But he hasn't logged back in since saying something to the effect that Larry will look good in an Orange jumpsuit, or something like that !!!
Sure would like to hear from him or Larry, either one !!!

Guy/Earnest/Chuck, post one direct attributable quote of Steve's, saying the Nevada corporation is devoid of assets
For starters you might wanna ask what this stock was in the first place....
hint...Loft...werks...
So the BIG NEWS is that he WAS a liar in the good old days, but not now ??
I don't think he ever lied.
I think he's smart enough NOT to talk to those that think he's a crook.
Same reason I don't think Bing is Leslie !!
Without Bing, your story is FULL OF HOLES !!!
Thats my opinion and I'm entitled to it !!
I don't lie !!
That's not even close to what ALL HIS PRs stated, so how do you decdide when to believe him or not - - when it fits your AGENDA ??
Of course !! hahahaha lmao
Do you believe everything Steve Sulja says ??? LOL
Isn't he SLJB ???
I was hoping our Board Photographer would be there getting some exit shots of our leaders in a JOYOUS mood for their Victorious endevors regarding the injustices previously handed down to them, and maybe a glimps of the AFs they are about to released !!!
PV said he had them in hand - - Hockmir - - look real close and see if they are really there, ok ??
Go LOFTWORKS/LOFTWERKS
This kind of talk and investor concern should make one Mr. Skolnik VERY PROUD of his achievements !!!!
Hope he don't choke on that SWISS CHEESE !!!
He, so far, has made a complete FOOL of me, for my belief in him !!
Hey Einstein , would you release AFs, or PRs while the OSC sits on their Arses trying to figure out how to get out of the mess that shorty got them into, so SLJB can trade again in Canada and release the AFs and PRs and continue their NASDQ climb ??
Careful now - - you're talking about her insider info source !!! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLO
imo

Did you post this after you went to China, or while you were there, or haven't you been yet ??

Steve said he don't/hasn't talked to ANYBODY - - so what does a name have to do with it ??
Deal with it !!!
Oh, you probably will be quite the swammies, until the OSC gets it's head outta it's BUTT and makes it findings known.
That's where you all will go into virtual hiding ( in shame ) !!!
And all you have is Dummies fictitious telecons to say they are not !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Copy and pasted from another board. You won't have to wait for JBG to answer !!!
Read for factual info:
Sulja Bros Building Supplies Ltd. is what we own right? Or that and what used to be LFWK too thats included also.
Check this Sulja Nevada filing:

And International Venture CCT Inc Michigan filing:
http://www.dleg.state.mi.us/bcs_corp/dt_corp.asp?id_nbr=01350H&name_entity=INTERNATIONAL%20VENTURE%20CCT%20INC.
All are active too.
Steve Sulja is CEO president and director of Sulja Bros Building Supplies LTD and at least resident agent of the entities above and they are thus all connected. Some even have the same business addresses.
Also Sulja is definitely connected with International Building Products. Just so its clear heres the direct link to the D&B search and results after typing in "sulja" for state of Michigan:
http://smallbusiness.dnb.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/IballValidationCmd?searchType=NSF&state=MI&storeId=10001&catalogId=70001&productId=0&manPartNumber=0&fromView=&hiddenSessionId=651992502&busName=sulja&city=&address=&country=US&zipCode=#goTop
Theres probably more but I havent checked yet.Ill get to it this weekend.
Also Sulja is directly connected to Loftwerks/Loftworks Llc:
http://www.alacrastore.com/company-snapshot/Sulja_Bros_Building_Supllies_Ltd-3731934
Loftwerks acquired Sulja Bros by the looks in the link above (halfway down the page) not vice versa as originally surmised!
Definite connections with Overseas Motors in Livonia MI and possibly the Windsor Ontario Overseas Motors/ Rafih group as some of the above Sulja businesses hold the same addresses of 32400 Plymouth Rd as well as 11450 Brookfield St. in Livonia MI. Strong connection also with Murtaza Gurmani who was a resident of Saudi Arabia and according to my DD used to operate MKS Trading in Pakistan:
http://www.pakboi.gov.pk/pak/xdetail.asp?ComID=32975
He is the secondary contact point for both International Trading CCT LLC and International Venture CCT Inc.
Steve Sulja also cannot be locked out of his own business when holding those positions of CEO Director and President and its really as simple as that. And yes you can be assured that any conflict of interest charges would be immediately brought forth by large shareholders if it were found that the CEO president director of SLJB was conducting like businesses under an assumed name or names while in such a position or positions within SLJB unless there were corporate connections directly to that business or businesses which would benefit both SLJB and its shareholders. Steves lawyers know that as does everyone involved.
Of course we cannot ever forget about the close to $400000 in lumber contracts that International Trading CCT LLC has been awarded in the past few weeks or the over 2 million total dollar value awarded to them since last october:
https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/Awards/AwdRecs.asp?scope=all&value=4V2K1&sort=contract&sort2=&TypeSrch=cq&selection=cage&sdtd=&edtd=&bPg=1&cPg=3&ePg=3&PgSz=50
Tons of pertinent and documented info out there if one wants to take the time to dig and find it.
Jmo.

You state:
<:Chandler said his company loaned US $988,000 million in two mortgages:>

And what a resume...
An unusual background and education that has always been driven by emerging market trends, most long before the need was even a "trend". In the late 70's it was the insulation business to conserve natural fuel resources. In the early 80's it was environmental remediation of asbestos. The late 80's it was snow, ice and sand sculpture from New Mexico to the Olympics in Calgary, Alberta. Today, it the revitalization of metropolitan centers - urban living at its best.
With an intuitive sense of coming trends, Mr. Ammerman, has responded to the demand for quality urban living with the development of work/live lofts. This concept first evolved during the late 60's around the country by artists living and creating in cheap open spaces. The trend caught on and is now a strong and growing segment of residential living in larger cities across North America. What Dennis has realized is that market segment is a large and evolving force. Developing, constructing, and selling lofts has confirmed modes within the segment that are shared across the country with other markets. What these urban dwellers want, what they like, what that need, and where the market is headed. Dennis admits that he's "not the most accomplished nor experienced loft developer", but what he does know is the urban dweller. His projects include old 18th century brick structures, a former automobile dealership, as well as rental properties of various shapes and sizes. During the past several years, his company has leased and sold over 250 loft-style units.
LoftWerks' founder engaged a team of urban development specialists from around the country to help Detroit rejuvenate the city's core. That was in 1994. Since then he attempted to collaborate with real estate developers from the metropolitan area to fill that demand. The difficulties with such an arrangement stemmed from their comprehension of the loft market coupled with a severe lack of rehabilitation experience of older structures. Therefore, as a result, LoftWerks was formed to insure the successful implementation of urban residential development.
During the course of several years, Ammerman engaged experts in urban housing, planning, architectural design, and development. Additionally, he visited other urban loft markets in the Midwest and discussed development problems, solutions and experiences with loft pioneers in Chicago, St. Louis, Kansas City, Dallas and Denver. Taking advice and wisdom from those developers, he formed strategic alliances with people and companies that shared the vision and passion and, most importantly, brought knowledge, strengths and talents to the development team.
Ammerman's background, although diversified, has always been market driven. His intrinsic skills have given him insight into social behavior and business trends long before competitors were even aware of the market shift. His strengths for perceiving the fundamental needs, thorough research and comprehension, followed by bold implementation of a plan are characteristic, regardless of the industry or discipline.
This diversity brings with it the experience to coordinate multiple components, i.e. architecture, permits, construction, financing, residential sales, retail and commercial leasing, required in the urban redevelopment industry.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Young & Rubicam - New business development in the Wunderman Cato Johnson division (1993-1994) and worked with special promotions for Mercury and Ford launches (Contour and Windstar).
Extensive marketing, advertising and PR experience includes the Winter Olympics (Calgary 1988), Vail Associates (1983-86), Winterlude-Bal de Neige (Ottawa, ONT 1987 & 1988), and the New Mexico State Fair (1988).
Dennis was also involved with some construction and leasing on the Pearl Street Mall, Boulder, Colorado in 1987-88. The "mall" is a series of singular attached buildings built between 1870 and the early 1900's that stretch four city blocks on Pearl Street in downtown Boulder.
Ammerman has comprehensive construction experience in the insulation and fireproofing industry (commercial and industrial). As part owner of Crown Insulation, Dallas, Texas from 1978-1982 he directed construction bidding (onsite as well as blueprints), and supervised the installation of fireproofing (steel structures), insulation materials, and soundproofing. These projects include The Galleria - hotel and office buildings (Dallas), Spectrum Center (Dallas), Moberly Power Plant (central-Missouri), Meat Science Tech. Building (Texas A&M, College Station, TX).
Co-developed a 180,000 square feet retail strip center (1977-1978), and a 150 room Holiday Inn Holidome (1978-79) both in Olathe, Kansas. Involved with design, anchor and tenant leasing, property acquisition, development and construction. Both projects are still viable and successful some 20 years later.
Directed sales/leasing and construction of the Arrowhead Building, Kansas City, Kansas in 1976-77 into office condominiums. The building was formally the Occidental Life Insurance headquarters building constructed in 1923. The project was renovated one floor at a time while maintaining occupancy. The project was seven stories tall with 21,000 (gross) square feet including ground floor retail.
even stranger...why would posters like Janet Shell, Jim Bishop and some grandmother posting from a trailor in Tampa, Florida be constantly calling this man...I never thought Petar would be hanging around any lightweights in his social circles. Ammerman looks like quite the Rennaisance man.
SWEATER BOY
I guess its a lot easier to say such things, when an entire forum is in collusion with the naked shorting interests involved here.
I never thought Petar would be hanging around any lightweights in his social circles. Ammerman looks like quite the Rennaisance man, indeed. He's got a resume a lot like Bryan Finlay's. It just doesn't end. It goes on..and on...and on...and...
Think Tessie - - - All is good !!!!!!!!!!!! lol
If one has ever owned a business you will know " THIS AIN'T NO JOKE " LOL
SLJB I'm sure will be thinking lawsuits, when the OSC says their sorry for the horrible mistake they made listening to a hostile few, and those few should really be thinking LAWSUIT - - you're right Mr Ed !!!
Think about it and - - -
Think ( $$$$$$$$$ ) LOFTWORKS/LOFTWERKS!!!
Think LOFTWORKS going Moonshot !!!!
Think RISK/REWARD for #1.
Can you absorb that ??
Go find #2 yourself !!!
