This is excellent news. The dam has broke and the funding will be coming in. Getting one of those engines into customers hands will mean many more will be coming soon. Freedom Motors needs to get that SEC filing out and start announcing plans for the IPO. They are almost there. ZJust get us that SEC filing!
Any update on the Freedom Motors SEC filing because they need it before they can do their Reg A+ IPO. It should have happened a few weeks ago because time is running out on the timeline the CIO put out there to get those new generators in production.
I just read the blog from the Moller International CIO. It's got some good info.
I see that Freedom motors is meeting with US authorities. So, this is some good news and will get the program off and running in a few days. So Paul is obviously getting noticed by the right people.
Go Paul!
I thought that they were done with the engine and needed to just ramp up production, thus the IPO. It is a bit disappointing because they have some great information and it sounds like they have been doing this for a long time and Paul has a vault of other technology. If the engine has not run and the compound is just on paper, that's a problem for me.
This is why I want to see the SEC filing because they will need to break down where this $10M is going. Because if out of the $10M only half of it will be for Freedom Motors to continue development of the engine that has not been proven and one that has not been built, I wonder what they will need to spend? Then will there be enough to ramp up production? Will the $10M even be enough?
If you could provide me to other engines that run on sour gas, maybe I'll look into them as I have the ability to take an engine and mount it to an existing generator that's a proven product.
The flying car is easy but the regulations are not. This is why Moller put a stop to the flying car and is going after something that will be one of the biggest successes of all time, their specialized generator. So, I am waiting for Freedom Motors to be listed so we can talk about that success as flying cars will happen but the Freedom Generator is an instant success right now. Let's go after the success today as opposed to the one that could be brought down by the FAA.
Freedom Motors is in a unique situation as nobody makes a sour gas engine that is reliable and works. So, they will be the one to get behind right now. Not the flying car.
The CIO posted it as a sticky at the top of this forum.
The next thing we are waiting on, is later this week for the Freedom Motors SEC filing. The CIO has a great timeline on when they go to production and for that to happen, the SEC filing needs to be out in a few days. Then we can look it all over and start lining up what we will do for buying stock when it comes out.
I am waiting and ready to start buying stock. Sour Gas generators are the future. Let's go Freedom Motors!
Enron started out at $20 and rocketed up to $80 2.5 years later and last traded for $0.60. Maybe it make a comeback.
I never understand why people have to use Apple as the basis for how a stock that is performing terribly today. They think for some reason they are sitting on another Apple when that was a completely different business at a completely different time going after a completely different market.
It sounds like a one of a kind machine or something that is really rare. So they had to buy it but it would have made sense to put it in a facility that had 3 phase power. I just found out the car wash down the street from me has three phase power, so maybe Moller could find one of those and rent out the space for the machine.
I do find it depressing that there are no more machine shops that do R&D here in the US. That's a real problem because if we can;t do R&D here, then we got a problem.
Looks like Freedom Motors hit a snag that is not their fault. Machine shops will not do R&D any more and they can;t get 3 phase power to their shop to run the proper equipment to make the special parts for this brand new engine. I wonder if there is a machine shop out there that would be willing to do the work because it sounds like Freedom Motors has the money. Is there anyone here that can contact the power company to get that 3 phase power to their facility? Is three phase a special electric that nobody has and is that why they can't get it to run the special machine? Freedom is so close but this seems to be something that could be taken care of in a day. Help them as this will become the next Apple Phone when it comes to success.
For me it's about Freedom Motors. Since it looks like Freedom Motors and Moller International are owned by the same guy I can see why some are confused. One thing that concerns me is that with the IPO, it is literally taking $4M from the left hand and giving it to the right. Both are separate companies but with both being under the same ownership, It almost looks like an IPO to raise money for Moller International and Freedom Motors. Since Moller International already has stock out there and it's below a penny, issuing more of that stock does not work, so they need to raise money another way and that's through the other business.
It would be like if I owned ACME1 Inc. and then started ACME2 Inc. ACME1 charges ACME2 for a bunch of work, thus, ACME2 owes ACME1 money. ACME2 does an IPO to raise money to pay off ACME1. This is not uncommon but in the end, it's really a way to raise money for both but ACME1 can't issue an IPO because they already have publicly traded stock. Technically, I could start ACME3 and do it all over again.
It looks like in this case, as long as Moller International has an invoice of billable work for Freedom Motors, then the money from the Freedom Motors IPO gets funneled to Moller International.
The only thing I can find on Freedom Motors was they were going to do a Reg A IPO in the past as according to these SEC filings but never went through with it (8/13/12 and 11/4/11):

Best part is that the SEC filing will be coming out in a few days for Freedom Motors and then we can see what is going on. I can't wait.
We will find out in a week or two because the timeline David posted would mean the SEC filing will have to be done. Those have to be out in advance of any Reg A+ IPO. Normally 3 months in advance. So we will see the financial situation they are in and what the funds will be used for.
Freedom Motors will have that generator in a year. The CIO has been very transparent and with all of the work going on there, there's no reason to doubt it won't happen. I literally need one right now but will keep what I have limping along for another 12 months and then throw it away.
It looks like Paul has got the employees working overtime on the progress they show on the blog. So, this will be exciting to see this new engine and generator up and running when the $10M check is deposited in the bank. I would like to pre order a generator as soon as I can because my old one is ready to bite the dust.
Thanks David. That's some great news. I'm ready to buy and with you getting these out on the market in a year will be something many will appreciate. I like your blog and that how well things are running with Paul. I know from other IPO's that the SEC filing comes out in advance and that is required for an IPO but from what i hear, this is 99% of the way done.
Please keep me up to date on the Freedom Motors generator because that is important to me and let us know when that SEC filing comes out. As I have learned, it needs to come out soon to make that timeline you posted on your blog.
Looks like Paul is a good boss and you are lucky to be in the bottom floor of this great business opportunity. Go Paul!
Freedom Motors is doing Reg A+ and that is a great way to raise money because you can use non accredited investors. This is good because you get real people investing and they speak with their wallets. This will be a great opportunity for people to get on the ground floor for this new engine and generator. The market is ready to explode for this type of product as I know a number of applications globally. Paul is hiring a staff and all that tells me is they are close to the offering and are preparing to have these to market in a year. it's better than raising the money and then figuring out what to do. From what I read, Paul has lots of experience and knowledge to get this done. With all of that money, it'll be a reality.
I can't wait to read that SEC filing and prepare to start buying stock.
I just read that Freedom Motors is hiring, so it looks like that this project is full steam ahead. It'll be neat to get one of those generators in a year and have a bunch of Freedom Motors stock. Looks like Paul is making this happen.
I just read those blogs and it looks like this company is going down the right road. This generator that comes out next year will be the perfect solution for many people and for places like India where it would be a home run.
When is the Neura going to be done and ready to buy? It seems like Paul will have his hands full trying to keep up with demand at Freedom Motors and the new and exciting industry of flying stuff I keep seeing stories on. Just that generator alone will require a big plant to make them and I wonder if they already have that plant or are they going to build a new one?
I guess at least the Freedom Motors one will come out in the SEC filing in a week or two. I just wish they would have an updated one for Moller International because as much as I'd want to invest in that company, there needs to be updated info.
From reading, it looks like Freedom Motors will take $5M and pay off Moller International. Are both of them owned by the same person? If it is, it seems like you would just use the $5M to further the new engine and then use the profits to pay off yourself in your other business.
I guess most of this will be covered in the Freedom Motors SEC filing that should be out anytime soon because the plan to get to market looks like a year from now. I will definitely invest in Freedom Motors and can't wait to start buying stock on the IPO because with the demand for this product, I can see this will do very well. Like anything I invest in, I need to see the financials first just to make sure there are no gotchas.
To the CIO, let us know when that Freedom Motors SEC filing comes out because I'll dump a bunch of other stock and then prepare to buy up yours.
With the $10M in the IPO and all of those investors lined up, looks like they are pretty much set. I wonder when those new engines will get into production? I guess we will have to wait for the initial SEC filings that come out a few months before the IPO. I assume that will be another forum because this one is about Moller and not Freedom Motors.
I just really want to get my hands on that engine because I have a perfect use for it plus I know lots of people that could use it too.
This new engine you came up with sounds exciting. Using those types of fuel you listed is something I have been looking for. Where can I buy one of these engines because I think they would be perfect for a generator.
The Firefly looks like a great product also. Are they out on the market? If not, when? This is another product that has so many uses I can see the demand must be high.
