Must have missed it.
With such a small market cap what is preventing a buyout or takeover?
What would the timeline look like requiring FDA approval on a new implant?
Was not sure what you meant by this statement, “Cant help it if Sonny puts Si3N4 on titanium shells or uses "donated" liners.”
Honestly don’t, but really hope the answer is a yes. Seems like there is enough “irons in the fire” that one of them should be hot by now. Haven’t looked into history long enough to know their mannerisms or if any habitual behavior is linked to offerings. Hoping the S1 for preferred shares is for a substantial strategic event.
In the past have they sat on a S1 and then released news, is there any pattern of previous S1’s prior to news or strategic events ?
Zimmer Biomet has two conference presentations this week. Not gonna hold my breath but an announcement of a strategic event with SINT would be nice.
I have seen you post on recent hiring over the last couple months. Do those hirings line up with what you think would signal an impending strategic event or something further into 2020 or 2021?
What is “it”?
What is interesting about the timing? Read your post and unsure what it was related to.
The cybertruck is what I imagine Mad Max would drive if he were gay.
No matter what happens I would like to see some signs of life in the stock price before years end.
Hoping for a partnership Something in the dental arena being the most obvious with the announcement in September. Hopefully the S1 of Preferred shares was drawn up to provide equity to a major player while ensuring longer term share value and stability. A divestiture of a segment of their portfolio would provide a short term bump but might more easily allow the SP to retreat after some time.
The last S1 prospectus for the preferred shares had OS count at 1,854,898 as of June 30th, 2019. That’s almost a 700k increase since July 1. I guess they could be slowly selling off the S1 from the September common stock offering but just haven’t sold enough to close it out yet.
Thoughts on increase in OS & float? Just noticed over last month or two shares have increased a bit, approximately 1/2 mil shares.
Hopefully soon there is an event that demands a higher valuation from the market. I understand what your saying but it’s hard to argue that it should be higher until their is a reason, someone investing heavily in a partnership or buys a segment of their business.
Not sure we should compare SINT to Tesla
Not being critical but just out of curiosity how is the Miami mansion news relevant, what is your take on that?
Since it appears you guys in this board have been following SINT for longer than myself, does anyone know what type of stock options the board has granted themselves or have written into their contracts?
I wish Sint would go off. The volume is brutal.

You mentioned results were due. Which results? Thanks.
I don’t think there was ever anything that indicated they were dissolving the company. From the get go they had additional funds and lines of credit for restructuring. Only fear mongering goons were spouting off about a bankruptcy that was never declared and never seemed like they had any intention to do so. Bankruptcy protection is not necessarily good but still far from chapter 7 bankruptcy where assets are liquidated and company is dissolved.
No buyout. Just a share disclosure from last SEC filing. Old news.
$600 mil BO puts the pps right around $20.
Do you think we see some action before July?
Yup. And I think the Board Members who picked up 15000 shares will be looking for a little more than $75000, or $5 per share. Should be a nice payday.
I am sure the stock will pop & drop. A buyout will likely be $20 minimum. Pulm is incorporated in Delaware which protects companies from hostile takeover. The patents, pipeline, and isperse are worth more than $120-$150 million. A buyout will be determined by value of the company. Just because this has been shorted into oblivion does not mean it is on clearance sale. Market cap and stock price literally mean nothing in the equation of a buyout.
They control, short, and manipulate until they don’t. Then they run it sky high. Then they control, short, and manipulate it back down. Wash, rinse, repeat.
I could use a HFH post for some positive reinforcement at this point.
What is a realistic ETA to a BO? Within a couple months, 6 months, 1 year, more?
ETA on the timeline?
Europe?
The Cipla deal isn’t closed yet but seems like a done deal. There is a lot of smoke with recent filings and the lack of transparency by management. Thinking something big in the making. There are a lot of tutes and new investors that are not hear to lose money, as noted by HFH.
I am feeling this could be 10x in 3 days. This has the makings of a run. Probably not going to stay high long but .....
Any updates? Still thinking partnership news? Soon?
Yesterday.
Absolutely no reason why this shouldn’t be over $5 now.
