Glad you are doing your DD on ihub
We all knew there was some dilution going on, they are working on getting rid of the debt. Was expected.

That’s a good post. Thanks for posting something that’s a lot more grounded than some of the other things being said here. Most of the “longs” are in the same boat as you and that’s the perspective we have. The .00 “longs” are a bit out of touch I think. Looking forward to see how it all pans out.
No, although the wording is confusing an OTCQB Certification is just the name of the filing paperwork. Once that gets approved, then we will move onto the QB.
I agree he probably didn’t know and was conservative at that time, however, he had a chance to clarify it during the CC and stuck to the same 4m figure. It doesn’t make sense for him to stick to that figure if he already new it would be a bit higher. They are trying to pay back debt and are using shares to do that, why wouldn’t he try to appreciate the share price and use less shares to pay some of this debt?
I originally thought it would be near 7m, but now I think 4m is the more accurate number. Stinks for this year compared to where we thought we might be, but I believe if things go well, next year could be a substantial increase.
They are just basing it off of the charts, the past week we finished green multiple days, so the chart is looking better short term. That’s all that is
DE, how’s the install going?
From what I understand Werks was supposed to be ready in November but that has been pushed back with delays. Disappointing for sure, but IR seems to think that it will be partially up and ready soon.
The last podcast was disappointing, but I do think we need to give Gary a little bit of a break. I talked to him afterwards and he said he was frustrated how it was edited down, apparently the actual interview is quite a bit longer.
I don’t think that we will know how much it is worth. Giving details has not been the MO. I’m guessing the PR will be similar to the CC yesterday, not full of details.
I’m not being negative, I just think we need to stop expecting this thing to shoot up instantly. It’s going to be a slow grind uphill, but I do think when we finally do get to the peak, there will be quite a few millionaires here, if they have the patience to hold what they’ve got.
He’s talking about the what the bid and ask are before the market opens. He is right, continuing to drop, will be a rough open.
That was expected with how the call went yesterday. Great news for longs, but not enough hard numbers, no huge announcements that weren’t already known, no guidance for the rest of the year. If he would have given a number for the rest of the year, it would be a different story short term. Also, most flippers are lazy, so if no PR they don’t know about it. Won’t be getting any new volume coming in today.
Yeah, you’re right, I agree
Sell off started a little earlier than I thought. Might get a little recovery in the afternoon though.
No, I don’t think there is a PR coming before the CC. I emailed Rich a few days ago and he said he knew nothing of it.
This is the response I received when I asked the reason for the date— “There is a good reason for it to be 3 weeks in advance. I can't get into it but I believe the shareholders will be pleased with the call.”
I do think that we should all temper our expectations for the call. I think it’ll show we are continuing to head in the right direction, but I’m sure there will still be things that will be deemed unsatisfactory by many. I’m hoping it’ll bring us over .10 immediately, but also have my doubts. The 29th probably has something to do with the UK, but I do believe DE has alluded to the fact that it has a little to do with his company also. Might have some nice oil contracts or something lined up.
I also believe there will be a little sell off towards the end of the afternoon tomorrow, I’m sure there are many that don’t have confidence that the call will be that great.
Wow Carjockey, we expected better from you. Coming here right before a run, trying to get in tomorrow morning by saying crap on here. Nice work.

This is the least roller coaster stock in the OTC. It’s a constant upward trend, all stocks will have highs and lows, but IGEN is continuing upward.
Just don’t forget GAXY went from .007 to .002 for those two weeks. Though the terms of IGEN offering seems to be way more advantageous, this could be a turbulent ride for at least a few days. Have to see how the market reacts.
Wouldn’t be so sure. Until some concrete numbers are communicated, I’m pretty sure the whiners here won’t buy back in fully. I expect during the conference call in 3 weeks to be when it really gets going. Hopefully will have good debt news along with a more detailed explanation of the agreement in the UK. They are waiting for three weeks for a good reason we’ve been told.
Hey DE,
Any updates you can give us with your company?
Yes, he did with me.
I just got of the phone with him too. Looking forward to tomorrow as well. But I also think we shouldn’t get too hyped until we see details. But either way, don’t see this going any lower after tomorrow, and hope we can have a nice steady climb.
Everyone is super excited about the possibilities of this deal. But until we get some concrete information, we just don’t know how much PCTL will benefit from it. Some details about what percentage of the revenues PCTL will be bringing in is important for the short term share price. Long term, as Gary(the Gary that posts on this board) has said, expansion is happening in the US and overseas, as long as that continues, even if the slice of revenue PCTL is getting is smaller than expected initially, the share price will follow. This company is a great long term hold, even if the naysayers don’t agree.
Great find here, dade. Will be looking forward to hearing this from the company. Possibly why they have been silent on the UK is that they were waiting for some of these deals to come through. Hope they PR next week with this.
Yes, for sure. Clay has nothing to do with these red days. He is just promoting his charting classes. In the OTC red days after a decent run is normal. Especially when the run was only based on chart strength, not substantial news. If news had dropped, you wouldn’t have been talking about the “clay effect.”
I’ve posted this on here before. Danolyte for a time when the pandemic was raging needed extra fluid so they had us provide extra to them, but now that their fluid needs have dropped off they produce all their fluid on their own. The other connection we have with them is that they produce the smaller hospital HOCL rack mounted machines for us. Or at least that has been the relationship in the past.
You guys gotta chill. Management is confident where they are heading and are not worried about raising the stock price like that. It’s going to be a slow organic rise, but stop looking for these short term jumps and just relax. I’m guessing we will see a few prs soon though. Namtae is right, once we get some guidance on UK, the sp will follow.
Agreed
We will be fine here. Don’t see it dropping tomorrow, but also don’t see it jumping up too much higher either. Until we get some confirmation on the UK deal or other revenue streams that are unaccounted for up to this point, we won’t see big volume and jumps in the share price. It might be a slower grind than some expected, but things are expanding at a good rate. We just have to be patient.
Awesome. Thanks for the thorough reply. As always, I appreciate your posts
Bull$hark, we are all just as bullish as you, but I personally asked him and already told you what he said. You don’t have to “church” it up and make it sound better than it is. Gary also told me 4m was conservative and I got the impression he thinks it will be closer to 7m, but he definitely did not mean for the year up to that point when he made that statement.
Yes, I directly asked the question to Gary, he said that 4m estimation was for the whole year.
My only question is, and maybe it has been answered, but are we sure we get royalties from our level 3 distributors for every bottle out the door? Or are the machines bought or leased and that is where the profiting stops for PCTL?
From what I understand is that only a few products are allowed to say they have the ability to kill COVID-19. This is because the EPA has done specific testing with that product and it has been effective against COVID-19. Our fluid has not gone through that testing yet, so although we know it kills other strains of coronavirus and has the ability to kill COVID-19, it has not been officially tested, and thus cannot be claimed on the label without repercussions from the EPA. That is why Gary has been vetting the distributors so throughly, does not want any of them to make claims they are not allowed to. That’s my understanding anyways
Thanks aandt, just ordered some. I see a lot of distributors creating products like this. Not certain how much royalties PCTL would get from it, but certainly will be in demand even after the pandemic is over.
We just have to sit back and see what happens in the second quarter report. Both sides of the argument on here are correct. The fundamentals continue to grow, expansions is happening, and some of our “insiders” on the board feel very confident about how it will play out. However, the other side is that there have been unfulfilled expectations, whether us longs like it or not this was based on a little word play from the company, and although the company has been positive with their outlook of the future, their estimates and deadlines don’t seem to have been met. The debt also scares many. As well as the lack of explanation of the UK deal(I feel like this is the biggest thing holding us back right now). So until we start getting hard figures of revenues, the share price most likely will not be going up too high. I’m long here and believe where the company is going, but it’s going to take some time, so just relax and see how it plays out.
