It makes good business sense to avoid loose cannons....
Perhaps you are well known then …
Why do you feel that you are entitled to a response? What busy CEOs respond to random emails from just anybody? And frankly given your comments here you are probably viewed as a problem.
Gempicker, as ALWAYS, I love reading your analyses. Not emotional, but very rational, step-by-step analysis. No guarantees, but very plausible observations.
So leave. Get out of the sector. The rest of us are willing to hang in. Nothing you say affects that. Just constant griping.
I am here as I have been since 2018. I am willing to take the risk. I have done my DD and made my decision. I am not constantly complaining about what hasn't shown up. Your comments are always repeating what the rest of us already know, have considered, and made our decisions for action on. There hasn't been a thing you've said that has been helpful and is nothing more than griping.
So why are u still here? All u do is complain and point to destruction
Just waiting for things to go poorly so you can gloat?
All of us longs have made our choices and have decided to accept the risk.
What value are your comments adding?
Yes I know about the House bill. The House has been showing progress on this front. But articles keep saying the Senate "will do something" but still no action or news. Schumer was supposed to present a new bill.
Yes, there has been lots of "news is coming" from Congress, but have you got an article indicating something is coming this week?
Why? What have you seen to indicate that? I certainly would love that, but curious what you have heard
Did someone just drop $20 million to buy shares?
A good article on the need for cannabis banking from Reuters
https://www.reuters.com/world/us/us-pot-sellers-stash-cash-banks-leave-them-high-dry-2021-05-24/
Thank you! Agree on all points
Great!
what is the actual date of that tweet? The one on the screen shot right above it was from last October.
Thank you for that! :) Happy Weekend!
Link?
As always, thank you for the rational, well-thought-out replies. Much appreciated.
What is the significance of the date? ie regardless of whether it is May or June - what is driving that deadline?
Any change? Or no dilution?
Don't they go into effect 9/26/21?
Thanks! I was thinking in East Coast time and wondered if the markets were closing early to celebrate 4/20 ;)
Right... yes PST
Why is the closing bell at 12:30?
Thank you both for that update info!!
And what does the update show? Has there been any more dilution or is the update all good?
not the other video just posted. That is from 2021
This article is from July 2020
GREAT post and analysis as always, Gempicker!
Here is a link to yesterday's article about Schumer's comments:

No problem! Do share :)
Good article in Reuters today about New York's legalization and its implications for national legalization and tax revenues:

My own personal feeling is that there are a number of things being worked on behind the scenes. Hence the delay. And if that is the case, then that is why the SEC isn't pinging them. If INQD is moving toward bringing a number of things together no point in releasing anything until all the ducks are in a row. And if there are many things being brought together that has no doubt been communicated to the SEC as it would have to be. So I am just waiting and watching. Let's face it, there are NO guarantees on anything here. You have to decide if you are willing to roll with this and take the risk. For me, it is a calculated risk that has a lot of things pointing in a direction I am willing to wait for. Each person must make their own decision.
Thanks - I don't have access to reports like that so it's great to see that!
You are welcome. I am just a science geek at heart. Always have been. :)
Thank you Lakota. I agree. There are too many good directions and possibilities and people whose paths are tied in one way or another to INQD- I think it will be a very interesting time soon.
:) I am usually quiet and just observe, but now and then, happy to help where I can.
And Daniel Weadock also has quite a background in science management and being a "changemaker" - got a Masters degree from MIT's (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) - Sloan School of Management
Degree - Master of Science in ManagementField Of Study -Business Management, Change Management and Strategy
Here is one of his companies:

And that page is linked to: https://www.elitephenos.com/
Here is Daniel Weadock's "docweed" Linked-In page which shows his current involvement in "Culture of Cannabis": Working w leading Cannabis genetics companies, legendary breeders and Nursery operators.Providing next level financing and expertise. Also shows the other cannabis-related genetics companies he's involved in as well as an early one June-bug Technologies using microbes to improve cannabis cultivation. That's a bio-agriculture application that a lot of large bio-ag companies use for conventional agriculture improvements by using specifically-designed strains of microbes to increase crop growth and yield.

Well I have wondered if since Daniel Weadock has stayed on as an advisor, and is creator/CEO of 2-3 different microbial genetics/cell bio startups (including one that has the alliance with someone who developed a number of proprietary plant lines) if all of that isn't churning along under the surface and might emerge later. I sense his immediate focus is the banking and hemp connections, but I would e surprised if he and Daniel don't have an open line of communication for future biopharm directions.
