that somewhere. Hard for anyone being honest to deny there's a direct relationship. Then again the ease some peeps on here calmly post fake news flies in the face of it.
You're absolutely correct. The fed interest rate hikes is having a chilling effect on credit markets. Unless a company's financial position is tier 1, lenders are very wary of lending money because of the higher risk of defaults. Its also making borrowing way more expensive for borrowers so many of them are holding off until the credmarket settles down. Add to that inflation and the uncertainty due to multiple conflicts worldwide with US involvement its not hard to account for the delay in sunpac funding. Alot of speculation on my part but its very plausible this could be the case.
What's the date on the axitec shipments? While reading old posts saw that their last shipment was before the supposed sunpac-Gep distribution deal. Clear that there's some kind of relationship between sunpac and Gep usa because Gep literally said so in an email and its on their website. Unless one is sayin that Gep is "in on it" then its kinda hard to say its false. Gep china is obviously using Gep vietnam/usa and sunpac to get around possible trade sanctions on chinese made panels. China has been doing this since trump was in office so its nothing new.
Didn't come here with blinders on so i'm aware of the high risk. I mean, even the big boards are a gamble but not as clear cut as the otc. Thanks all the same.
There's a risk v reward concept with virtually everything one does in life so whay it would be any different with sunpac odd. Not sure what your point is but you sure do like to lecture and dictate what peeps should and shouldn't do on here. Think there's a name for that condition you know and it's not flattering, so there's that.
Didn't you get the reward v risk ratio concept? You guys over the top bias is hindering context and rational thought. Anyhew it's only a couple grand so even if things go south no biggie. If things go in the other direction then that'll be just sweeeeeeettt! I mean c'mon, if you're in the market and refuse to take measured risks or can't afford to take a small hit then maybe investing isn't for "you".
That may be the case but the reward v risk ratio is good enough for a couple grand. If it goes bust no biggie.
I just read the 14c filing and it's very clear your lying. The only question is why? The ease with which peeps post comically fake news on this board is very disturbing.
Have to admit this rs business is very strange. Spoke to a couple experienced players who said they've never seen it done this way and couldn't explain what the point of it is. What they did say is it doesn't seem the intention is raising capital, especially with the previous two cancellations, so there's that.
Those supposed sales should be reflected in the 10q that kaz guy keeps citing right?
Have to admit this board has a really odd dynamic going on here. I get the guys promoting, pumping as you call it, the stock and i also get those who oppose them. What baffles me is why i keep getting the sense that there's more behind the opposition to sunpac than simply exposing it as being a fraud. To put it bluntly, it almost seems like a personal vendetta, but that's just the skeptic in me. Don't know either way.
