Sure...try again without the TOU violations...You may want to read the rules first then post...
Bearballs...You really have a hard time answering a simple question...You remind me of another poster...same style...Here's the question again..
Your quote..."you can't BUY credibility"
My question...Maybe constantly changing IP's and aliases are examples of credibility? What's your thoughts on this?
Thanks rrm...eom
Remember, it's not the filings that count it's the judgements.
It sure makes on wonder with all the accusations being posted...hey?
To answer your question below about rise in volume and drop in price...could it be similar to the activities in the further below communication regarding PLNI? Could the same scenario be applied to PHGI? What if in this statement you just changed the PLNI symbol to PHGI?
"I received NO shares from PHGI whatsoever.. I simply asked you what you though about the rise in volume drop in price and distribution of the stock along side the great news?"
By sandintheshorts...
“I and those I work with will destroy PLNI. We will short this stock and bash it to oblivion. Face it, JT stole your money and you are too stupid to realise it.
We are making a killing on PLNI. You were asked to join us but you would rather be long and lose then join us shorts and make a killing and that makes you dumber then most PLNI longs. Hope you are not long in the next stock we destroy as we make a killing and the idiot longs get creamed again”

Huh? Bearballs... Here was my question based on your statement..It can't be that hard to put together your thoughts on this?
"you can't BUY credibility" Maybe constantly changing IP's and aliases are examples of credibility? What's your thoughts on this?
Interesting..
"The objection of Pro Plas recites its assertion of a lien against cash on hand in its favor. The debtor contends that it is solvent and that it has assets beyond those necessary to satisfy the lien of Pro Plas. For this reason, the court will allow the deposit to be made, but delay distribution from the funds pending determination of the applicability of the lien of the creditor and the availability of other assets to compensate committee professionals."
As many times as it takes...do you believe the statement was not made by shorts?

OT...Which ever Admin booted Elbac thank you...One down and one to go...his mirror image...
I really didn't care much...The important answers on PLNI are still to come in Court...but...I expected that from Carmel...after all this time I'm use to it...
Bald iggle...
Read slowly...here is where stoked was probably referring you to...Go Sox...
"On April 6, 2005, the Commission adopted Regulation NMS, a series of initiatives designed to modernize and strengthen the national market system for equity securities. Regulation NMS was published in Securities Exchange Act Release No. 51808 (Jun. 9, 2005), 70 FR 37496 (Jun. 29, 2005) ("NMS Release"). One part of Regulation NMS is Rule 612 ("the Rule"), which specifies minimum pricing increments for NMS stocks. In general, the Rule prohibits market participants from displaying, ranking, or accepting quotations, orders, or indications of interest in any NMS stock priced in an increment smaller than $0.01 if the quotation, order, or indication of interest is priced equal to or greater than $1.00 per share. If the quotation, order, or indication of interest is priced less than $1.00 per share, the minimum pricing increment is $0.0001."
Bald...Is this a lie or just uninformed? I think uninformed is less harsh, don't you?
Bald iggle:
"Well, stoked, perhaps that could be, but I'm not aware of zany government actions against "bashers" in the past fifty years or so.
Are you?"
Do your own DD ...it's Friday night and I'm kicking back...Red Sox and Patriots at 8:00
Hey stoked...you ruined my fun hahahaha Some day we'll talk buddy...
Bald Eagle...read the post in it's entire context...Lie is a strong word but I've heard worse discusting posts especially this week on RB but I considered the sources there...SI repeated the same Smut...I've read lies about Turek and PLNI over and over and did not hear you protest.
I don't interpret the post as a lie but as an informed opinion by Stokedinvegas...You interpret it as you choose...Here it is again...
"The nitty gritty details will all be layed out for all to see who was involved in what way or another.
The international sting operation will shut some 'entities ' down that not only affected PLNI ( IMO) but other stocks as well.
I like how it has been documented that shares of PLNIq are being traded below .0001 against the rules of trading. Somebodies gonna get a Biatch slap !"
kill the nest
kill the nest
kill THE nest!
You already get it or you wouldn't be complaining to RRM...What kind of rule do you think it might be?
I bet it's not that kind of rule...
Shorts... I just copied a public post about sandintheshorts.
This is an important on topic discussion about PLNI and it's trading future. I will post it again for your review. Please give me input as to who this poster might be? Link provided below.

I don't see anything there about the SEC...So did you send documentation to the SEC?
It's only fact when the judge decides..I thought you meant this evidence...

DTL..Your post was partially copy/pasted to SI where Jeffrey is telling tall tales in his reply. If you want the link let me know and I'll PM it to you. It's a TOU otherwise.
OK stoked..off to more important things now anyway...have fun...
I'm not surprised..
Bald iggle...I find it interesting you are here baiting RRM while the folks you seem so concerned about, "the bashers" as you described them are on RB insulting RRM and making desperate derogatory statements of him and his family. If you want documentation of false claims than those posts are it. There is the proof you asked for. You can scroll down below the insults to RRM on RB and you will see the same flavor about the company and it's CEO for your "false claims about this company" request. This is happening real time so I hope this satisfies your request. I'd provide the link but that may be a TOU violation given the context of those posts.
RRM...Well thought out. You sure have stirred up the nest with this post.
I just noticed SI Game Over site is now unchallenged. They managed to eliminate all dissenting views. If you're not banned and support PLNI that may be a site to consider since it is all Bears now. Then they sunk to standard lows today by their new IBox and RB type posting about Ms. VanDyke and trash inuendo's....

This MM trading activity look familiar?
Posting activity picking up the last two days...interesting
Alan is in a quiet period. I'm not sure why this is. I certainly seems intentional. Could be anything?
That's what the hearing is about.
Yepper it was on Pacer today. I think it's September 7th.
I am glad the depositions are scheduled with Mendoza, Berger & Company...I assume the Trustee is wanting answers on something specific and the Mendoza, Berger Audited financials were submitted to a format that is acceptable to the SEC. I assume the trustee will get all the answers he is looking for from this firm. For those you who remember, this firm was as maticulous as any accounting firm around.

Who is "Our"?
"Hey, just our opinion".
It seems they just kept on truckin...swapped spit...
