The ND Element C group shared it from Dan Hardee's account.

I have a feeling that this is going to be our explosive growth year!
Well, your brilliance is underappreciated here, obviously! :)
Busch's have been a great help, but no consumers consider their name when actually buying product as there are no obvious ties other than on the investor side. It's not called Apple Busch or Busch Rush or Happy Busch Juice, so their name being absent from the product means that the drink has to stand on its own. For whatever reason, the opportunities in St. Louis didn't pan out, but apparently are on the table for the future (i.e. cans, Element product line, etc.) There has been little to no advertising, but Lucky's Market did move product once people tried it and became addicted (I have firsthand knowledge of this).
Does Peter have to qualify himself as a shareholder in every Newswire? Most of us aren't disclosing how many shares we own either. *cough*
My point is that this is unique where these are not the normal OTC players looking to flip shares. This is an actual group of industry leaders that are supporting this product line. I'm surprised and disappointed that it hasn't taken off by now as it seems inevitable, but it was a terrible year for launching something new.
They are making enough to keep afloat, and somehow they managed to design and deliver a new product line during a pandemic. There is definitely a reason why this is a penny stock, but the potential for explosive growth is absolutely there. Having products in a dozen or so states is pretty impressive, so it's not that the Busch family hasn't been able to give help other than their name.
Also I'd have to ask, do you know of any other penny stocks that the Busch family is involved in? They aren't known for stock scams as far as I can tell. I think that's what differentiates APRU is that it's an actual business that has the real potential to be a national/international hit.
This is the stuff that they probably had planned on doing last year, so we're lucky to get in at these prices!
Right, the filing does show the shares that are issued and not what is currently owned. It's all speculation though on anything further than that. Peter Busch has recently commented on APRU so he wouldn't do that if he weren't somehow involved. He's also still showing on the board of advisors for APRU, so I think it's beyond a reasonable doubt that he's still involved and will push this nationally/internationally.

It does make me wonder where Jason is though. Unlike some others here, I thought he was doing a great job with the Facebook updates.
Wow, 2 more states!!
Right, but it's not going to last. We're at the peak of a bubble, so I'd expect housing and other sectors to crash pretty hard by this time next year. People addicted to these drinks may still spend money on them though, so Apple Rush may not be as exposed.
I say we're at least good for a hold. Almost all of the dumping came on the same day as the spike, so this may be our new floor.
I took some of Tim Sykes courses and they never hold over the weekend, so at least it'll purge out the day traders.
Someone should get Elon Musk to tweet APRU so we can all retire.
Yes, I had the same thing where several penny stocks went down at the same time after a similar rapid rise as $APRU. Anyone know what is going on?
We've now passed the 52 week high, which means more attention. :) $APRU
Yep, it's nice to see a reversal back to positive so soon!
We have specifically been told that no reverse split has been planned.
Nice... yeah that's exactly what they sent to me. I'll follow up to see if they have any update.
The big deals are what moved it before, so I'm sure that's what it's going to take to move it again.
It's possible, but not likely or they wouldn't have even tried Walmart. Tony is looking at getting into 20,000 7-11s in Japan and going national here, so I would hope that he'd have a solid plan with resources to fill giant orders.
Awesome, thanks... maybe enough of us will at least get them to do a pilot run like Walmart.
As far as CBD, I'll maybe take a look tonight to see if they have any but I kind of doubt it. They sell alcohol which CBD doesn't give a buzz so I'm sure they'll carry it at some point if not already.
Exactly... Publix is perfect because they are more focused on quality than low prices, which is kind of what I think with Apple Rush. I've reached out to Publix requesting that they add Apple Rush back last May, but they don't really provide updates other than thanking me for my suggestion and that they've routed it to their Product team. Maybe if we all blitz Publix and request it, that it would light a fire under them? I'm confident that Southern Eagle could handle it.

They had a nice presence with Lucky's Markets in all of FL, but then unfortunately Lucky's closed. I'd like to see Publix targeted next.
To see this actually spread into densely populated South FL metro is exciting! If UMIG can get this moving in a low-density population, imagine what Southern Eagle can do in a major city.
We have almost 80 million volume for the day and still up 11.54%, so it's still exciting, but not the feeding frenzy like it was yesterday.
This is only the beginning. They've been in several major retailers already with Apple Rush, so Element C is apparently going to help the portfolio into those major retailers. 20,000 7-11 stores in Japan is also one of the current projects.
It's still so ridiculously undervalued that this should be a safe buy until well over a cent.
I'm confused at how investors see a Newswire that essentially is saying that they're doubling their business by using an extremely well-known distributor for the next phase (which is also verified), and still the price drops!
If they do double the business, it will double again after that since Southern Eagle will have some real visibility in a very populous state. As others have said, it's short-sighted to sell now.
I was glad to see that they didn't issue any for services this time.
Yeah not great, but not unexpected either. 100k gross profits but a 61k loss after operating expenses.
Revenues
Sales $ 126,578
Cost of goods sold 25,956
Gross Profits 100,622
Operating Expenses
Contractor costs 31,986
Research and development 405
Stock for services ----
Professional fees 2,934
General and administrative 102,232
Rent expense 23,224
Depreciation and amortization 1,410
Total operating expenses 162,191
Net income (loss) from operations (61,569)
I thought the same thing.... at this point, I'll take anything! lol

Just an update. Jason Atwell is still involved and we hope you are all having an amazing day! #drinksomeapplerush
That's what I took from what Tony said is that they haven't closed the doors on Grey Eagle for the future. It's going to take something like that to get the stock price back on track, but at least I think we've hit bottom and will grow from here.
It's just the old video that he posted a few months back.
Excellent!!
This right here is so critical to understand and appreciate. The Busch family is still hand-holding and committed to Apple Rush's success. Say what you want about Tony, but you can't say that the Buschs are scammers, diluters, penny stock manipulators, etc. These guys are industry leaders and know exactly what they're doing.
"Philip Busch, CEO of Southern Eagle Distributing, commented, “Element Brands is a perfect extension to what we are doing with Apple Rush. Element C’s quality is great and our entire team is behind it. I am engaged in the process, speak regularly with Tony, and have committed our resources to the success of the brands of APRU. Alternative new age beverages will see exponential growth in the coming years and we want to be on the forefront as a leader in the category.”

ND Element C is in Bismarck, North Dakota.
UMIG Distributing would like to thank each retailer, as well as every individual person that has purchased and experienced the wide range of effectiveness that may increase their quality of life. The response from customers are overwhelming, from sleeping throughout the night, to life changing effects of Element C Seltzers.
The entire staff at UMIG Distributing has experienced the effects of this product as well, from some claiming to experience relief from restless leg syndrome, and sleepless nights, to constant back pain, which was the key purpose for us to form this company.
Making a product such as Element C available to the Upper Midwest Region has been very satisfying to us.
The exponential growth for the demand for Element C has been somewhat overwhelming for us. We are trying to get the juices supplied to all parts of the region, some areas taking longer,
simply because of the expansiveness of our area, we are working on that.
We are asking for anyone that has experienced the properties that Element C offers, but does not have in in your area, please ask your favorite grocery store, gas station, C Store or any location for the product.
We are accepting any interest in selling Element C. Any inquiries can be submitted via E-mail at NDElementC@icloud.com, our Facebook page, Instagram, or by calling Jim @ 701-527-2045 or Jennifer @ 701-721-3660.

I'm not sure that expanding slowly with a small distributor translates to "doomed to fail". Of course, it would pop with a national deal, which is what we're all still holding out for.
Their products are excellent and they have the backing to get it expanded nationally, so I'm hoping the delays are covid related as we were told.
I tend to agree that they should hold off on PRs unless it's something big that could make the stock move (i.e. we're live in 20,000 7-11s in Japan). They should be vocal and active on social media since it's free.
LOL I thought the same! Haven't heard from that guy lately.
Yep, looking good today! It seems like it's slowly coming back to life, so hopefully it can hold.
Yep, exactly. That's why I created the APRU Uncensored group on Facebook.
Awesome! This also must mean that they have some plan on making the product widely available if they're targeting traveling consumers. This is a really big indicator of things to come!
