Lots of wishful thinking getting filled below .0011.
The problem is... we don't know how many "all" is. Especially when more can be added easily.
"Well im for flushing them all out and get it over with."
Although I am not currently holding shares, I have hopes things will turn around for the company. Many things must happen before interest in this stock will return.
We were doing so well this week... and then the company releases a PR. Price "almost" always seems to drop when this company makes a statement. Hopefully because this is such small good news, the price will only drop a little.
I dislike when a company that has declined to .0001 blame their problems on outside-parties and biased statements. Of course when a company performs poorly, there will be "biased" opinions. Bias is not a bad word if the bias is created by the performance of (or lack of) a company.
"...The Company has no control over the statements made by outside-parties and they should not be relied upon to provide accurate information regarding Perihelion Global".
Here is an accurate statement that can be relied upon.... the company value reflected by share price is as bad as it gets (excluding any possible future reverse split).
Anyone know why SWVC filings are typically late? 1.5 months to prepare filings is enough time for the a large corporations... even before the invention of the computer LOL.
Great contribution Soap! Some good links I have not seen of before.

Intrepid Sets New Production Milestones
Friday May 2, 9:00 am ET
IDAHO FALLS, Idaho, May 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Intrepid Technology and Resources, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ITRP - News), a renewable biogas alternate energy, soil amendment and fertilizer company has during the month of April, 2008 attained its highest gas production rates yet from its Whitesides Biogas plant near Rupert Idaho.
Gas quality continued to exceed the FERC standards for pipeline natural gas which allows Intrepid options for gas sales unavailable to other biogas companies as demonstrated by their ongoing ability to transport gas to industrial Propane users and CNG fleet vehicles.
The Company modified four of its ten digester tanks at the Whitesides facility which resulted in the higher gas production rates. The changes in the digesters have improved performance by over 30% since January. The remaining six tanks are scheduled for modification over the next two months which will further add to production capacity. Intrepid has seen a step-by-step increase in gas production with the modification of each tank. The company continues to keep details of its operations and production rates proprietary in order to maintain its expanding technological lead on competitors.
An additional compressor, to meet present and future anticipated demand, has been purchased by the company to further increase gas loading capacity for its three transports delivery trailers. The compressor is currently being installed and will be operational within three weeks.
Brad Frazee, Sr., Vice President for Biofuels Production recently stated: "Our employees have really risen to the challenge over the past year. Not only have we worked through the start-up of two of the largest biogas plants in the country, we have completed the learning curve associated with loading, compliant transportation, and off-loading of high-pressure trailers. No other company in the country has employees with that breadth of talent to successfully implement the processes and procedures necessary to bring a large commercial dairy operation into operation with minimal disruption to the dairy's daily operation."
About Intrepid Technology and Resources, Inc.: We are an application innovator in Alternative Energy technology and production of biogas products and services designed to assist in worldwide energy independence, reduce pollution and carbon emissions from renewable agriculture feedstock and industrial and agriculture waste materials.

fishhead, have no idea how many shares Brockage owns. Since there have not been any form 3 or 4 reporting by him. I expect it's less than the 10% reporting requirement. Wish I could be more helpful.
gte_gold
Hello Fishead,
I'm still here... watching the share price displaying a little more activity over the past week. What does it mean? Don't know, but any change is good compared to constant down movement we've seen over the last few months.
gte_gold
Great Week for IESV. It will be interesting to see how John Brockage performs in a marketing role for the FigerBlend product. Will we see IESV change their organization structure and expand their marketing business? We'll see.
Althegator, Agree techical details were missing in the PR. I also noticed nothing in the PR saying that Intermountain accepted the results as a nod to sell to them. Knowing ITR met or exceeded FERC standards is good information, but I'm waiting for Intermountain to say it's good enough for them.
...This was the most comprehensive testing ever performed on a new gas source and ITR met or exceeded the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) standards for pipeline quality gas in every category. ITR is the only biogas producer in the nation to have achieved this critical milestone and in so doing has set the benchmark for the rest of the industry"...

Finally! Very good news today!
mikeyt, I don't know how much gas Whitesides is producing. As stated, Whitesides is producing 65% of ITR expectations (from last presidents message). It's not known to me how much Westpoint consumes or how much Whitesides is producing to determine if there are any residual gas for sale. Still waiting for news on gas quality from GTI. That news is long overdue.
fishhead, thanks for the link. Some good facts inside the presentation. For example, the emphasis explaining that there is still plenty of manure after the digestion process is complete.
I question what the intended purpose inside the presentation that quoted an article about a digester that leaked slurry due to a failure of a nine year old pipe. The leak contaminated a stream with approximately 25 to 30K gallons of the slurry, killing some fish. Maybe the prelude for another Hollywood disaster movie is in the making.
I don't know what "Truth Surrounding AD Residual Markets" has in common with the slurry leakage they quoted in that presentation. The leakage appears to be caused by a poorly maintained digester facility without berms to adequately contain a leak. The article would have served better to give similar emphasis on the benefits of AD operations and Residual Markets.

Mikeyt, haven't heard news about gas sales. Lots of speculation being tossed around that is unconfirmed, but no information has been officially released that I know of. I'm wondering what has been taking so long to get the results released from GTI on the last gas sample sent to them. Seems we should have heard something by now. I'm a patient person, but no news is making many uncomfortable... and the current share price is not helping...
Good Luck
gte_gold
Yeah, Assuming the 14.9 million is correct, that would make the 4th quarter sales over 50% above the 2007 first 9 month quarterly sales average. We'll see.
gte_gold
Agreed, the 13.1 million audited number is what should be used, but now I'm wondering how accurate is the 14.9 million from the PR. Guess I'll have to wait for the audited financial through December 31 2007 to know for sure. For now, I prefer to believe the 13.7% increase from prior year, LOL.
Go SWVC!
gte_gold
I'm also having trouble with the PR released on Jan 16th now that I've read the latest amendment to the 8K.
From Jan 16 PR:
"Hackett’s reported sales of approximately $14.9 million versus prior year sales of $12.4 million."
If I believe the dollar sales numbers in the PR, the percentage increase from 2006 is 20.1% not the 12.5% stated in the PR.
The 8-K/A reported Hackett's 2006 sales of 13.1 million, not 12.4 million in the Jan 16 PR.
Has this issue been resolved? Can someone please point out what I'm missing?
Thanks,
gte_gold
spockster, haven't seen any news, however I did notice 3 trades of 1 million shares each traded today. This is purely my speculation...but I think the person buying those shares knows something. $50,500 is a pretty good size investment in a stock that has been steadily going down. I think a pop is coming!
gte_gold
I'm not expecting a reduction in OS anytime soon. SWVC does not have the cash for any such reduction ... and I personally want SWVC to use it's resources to grow the company. Regarding r/s, It's a way of life for most companies seeking to up-list and nothing to be worried about. Nobody likes a R/S, but often it's a necessary evil that shareholders experience when holding a long position in a developing company.
gte_gold
Thanks Jim for the link.
An interesting look at simple but creative digester designs for small farms.
I really didn't like seeing our support tested like that. Was glad to see it recover and close above .01. It may be an interesting opening bell on Wednesday... we'll see.
gte_gold
The price of the stock is determined by how much the shareholders feel it's worth... it's that simple. You are pretty new here, so maybe you'll pick up more experience as you invest more in low cap securities and see how value and financing works with these stocks. Things are looking pretty good for this company. 8K was no surprise for a developing company acquiring assets providing revenue. The Cornell financing is not as toxic as other Cornell deals I've seen. Good luck.
gte_gold
Agree this stock has good moves...but recently it has run for no reason. Seems to move on manipulation instead of news. Has me nervous whenever SWVC issues a PR. LOL.
You would think so.
"...When the PR announcing the next acquisition is announced then we will see a reversal in pps to a more realistic level."
Unfortunately history has shown that whenever a good PR is released, share price almost always dives. Very strange behavior in this stock.
RSDS CMF
did anyone out there notice the turning upward slant starting on this RSDS CMF three market days ago?
Sadly, this has the symptom of the last exhale of a dying security as the 20 day CMF moves to zero activity. I would like to be proven wrong.

It looks like shareholder patience will need to continue into next year. Gas report from GTI should be here sometime in January. Fortunately January will be here very soon, however selling gas may take some time in my opinion. once GTI releases a favorable report, I expect we may hear more on the pipeline project to connect a pipeline to IGC The pipeline is the only feasible way ITR can move a significant quantity of gas consistently to IGC in my opinion.
Carbon Credits revenues may be further off in the future than I expected. At least we have sold fiber and I hope revenue from that product will increase next year as Jake suggested.
I have a couple questions that were not answered in Jakes December 13th message.
1. Jake stated Whitesides was at 65% of where they hope to be. What % of full production was expected at this time at Whitesides?
2. Regarding Jake addressing the rumors about reduced methane production due to monensin. I was left in a void whether or not ITR has determined monensin as the cause of reduced methane production at Whitesides. Merely saying it is not material did not tell me if ITR was working to confirm/remedy the situation. Does either Whitesides or Westpoint use monensin? Jake’s message did not go far enough to address the “rumors” or if ITR was evaluating monensin.

Last Gas sample sent to GTI labs!
We have been notified that yesterday’s (11 Dec) gas samples will be the last required by GTI to complete the gas testing protocol. These should arrive in the GTI labs in Chicago today for analysis and once those results are compiled, GTI will produce a formal report for Intermountain Gas Company...
12/13/07 Presedent's Message –– A MAJOR MILESTONE!! --
icarus, IBOX update is certainly overdue. I'll see what I can do this evening to bring it up to date.
Thanks,

LaRive, I admire your respect for John and the company. Like many, I watched my position in this company fade until I sold at 0.065 about six months ago. Today I calculated that I would have lost over 95% more if I had not sold at .065.
What am I missing here when you say "When he (John) says he's going to do something he throws everything into it"? I just can't relate. Maybe it's because I have not seen the leadership quality you saw in John during your employment with Perihelion. Maybe it's the performance of the company measured by share price that tells a different story of the leadership quality of PHGI management.
Whatever the reason for the performance of the company, I don't see the "good hands" you say the company is in. I don't understand how you tell others to "relax" as the reality of past performance continues downward today.
Hey, I knew the company was a gamble as most pink sheet companies are. I hold no emotion and expect a loss from time to time. As a reasonable person, I just find it impossible to align your words of praise to the leadership of PHGI based on a long history of unacceptable performance in share price.

Yeah, Early morning walk down is getting very predictable. Also the after lunch return to normal price. Day traders heaven.
I would say so... No posts between 9:32 and 9:44. I think everyone had problems.
Doing a Who-is on WISEBUYSFOODS.COM domain name shows the a registration creation date of sept 15 2007. That was just last month!
I was just thinking how this stock could use some pink sheet MM manipulation about now. It’s Ironic how we normally curse the evil MM for their tricks, and deceptive control of the share price (when the price is driven down). I have a suspicion many would appreciate a good MM play or pump and dump PR to run the SP enough to sell and get back some lost value. Unfortunately I never observed normal share price movement with the PRs, telling me there was often large selling into the stories, IMO.
Yesterday it was uranium, Homeland Defense, keeping children safe, and other “feel good” securities. Tomorrow it will be the same crooks in different clothes selling securities promising reduction of Global Warming, LOL.
gte_gold
Congratulations All! 72% rocket today.
The momentum at the end of the day indicates we'll be flying much higher in the morning IMO. Weeeeeeeeeeeee!
Thanks SA. I always appreciate your info!
gte_gold
Disregard, I typed before verifying any PR actually existed, My bad.
