Hello Woofer, I am not a tongue in cheek person. I lack that talent I am sad to say. My biggest problem would be that I am too direct and come across a bit stern. What I wrote to you came from my heart. If I felt anything different I would have wrote how I felt.
As I have said, I welcome you to the board. I think your great, and do not wish you to go away. I am not well informed regarding 9/11 nor most other opinions from Spellbound. I like to see Maxgold counter attack Spellbounds opinions as it brings in a different position, and to be honest I have no idea who is right or wrong. I just want everyone to honour the other person, not necessarily the other person opinion as that would be asking too much. I have some strong opinions on some things and I know how I feel when in my opinion I feel like the other person is just rubbing it into my face. Now when that happens my words come across very stern…ololol.
I know that you have not had any dealings with me but Spellbound, Maxgold and Chevy have had dealings with me over a long period of time and I am sure that they would agree they have never experienced a tongue in cheek post from me.
As time moves along Woofer you will see for yourself who I am.
Best wishes to you,
Mary.
Hello Woofer, welcome to the board. You are so sweet I wanted something like these links that you have so kindly took the time to provide for me. I appreciate your kind gesture and I hope someday I may be able to return your kindness. I would not hold my breath if I were you as you and Spellbound are just too far in advance of me I will never catch up. I am so thrilled that you have decided to join our little group. I am also very impressed that everyone (excluding myself) here is quite Knowledgeable regarding their stand no matter which side of the water they may be standing on. Watching everyone contribute to the ongoing discussions on an array of subjects is really quite exciting for me. Although many people would challenge and disagree with me, I do believe that all the subjects covered on this board are directly linked to either the US dollar/gold. I must thank everyone for the time and effort in making this a very interesting board.
Best wishes Woofer, I do hope you will continue to post and enlighten people like myself.
Mary.
Hello I will give you an uneducated guess. Lots of mines either gold or oil (not exploratory mines) are further along in their life expectancy and so the cost to get the resources out of the mines costs more because etc the trucks now have further distances to haul to the processing plant as the mine expands.
Haulers are now 450 tones and use a lot more gas to run.
The technology has also changed where a few years ago you would have a dragline digging and moving a lot of tar sands, now it is truck and shovel and the truck & shovels are also electric and are more vulnerable to down time. When a truck or shovel are down it costs millions of$$ in lost production so it all adds to the loss of profit. I am not sure if it has been proven or not but the draglines (I believe) where more reliable and would have more scheduled shut downs for maintenance rather than break downs. The trucks are very high tech and are more complex to maintain and trouble shoot again one truck down for a few days is millions of $$ in lost production. The older vehicles needed less trouble shooting experience for the mechanics and so down time would be less costly. Now the heavy duty mechanics need the higher skills to maintain the more sophisticated trucks, and most of the older/new electricians have never worked on this high tech computer trucks & shovels so it takes years to train a work force to be able to understand the new technology. At one time you would have a fleet of 250 ton trucks at $1million per truck now you are looking at 450 ton trucks at $5 million per truck and they are so high tech with satellite they are very complex and difficult to trouble shoot. The drivers are making $50-$60 per hour when you include all the benefits etc. The heavy duty mechanics and electricians are also earning the same/similar type wages. All of these factors and more contribute to loss management and profits/loss. The bottom line is yes companies are getting more $$ for their resources but it is costing them more to get the resources out of the ground.
Years ago when oil was at $10 per barrel and gold at $257 lots of mines made major cut backs to survive and exploration was dead in the water. It takes years to bring a mine up to speed so right now most of the mines are older they are expanding but with the new technology and an ageing work force and a lack of apprentices due to cut backs plus the mines being further along in their life span/ the newer mines are not in full production yet these factors all contribute to loss of profits
Just my humble opinion. Everyone is welcome to disagree.
Best to you Mary.
hello Pep, step lightly around here keep your shin pads handy at all times and beware of your ankles they might get chewed off. ...ololol.
Mary.
Max, I tried to beam her on board but the transporter malfunctioned. First time I have ever lost anyone during a transport.!!!! It was a darn pity.!!
Max,
you might have to learn to say 'good bye sweet woo fee'.
Mary.
there is an article within your posted article that is really a good read.
Spellbound have you ever read the book peak oil? I was thinking on trying to find it and have a look at it!!
mary
hello Fasteddi, panning has a small family and is taking care of her children for the present time. Once she has more time available she will be back on board. She just needs a little breathing space for the time being.
mary.
hello Max I used to go once a week on a thursday for coffee with an old friend for many years. I gave up that one cup a week a few months ago and have replaced it with tonic water. I have no idea how anyone could drink two pots of coffee a day how can someones bladder even hold that much fluids.
thank you for the rose, it was lovely. You are so kind.
I will try to beam up Woof and try to brush off some of the hair balls that you spat at her.LOLOL.
Best wishes
Mary.
mule to max, do you need beamed on board, sorry for neglecting my position.
Mary
this post sounds too good I have to go back and see what you have been up to my friend Maxgold.
Mary
Excellent post Spellbound, it is always good to come over here and find a breath of fresh air. I enjoyed your post and agree we are living in very difficult times. Both my son and son-in-law are of age to be drafted I do not wish to see either of them drafted. And if Mr Bush decides that females have equal rights and that it is against the law to refuse women because of age discrimination, good grief I might be off in some hole with a rifle...
Mary.
good night to the members of the community. good luck to each of you with your trading tomorrow.
best to all Mary.
hello Short, ken has to do his job there is no other way around this. The longer he takes the deeper the hole he digs for himself and for us.
Mary.
Hello Elgato, I really think if Ken lamb doesn't do something very soon the shareholders will just drift into a state of apathy and there will be no new shareholders willing to look at this mess of a company that can not even put together a web page. Ken Lamb has to pull this together right now, there is too much water ran under the bridge for him to drag his feet.
best to you Mary
Hello Spell, Sam is offering a one hour video it would be something that might take your fancy.
best wishes nice to see you on board. Mary
hello got you Max, nice to see a friends face on board..
Mary.
Hello Sam, thank you for the video it was very good news. It certainly was an uplifting experience and I would recommend to all the community to take advantage of Sams offer.
As always it is good to see you on board.
Mary.
Welcome on board Million. I have already discussed this issue numerous times in prior posts. Your argument is quite acceptable that to recoup you possibly need to average down.
The reason I did not use a stop loss was because I averaged down until I had a 5000-1 R/S.
You are quite correct I do have a problem with my immune system. Please consider how fortunate that you are and be thankful that God has blessed you with a strong immune system.
Excuse me for my boldness but I feel I must correct you, biting ones lip does not strengthen ones immune system.
My best wishes
Mary.
ok... will do.. Mary
Good to see you too, welcome on board. Mary
got you dryden... best to you Mary
got you delius.. thanks Mary
hello Sledhead, we are all shareholders. I will keep you informed. Mary
hello Elgato, I will not bother with welcoming you on board, and I will not bother introducing everyone, you know everyone here.
Mary.
hahahahahha, yes probably I should have said that...lololol.
Mary.
Million, I have read through a lot of the posts from 01 and they have one big common denominator.
('Lets wait and see, we will get news next week.')
('There is a news release coming out in March.')
We have been sitting on hold so long we have BED SORES.
Mary.
Hello Learningasitgoes, A few months ago numerous people on this board forced me into the position where I had to ask Spellbound to move onto a different board. I was completely disgusted by the whole affair. Spellbound had never ever said one harsh word to me on this board in all the time I have posted here. I have tolerated foul mouthed people who where not on topic and who deserved to be kicked off this board and banned off ihub.
Months ago I approached this community regarding posting off topic information as the company was not releasing any information so there was nothing to talk about. I was trying to save this board. It was put to a vote and the decision came back. Only discussions on MGMX would be allowed. No other companies will be tolerated. It was also decided that if the post was related to gold or oil then that was acceptable as there is a relations ship between gold and oil and gold shares. (MGMX)
Learningasitgoes, I do not make the rules, I only enforce them. When I do not enforce the rules I get a plague of PMs/emails.
This quote is straight out of the Moderators Manual.
. Spam – a message that is being posted promoting other sites, stock-related or not, that has no use in the discussion (for example, if your board is about Ford Motors, a link promoting amazing returns running a home-based business is worthless to the discussion
I am sorry Learningasitgoes I take no pleasure what so ever in deleting posts. I want people to come on board and have friendly open communications with each other. As far as I am concerned you can talk about your Great Aunt Nellie’s bunions.
Take care good to see you on board. Mary.
Members of the Community I must bring to your attention the post by Chevy.

mule, I smell a RAT, FFGO is not using there TA, I ask my broker why a company would not use there TA. A TA takes care of Transactions and Records. No records NO naked Short payments...my broker could not figure out why.
FFGO is telling every one to call there broker to recieve there dividens and shares, this is a cover up for years of abuse on naked shorting, I suggest everyone protect your self, send in a report to the sec., let them investigate the matter.
KEN LAMB is trying the same thing, I do not buy Ken has bungled thing`s, this has been there piggy bank....he`s a LAWYER he know`s better.
I might go for NO TA with one company, but 2 trying to pull the same stunt.
These guys are trying to get around the inevitible...fool me once, fool me twice shame on me....I`m not going for it.
Just my guess, I`m going to find out, I`m turning them in to the Enforcement@sec.gov...my suggestion, everyone turn them in..
Better to protect yourself...

I was also given this information by another member and would like to summarize what he also had to say.
Why the 5000:1 reverse split ? why not 100:1 or 1000:1
. If this was to solve an excess of shares ( because of naked shorting ) why not simply have the name change, symbol change, and cusip # change....since the SEC's revised RegSho went into effect today ( 10/15/07 ) and brokers/MMs have 35 days only to clean up their act....which would have resulted in a massive short squeeze like FNIX started experiencing today ( FNIX traded 514,475,600 shares today and went up .0011 , a 220% increase in the PPS from it's closing of .0005 on Friday )
.......or was in fact a case of massive share dilution by the company ( MGMX ) itself ? ...and what is the share structure
…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
Please consider both of these members concerns. I believe that the SEC should be the ones to judge if the company/Board of Directors/ Ken Lamb has anything that is needed explained.
Both Chevy and I will be writing to the SEC requesting their help to decide if there is a problem. I would have preferred if Ken Lamb had contacted us and explained why at this time when the Brokers/MMs need to cover would he dismiss the TA who is the only person keeping track of the shares. How will Ken lamb know how to distribute the monies owed to each investor?
If anyone wishes to join Chevy and I as a group with possibly more influence please contact me. If you would prefer to contact the SEC on your own, please do it ASAP as time is vital at this point. If you as an investor wish to allow Ken lamb to work this out for you then please do as you see fit.
I will wait for 24 hours for anyone who wishes to become part of a group effort, otherwise Chevy and I will proceed on our own to protect our own investments.
Mary.
Hello Deserdirt, I have no idea of what went wrong with MGMX; I can give an opinion which stands for nothing. Until there is proof of some type of impropriety it is best to keep some opinions to oneself. The whole pity of this situation is that with Ken Lambs silence he is doing both himself and the company an injustice. I do hope that in the near future that KL will be able to reassure the shareholders so that as investors we will have the opportunity to make decisions and possibly decide to reinvest and support the company if it is shown that KL actions in the past where correct decisions for both the company and the shareholders.
Best to you
Mary.
Prettyldy, I think you may have inadvertently posted this message to me by mistake.
Mary.
Hello Desertdirt, I agree with your post. I have to either bite the bullet and sell or average down. I believe we might both face the same challenge being I averaged down with MGMX.
My fatal mistake was making an assumption that the company owned the mines. I try to console myself by thinking that Hak bought into MGMX also and possibly with the same thought; and he is one smart guy. So when I think of Hak I feel less of an idiot. LOLOL.
Sadly I guess deep down inside, I still believe there might be something behind Ken Lamb. I do not wish to say anything positive about Ken lamb or the company as I feel that KL must provide something concrete to the shareholders. I do not wish to become apart of this positive attitude that appears to be permeating through the board until Ken Lamb gives the thumbs up and provides the shareholders with a concrete report from someone qualified or documents proving ownership of the mine/mines.
I feel like an ostrich in regards to this company as I still feel deep down inside that it is quite possible that Ken Lamb may have something behind him and that he may not be a crook. I feel he might possibly have taken the action he did as for some reason he had too. If I felt anything different I would just take my loss and move on.
Thank you for your kind post and your advice for me, best wishes Mary.
Hello Dryden, No one has the right to tell us long term investors (with substantial losses) how we should feel or behave. This mentality of get over it and move on is blatantly a sign of a low E IQ.
It is time for Ken lamb to give an account of how he has managed this company either in the past or in the present.
The pinks are a high risk/reward investment, it is not a casino. A casino is rigged so that the house always wins over time.
Ken Lamb has a responsibility to his shareholders he accepted that responsibility the day he became the president.
Dryden your assessment is quite correct, thank you for sharing your opinion.
Always a good to see you on board.
Mary.
Ok Million, got the picture. Thank you.
Good to see you on board.
Mary.
Hello deserdirt, like yourself I had just over the 20million and bought in high. I will not sell my shares either; I have lost too much money to walk away. Strange things can happen in the land of pink Ken Lamb can easily turn this around if he truly wants too. There must be something deep down inside of me that believes he can turn it around otherwise I would have taken my little bit of money that is left and ran. When I look to reality it tells me to sell and go, but something deep down inside must still believe that if Ken Lamb truly wants to turn this around he can. I think possibly you too might be in the same dilemma as me.
Best wishes desertdirt.
Mary.
hello Learningasitgoes, if Ken lamb owns even one mine he has to make that information public knowledge. If he has any type of documentation proving he owns anything he has to come forward now. Coming forward in six or eight weeks will be too late because all we will have to show for effort will be a one way ticket to .0001. As long as I can remember learningasitgoes you have always been a positive member of the community so you have every right to be mad regarding Ken Lambs handling of MGMX in the past and now in the present too.
Mary
Hak as always, welcome on board. No matter how long your posts are they are full of very informative information and this post fills the bill as norm. I can find nothing in your post that I would disagree with including your sarcasm. (I actually quite enjoy your little spats of sarcasm).. mixed in with financial wisdom nice mix.
If Ken Lamb has anything to offer with this new company he has to produce it now or as you have predicted this company will be toast in short order.
We no longer have time for pipe dreams, we need full disclosure by Ken Lamb so that the markets/shareholders can find faith in him and this company.
Mary
hello Chevy, these guys have destroyed lots of good companies, I hope we are entering into a time of what comes around goes around.
Mary
hello Million, "shake and take' what?
Mary.
Hello Elton an imaginary friend will not pull us out of a river when we are drowning.
We need Ken lamb to save this company now.
It is time for him to release important information so that the markets do not turn against this new company. Every day he remains silent the new company becomes less and less attractive in the market place.
It would be nice if we could all stay realistic and focused on what is the issue. We need Ken lamb to produce information and make it known what he is doing with our investment, very simple.
Mary
Hello Totalmayhem, if Ken wants to be a player in the Equity Markets he needs to learn a lot of new skills.
Mary.
