WTM, the way I'm reading the info, the Jan 16
date is just for an update on HYZN's original plan for straughtening out the financial concerns. The 10-Qs are due on or before 13, Feb. If they fail to do that, then delisting could occur.
I think today's activity is due to good news, coming soon. There is lways some, it seens, that have a little advanced notice?
HYZN is required to file an update on or before
January 16, 2023. I'm looking for that to happen real soon. Perhaps today yet.

Good news usually appears on Wedesdays, or Tuedays
after markets close.
Interesting seeing the percentage of ownership in Raven.
I assumed Raven was the major shareholder. It's encouraging to see Chevron with a sizable holding. A company by the name of Ascent Funds is also involved.
Lots of interconnctions with these companies.
Raven's board has a Chevron rep. and Ascent also has a representative listed. A co-founder of Ascent is a David Wu. Hyzon Motors has a Jiajia Wu on their management team. Related?
Of note: Hyzon Motors was hooked up with Raven early on, in April 2021. Before Hyzon went public. Waitng for more developments!

How many times are you going to post
that same hit job by a writer with no credibility?
I'm not recommending people do anything when it
comes to their investment strategy. In my case, I'm buying HYZN while the shares are low.
HYZN is making progress straighening out the financials and will soon have that completed.
I'm willing to risk the HYZN investment, to a point. Nothing more than I can afford to lose.
This type investment tactic is certainly not for everyone.
Panic setting in? Speculators game right now. Only
invest what you can afford to lose, as with any investments. Buying opportunity for those who believe this company will prosper.
Waiting for the train to leave the station quite often means missing the train. Do your own DD and make your own decisions. GLTA

This is probably some of the confusing issues they
are trying to clear up. The link is some information on Horizon Technologies.

HO-Hum. Another hit job by Seeking Alpha. IGNORE!
After trying to decipher the latest HYZN filings,
I can see why the financial reporting could have turned into a possible nightmare.
It appears that Hyzon Motors has a subsidiary, HYZN Motors Shanghai that also had a subsidiary, HYZN Motors Guandong, in business with HYMAs.
Slimming this down and simplifying the bookeeping makes a lot of sense.
It also makes sense for HYZN not to produce trucks in China because of the fierce competion that the H2 industry is bound to create.
For JB's concerns about the financial reports, the link below recaps HASDAQ's requirements of HYZN and due dates for the compliance. I feel confident that HYZN will submit all reports on time.

After hours trading going UP AND UP.
Why did you read the article? Looks like you gained some information from it. Here's a
better idea, quite reading my posts altogether and you won't have to worry about my investment tactics.
Yes, HYZN can be risky. Best to wait until it goes to $25 before
buying. If at first you don't succeed, don't try skydiving either.
ANYTIME! .P.S.. markets go UP and down FYI.
HYZN Management buying like crazy!

What's funny is you not comprehending what is going on.
Holthausen was NOT a customer! They were a partner,. but have now been BOUGHT OUT by HYZN. HYzon Europe is now wholly owned by HYZON MOTORS. A little research goes a long way, give it a try.
More info on this positive development.
