SEC, I beg you...
Please put an end to this obvious slap in your face and the face of every honest U.S. citizen that wants to believe our justice system can handle this kind of crap.
It's bad enough that we have to deal with scammers, but now we're letting Canadians spit in our face?
I have more respect for lesnshawn than I do you. So, no, we are not buds. You misjudged me and you continued to pound on an issue that you didn't even know what you were talking about.
That is the problem I have had with HSM from the beginning of this mess. It was immediately overrun by restricted shareholders pumping and manipulating the message board to promote the stock for their own financial gain.
If you want to sell your moonshine, check the park benches and under bridges for buyers. If you want to sell a scam, check the CSHD thread over at HSM for buyers.
Trusting Rufus was his first mistake. Not taking the million cash by selling his shares at $2 was his second mistake.
You will see a lot of spammers coming here in the coming days because they know there are plenty of suckers here that will never learn their lesson.
There is no doubt that religion is messed up. The irony is that I made the statement trying to excuse the behavior of a person who claims to believe in God and then uses that to destroy other people's lives.
I fully realize there are some f'ed up people in this world.
Michael Alexander participated in the toxic funding that is allowing this stock to be shorted. I refuse to believe he did not know what he was doing. I also refuse to believe that Rufus is not part of it. I know he pretends to be against it, but he's too buddy buddy with MA for me to believe any of his crap. I think they are all in on it. Rufus said himself in the interview that MA did the toxic funding with a company that started with the letter A and that was a partnership and that it was in the old filings. I believe he was referring to AJW partners. Do you really think that Rufus is out to get AJW partners? Either you are a fool or you're in it. I suspect Rufus is part of the enemy he claims to be fighting.
1 & 3 are debatable in regard to me, but 2 is out of the question.
I have never met or known anyone that is posting on CSHD to my knowledge. I sure as heck don't work for anyone or have any ulterior motive other than I hate criminal scammer low-life scum that ruins families and people's trust for their own selfish and sick benefit.
Oh really? Some moronic longs have sent letters to the President and congress and everyone else. I don't see them doing anything. I guess it's because they don't act upon false accusations and they realize when a bunch of brain washed people are harrassing the government while defending scammers.
If you can't cash it, you don't own it. Having a contract saying you can buy part or all of it at a later date is not owning it.
Do you think the SEC goes to federal court anytime people complain about a publically traded company? That is ludicrous. I refuse to believe you are that stupid.
I read post after post when CSHD was over $1 where longs bragged about buying more shares on a daily basis. At some point, the credit cards have to be maxed out, then who will buy?
I thought we decided the bonds are real but CSHD does not own them.
Let's not start judging people here. I said the word "ass" and I just said it again. I'm not the perfect Christian and I never will be.
My point was that I do not believe that certain people who refer to God while scamming people of faith out of their money even believe in God. I'm not sure how Christianity even got into this.
I have never tried to scam anyone and I would not do that. I certainly would not destroy families and life savings to put money in my own pocket.
If you want to verbally attack someone or if you want to go on a crusade, then choose a more worthy target and get off my back. Start with Rufus and Michael Alexander and work your way around from there.
You will not get an apology from me. First of all, I did not address you. I do not judge a person on their beliefs. My point is that some people are using God to make money and I have a big problem with that.
If you have a problem with me, take it up with your ass.
You sound like Rufus.
That's what makes me think that the people running these scams do not even believe in God. Nobody that believed in God would use God to scam people. I think they are atheist.
'cmkx.pk' is not a valid ticker symbol. Michael Alexander is the one that let the wolves into your home, so take it up with him.
That's the beauty of this plan. Nobody loses money. Everyone has free shares and the dust fairies from Texas turn monopoly money into real American dollars and pay every shareholder $15 per share.
This is worth watching again! By the way, my intentions are very real. I am about as real as it gets. You can make up excuses all day long for the criminal activity of your super hero that you worship.
This guy has his life savings in CSHD.

Reading this board is all very interesting. It is easy to see those that are fed information for a few dollars an hour by the powers who want us to sell.
I am 37 years old and I have my life savings in this stock at 1.07 and have held form there to 4 and then back again and I have never felt better about my investment here.
It is just a matter of time...
Good Luck longs and don't listen to the fools who waste so much time here for reasons we will never know or understand.

To think they used to hang people just for stealing a cow. Some countries cut off your arm for stealing. Our justice system slaps you on the wrist and says please don't do that again.
Then the criminals say, don't worry, I won't, I'll be too busy playing golf and vacationing to Mexico.
Well the SEC is not in any rush. The investigation is far deeper than the bonds. I think it has already been proven that CSHD does not own the bonds. They may, or may not, have some kind of contract on the bonds, but that is far different from ownership.
I'd rather not state my opinion of what is going on here for fear of revealing something that may interfere with an investigation.
Bingo!
Rather than file something and go to prison, it's much safer to have an emergency shareholder committee meeting and plan a meeting in Washington D.C. as another 30 day carot.
They offer great entertainment and a good kick in the ass to shareholders every once in a while.
If Rufus has the bonds, file the 10Q. MA seemed to be too scared to file one, the CFO was too scared to file one and now Rufus seems to be too scared to file one, that should tell you something.
I don't think the court said that the company could not file an amended 10K or a 10Q. So what's the hold up? Hmmmm.... maybe they don't have what they said they have?
Don't engage the pumpers :) - That is just what they want you to do. If you ignore them, they simply go away. ROFL - just kidding. I took those words from Phil on HSM and reversed them.
Braveheart is a low-life and the last person I would look for guidance from if I were you. He thinks he is a tough guy and he gives a bad name to the real William Wallace and even a bad name to Mel Gibson. He should really change his ID and his avatar.
I think what you are referring to is a contract or an agreement to buy the bond at a later date. If it's what I am thinking of they even failed to pay for the contract and list it as a debt. From what I can see, it's basically an option that gives them the right to buy the bonds at a later date. That is NOT owning the bonds and from what I can see, the contract was not even paid for. Even if the contract was paid for again, that does not mean ownership of the bonds.
How do you think CSHD paid for a 700 million dollar bond? With monopoly money? How can they own something they did not pay for? At best I figure they may have an option to buy the bond at a later date.
You're either naive, stupid or a criminal. No matter which of these describes you, you have become a waste of my time. I do not know, have never knowingly met or spoken to, anyone that has anything to do with AJW. I'd like to see Rufus state that. Rufus already LIED about one thing I heard in relation to AJW on a SPR interview, so I think I have a pretty good understanding of this situation.
Take some time to look up AJW partners and AJW offshore on google. Write down the company name and ticker symbol for each stock you can get a hold of that they have financed. Then pull up the charts for each of those stocks. So far I have not found a single stock they have financed that has gone up. Most have gone to sub-penny range. Ask yourself why Michael Alexander would work a deal with a well known toxic funding "hedge fund." You think MA is just stupid and uninformed or do you think he knew very well what he was doing? Rufus even referenced that shareholders needed to check out a company that did funding with MA that started with the letter "A" and was a partnership in a SPR interview. Why didn't Rufus just come out and say AJW partners did toxic funding with MA? Why is everything a guessing game with Rufus? I know why, but that is for you to decide in your own heart.
Do you really think Rufus is trying to fight AJW or do you think maybe he is teamed with them?
I've been burned so badly by the corruption in the market that I thought I'd never recover. Money can be replaced. My being here has nothing to do with money and everything to do with justice and a belief that we must all do what is necessary to protect ourselves and each other from criminals.
Well, what if you put your money in a bank and then the president of the bank split town with your life savings. Would you be a fool for putting your money in a bank? I realize the market is different, but not everyone does. It should not be different. If you invest in company and the business fails, then it was a risk you took. If you invest in a company where the CEO puts in writing that he is paying $15 per share for a stock, then you should get $15 per share period.
There should not be any question in the U.S. of if a CEO is going to honor a written agreement. The government and the people should expect that a CEO's word is good.
If the CEO fails then the company should be liquidated, his home should be liquidated and all company insiders should have to return all profits made from the shares they gave themselves.
The CEO should spend life in prison.
Sorry I had missed it.
I live in Dallas where many of the shareholders live. I'd actually enjoy meeting many of you if I wasn't afraid some idiot would be convinced I was short the stock or some kind of paid basher and try to do something stupid.
I am a very good and caring person and when I say that it's not a con like when some other people say it.
There is plenty of money to be made in life. There will be other opportunities. I hope that nobody lets this get them down. I have lost a lot of money in the market at different times during my life and although it hurt at the time, I always got over it. I have never gotten over the loss of family members because people cannot be replaced.
Just remember during the holidays that your friends and family love you and enjoy just having your time and not your money.
Happy Thanksgiving to you. Who knows, maybe this will all turn out for the best and maybe you'll even make money. I want you to make money. I just don't want to see the criminals make money off this but I am afraid they positioned themselves to make money no matter which way the stock goes. I believe they shorted the stock overseas while selling long positions here in the states. They make money going and coming and there is nothing any of us can do about it.
The problem is these people didn't take loans and second mortgages to gamble in a stock (in their minds). Many of them had never even purchased a stock before this. These people read a contract (binding promise) from the CEO that the company was going to pay $15 a share. They assume that the government protects investors from allowing a CEO to lie to them. These people viewed this as a no lose situation and went all in based upon written and oral promises from the CEO.
It's not like they just invested in some random penny stock hoping for the best. They were told over and over and over that the company was paying $15 per share.
Exactly! If we, or he, was a short, the game would be over. If I was short I would declare victory. I'm not short. This game isn't over until someone goes to prison.
Smart man. At this point you'd only be torturing yourself to read this. If you aren't planning to sell, then just read the news and SEC filings each day until there is something to talk about.
Just make me one promise. If this turns out to be a scam, don't walk away without a fight. Most of these creeps get away with scams because everyone feels so stupid that they crawl under a rock instead of going after the criminals.
Well I guess my suspicion that you were Michael Alexander's best friend was wrong.
Let me ask you something. If CSHD had contracts to buy bonds at a later date, would you consider that the same as owning the bonds? Suppose they have to pay money just for those contracts and they didn't make payment? Would you consider that a scam?
The person who doesn't care if you drop dead or not is the same person who swindled you out of your money. I never took a penny from anyone. I never in my life tried to con anyone or steal anything from anyone. I'm a very good and honest person.
Your problem is that you don't realize who the people are that don't care about anyone but themselves. They have no care in how many families they destroy as a result of this.
They will kiss your mom and steal her purse while doing it.
