Let's keep things decent around here.... someone please delete that post.
still waiting expectantly....
GM to you MM....thanks for your support for this stock, especially the last couple of weeks... we are set-up right pretty now -- the news which we expect any hour should take us to the next level....
This has been a team effort, if I ever saw one, Roo.... great team, and 53 is an excellent coach!
I think you met your match, there, Roo!
Chevy...any new thoughts on GNCC?

John....
Just looking back at this post from last May -- you said you were sick and had only a few months to go.... how's things now?
NL
Thanks, Brent.
Let's hope that we are correct in sticking out our necks just a little further. I am as hopeful about LHC and MTRE as anything, and with good reason to be so. However, life sometimes has surprises for us and turns out differently than anticipated, through no fault of anyone at all. Some call it luck, or fate; I call it providence. So we will hope for the best and wait to see how this unfolds over the next months and years. I expect I will be in this one for a long time.
Thanks for taking the lead here. Your confidence in both plays also adds value, IMO.

Thanks, Brent... have added this board to my list as well. I am VERY glad to be a part of this play - anticipating great things.

I have a more positive view of this company than some of the posters on this board. (By the way, I do review this board everyday - read pretty much every post, but don't need to post my view every day because it doesn't change).
We have just come through the most horrific market turmoil in about 70 years, so seeing this stock sort of in the "doldrums", so to speak, is no surprise. I have many other stocks in the same boat (pardon the pun). Meanwhile, I am encouraged that JD has a business that is still operating, and actually is growing!! That is what matters, IMO. The stock price will catch up...maybe not next week, but it will catch up.
I also would not be surprised to find out that JD or friends and family of JD have been buying up shares while they are cheap, effectively reducing the float, and maybe even the OS (this is simply speculation on my part - no basis for it, other than a hunch).
So, I will just patiently wait this one out. JMHO.
Go EXPH!

I like that offer, Bee! Let's hit $10!
It looks likes our year-end sellers are gone...cleaned out!! They are empty-pocketed and poorer for it.
Maybe we can see a steady recovery back to levels where this should have stayed in the first place.
It's coming.... no worries... remember that we are still in holiday mode in many places, especially government-type places... we will soon be "out of there!". JMHO
I like .45 better than .27, Mr. Mtre..... (hey, I guess that makes you an "MM"!)
Hi Bee.... my apologeez..
I have a habit of replying to the wrong person when posting a message... not to say that you are a wrong person, but, ya know what i mean!!
NL
Can't wait to see it!
(Figuratively speaking, cuz I can wait and we've had to wait it out till now!)
NL
Happy New Year, Chevy...and with today's action, it's starting off Happy indeed!
Me too. Happy New Year, FBS!!!
They must be good stocks!! at least I think so (or I wouldn't be in them!)
NL
sorry...I read all the other posts clarifying your new identity after I finished writing my other reply to you....
I guess you really do like this stock too, huh?
NL
Mr. MTRE (is that you BL?)...
My wish is not to have to sell any for a long time.... I think the real value here is in the long term as they get their business plan underway and start filing quarterly statements showing their profitability. However, I will need to sell a few I am sure, just to recover a little cash sometime.
NL
Hi Bee!!
When my holdings change by 1% of the OS (up or down), I need to file another Amendment...so I can buy or sell within the 1% range without filing.... and I will need to file another year-end update next January if my holdings have changed...
Once I am below 5% of the OS, I file and Amendment to say that I am, and then do not need to file again as long as I stay under 5%.
That's my reading of it...
NL
Good morning everyone....
I did the required update of my holdings by filing a Schedule 13G/A today.... so you can see how much I added, BL!
(I goofed in the process and ended up refiling my original 13G from November also -- tricky business, this filing stuff!)
I added more because I believe in this company and what they are doing. I think we will see the uplist completed very soon, and that is just the beginning.....
Happy New Year!
NorthLion
Well said Brent -- we have "the real thing" here and I am looking forward to what 2009 will bring.
Happy New Year to all MTRE'ers - you're all a great bunch!
Happy New Year, Gambler and all other EXPH'ers!

Hi Bee!
Bid is now up to .17 and not getting filled..... maybe the seller(s) are done? That would be nice.
NL
What time does the market close today?
Thanks for taking the lead on this one and updating the info.... nice to see some trading volume again too!

Bee, I think a change of number of shares held of less than 1% of the OS may still be considered material if you were attempting to change or influence the control of the issuer, or if you were a broker, or a dealer, or a bank, etc. (see below where it shows that if you were in one of these circumstances, you would have to file the more stringent filing requirement Schedule 13D rather than the simpler Schedule 13G - so it would make sense that a change in nbr of shares even smaller than 1% would be of higher interest and thus need to be reported by anyone who was not qualified to file a 13G) - that is my guess as to what that meant:
(b)(1) A person who would otherwise be obligated under paragraph (a) of this section to file a statement on Schedule 13D (§240.13d–101) may, in lieu thereof, file with the Commission, a short-form statement on Schedule 13G (§240.13d–102), Provided, That:
(i) Such person has acquired such securities in the ordinary course of his business and not with the purpose nor with the effect of changing or influencing the control of the issuer, nor in connection with or as a participant in any transaction having such purpose or effect, including any transaction subject to Rule 13d–3(b) (§240.13d–3(b)); and
(ii) Such person is:
(A) A broker or dealer registered under section 15 of the Act (15 U.S.C. 78o);
(B) A bank as defined in section 3(a)(6) of the Act (15 U.S.C. 78c);
(C) An insurance company as defined in section 3(a)(19) of the Act (15 U.S.C. 78c);
(D) An investment company registered under section 8 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 (15 U.S.C. 80a–8);
(E) Any person registered as an investment adviser under Section 203 of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (15 U.S.C. 80b–3) or under the laws of any state;
(F) An employee benefit plan as defined in Section 3(3) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended, 29 U.S.C. 1001 et seq. (“ERISA”) that is subject to the provisions of ERISA, or any such plan that is not subject to ERISA that is maintained primarily for the benefit of the employees of a state or local government or instrumentality, or an endowment fund;
(G) A parent holding company or control person, provided the aggregate amount held directly by the parent or control person, and directly and indirectly by their subsidiaries or affiliates that are not persons specified in §240.13d–1(b)(1)(ii)(A) through (I), does not exceed one percent of the securities of the subject class;
(H) A savings association as defined in Section 3(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (12 U.S.C. 1813);
(I) A church plan that is excluded from the definition of an investment company under section 3(c)(14) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 (15 U.S.C. 80a–3); and
(J) A group, provided that all the members are persons specified in §240.13d–1(b)(1)(ii)(A) through (I);

Actually, in re-reading the info I posted, I see that I will need to file an update within 45 days of the year-end since I have made some changes in my holdings since my last filing. So I will be doing that before mid-February - who knows what I might have by then!

(d) Any person relying on §240.13d–1(c) and has filed its initial Schedule 13G (§240.13d–102) pursuant to that paragraph shall, in addition to filing any amendments pursuant to §240.13d–2(b), file an amendment on Schedule 13G (§240.13d–102) promptly upon acquiring, directly or indirectly, greater than 10 percent of a class of equity securities specified in §240.13d–1(d), and thereafter promptly upon increasing or decreasing its beneficial ownership by more than five percent of the class of equity securities. Once an amendment has been filed reflecting beneficial ownership of five percent or less of the class of securities, no additional filings are required by this paragraph (d).
(c) Any person relying on §240.13d–1(b) that has filed its initial Schedule 13G (§240.13d–102) pursuant to that paragraph shall, in addition to filing any amendments pursuant to §240.13d–2(b), file an amendment on Schedule 13G (§240.13d–102) within 10 days after the end of the first month in which the person's direct or indirect beneficial ownership, computed as of the last day of the month, exceeds 10 percent of the class of equity securities. Thereafter, that person shall, in addition to filing any amendments pursuant to §240.13d–2(b), file an amendment on Schedule 13G (§240.13d–102) within 10 days after the end of the first month in which the person's direct or indirect beneficial ownership, computed as of the last day of the month, increases or decreases by more than five percent of the class of equity securities. Once an amendment has been filed reflecting beneficial ownership of five percent or less of the class of securities, no additional filings are required by this paragraph (c).
(b) Notwithstanding paragraph (a) of this section, and provided that the person filing a Schedule 13G (§240.13d–102) pursuant to §240.13d–1(b) or §240.13d–1(c) continues to meet the requirements set forth therein, any person who has filed a Schedule 13G (§240.13d–102) pursuant to §240.13d–1(b), §240.13d–1(c) or §240.13d–1(d) shall amend the statement within forty-five days after the end of each calendar year if, as of the end of the calendar year, there are any changes in the information reported in the previous filing on that Schedule: Provided, however, That an amendment need not be filed with respect to a change in the percent of class outstanding previously reported if the change results solely from a change in the aggregate number of securities outstanding. Once an amendment has been filed reflecting beneficial ownership of five percent or less of the class of securities, no additional filings are required unless the person thereafter becomes the beneficial owner of more than five percent of the class and is required to file pursuant to §240.13d–1.

(a) If any material change occurs in the facts set forth in the Schedule 13D (§240.13d–101) required by §240.13d–1(a), including, but not limited to, any material increase or decrease in the percentage of the class beneficially owned, the person or persons who were required to file the statement shall promptly file or cause to be filed with the Commission an amendment disclosing that change. An acquisition or disposition of beneficial ownership of securities in an amount equal to one percent or more of the class of securities shall be deemed “material” for purposes of this section; acquisitions or dispositions of less than those amounts may be material, depending upon the facts and circumstances.
My reading is that, when my holdings change by 1% of the OS, then I must file an amendment. Since my filing shows me at 6%, I would need to file if I move up to 7% or when I move down to 5%.
NL
No exact numbers from me, Lung, unless I do another filing...
Also, while I am a "Long" holder of MTRE (and LHCI), I will also eventually sell some.... so you never can tell for sure what I have - until I do a filing again. I don't want to do a filing for having a larger %, so I expect the next filing will happen some day when the price is up signficantly and I lighten my position to the extent that I end up with 5% or less.
Cheers!
NL
That was me, Lung.... .12's were still a steal... .095 was better yesterday, but I'll settle for .12's... LOL
Well, whoever decided to sell yesterday and today....thanks! I grabbed a few more while they were there to be had....
For those into filing requirements, I need to file an update if my percentage of the OS changes by 1%.... so I am avoiding that by buying only what I can without having to refile. I have now completed that, so that's it -- I am done again -- it's all up to the rest of you now!
NL
I think anyone adding MTRE shares will be very happy in 2009 -- best wishes you to Auld-Lung-Syne and all MTRE'ers.
