"What we have here is a
failure to communicate"
~ Strother Martin,
(Cool Hand Luke)
This has to be one of the absolute worst cases of shareholder-abuse by any legitimate company; that is,
assuming it is legitimate.
TTS, I am not the keeper of the clock but,
time is running out.
.
Staggering volume. LoL ;)

The only reason 'clueless' is a bad description is that it's an egregious insult to truly 'clueless' people.
Until I see evidence of true 'effort', the most accurate description of this BoD
is simply 'criminal'.
RDR/RDW has sent
No PMs to you.
You were blocked from sending PMs to RDW b/c you were sending several every 5-minutes.
Hope you'll be outta the pokey soon Altho I know Big Bubba will miss you tremendously.
.
"We will know
when we know"
is the best prediction you've made yet.
.
Rap, thought you said
you'd not be back
until you were right?
SNS, how does a weak PR released too late refute Rainy?
If she's a freakin goddess with divine powers, she'd need no earthly assistance in refuting anyone at all.
Your so-called goddess, is actually nothing more than an odalisque enslaved and beholden to the devil's harem.
.
True dat. He can't
stay away. Boov has
no credibility ??
Yet, a PR referencing interest in OM outbreaks such as I've suggested wouldn't violate any such QP (if one exists) any moreso than the other weak PRs they've issued lately.
.
Think it's pretty safe
to say that they could,
in the wake of such press,
release a statement referencing their interest, their concern, and their passion for expediting
their clinical trials as related to treatment of
H-dominant OM.
Regarding Rap's ridiculous
remark about my use of the term "exploitation", which he conveniently took out of context, how desperate and/or naive must he be to even imply that Delcath BoD possesses any semblance of human decency. LOL
.
If they're truly running
a PR-campaign, why haven't they taken advantage of all the recent press regarding Ocular Melanoma?
Sure, it's of somewhat indirect relevance, but an aggressive PR-campaign exploits any info whether directly or indirectly related to a company's involvement.
So many posters keep referring to the recent barrage of PR submitted by the company;
I just don't see it as such.
Something's not right.
.
Swan/SNS, you're overly confident of CEO's intent
to say the least.
You have no more reason to believe she isn't crooked than the majority has to believe she
Is crooked.
Regardless, there could be a happy ending to this debacle if sun, moon, stars line-up right and vigilant victims can know when to buy/sell.
TTS, lol. I'm actually
involved in our county
and state elections process. Quite a far-cry from Royal festivities. I'll get a break after Tuesday.
As we've all been catheterized by Delcath in such an undignified fashion, I wish everyone much luck
in passing this painful stone;
we're gonna need it.
.
Well then, whatever the goddess says is gospel.
I have several taped calls conversations from TJ from last year where he ducked, weaved and lied... and he's aware of that.
Why should I expect anything different?
When da hell did you speak w/ Investor Relations?
They've not responded to anyone else in months.
Nor are they ever on-site at any of their expensive offices.
Give me something I can check out on my own if you're gonna make a claim like that.
.
GLTA today. I'm away but doing a rain-dance...
hoping you all get a flood of good news and good results.
My limits are set. ;)
.
Nasdaq: so if one requirement for naz is to have at least 3 MMs, is that why we have 2 with 1 share each and 1 with 25K?
.
Rap, you just scolded me in a PM b/c I've not posted in several hours? You said 10-hrs to be specific.
Really?
How nice of you to notice.
You've not posted in approx 13-hrs. Shall I turn you over my knee?
I do occasionally have other things to do.
My sentiment has not changed. I know what I know, yet I'll take what I can get should they decide to take us on a day trip northward.
Good luck...
.
Let the Phoenix rise!
.
Jmd, I'm all for going up.
Let's go!
I can think of at least 5 good PRs she could've released in last month that she's suppressed.
If we ever go north despite her, I'm all For that. Let's do it!
.
SNS, you're joking; right?
The PR-Machine?
Simpson?

She is the PR-Suppressor!
.
Critiquing pumps and erroneous posts is fair game and absolutely appropriate regardless of what
side you're on.
.
Arrest them? They'll have to
find them first.
.
TTS, I have no idea what you're asking. My post regarding weed was purely sarcastic.
I'm in a no-weed-allowed Nazi state. If you'll send me some, I'll pm you my name address ss# first born child and family inheritance.
.
More accurately, there's Much more PR they could do if they would.
There's always a chance, however, that this time around is Not the same-ole same-ole.
Only time will tell.
TTS, I knew what you meant. I, too, knew it would be misconstrued by others - especially opportunists ready to pounce.
Just a little clarification :)
TTS, non-events indeed.
The only accurate pps-boosting PR that's been shared in nearly a year has been sought-out
and shared by shareholders
(ie: interview of successfully treated patients in Germany, etc) Perhaps those proactive shareholders should be on the investor-relations payroll since delcath appears to have no working IR/PR-dept.
In response to your dumper comment, I'm not a dumper;
I've had skin-in-the-game for over a year but, unlike on a character-limited forum like ST, I'm not going to be a 'pumper' here just because I personally have skin-in-the-game.
When I hear or know something positive, I'll share it. Likewise, when I hear or know something negative, I'll share it.
Unfortunately, there's not much positive info to share these days.
Currently, I'm doing some additional independent research regarding their ridiculously expensive office-space(s), whether any employees are
ever actually on-site and why mail sent to their expensive office address is either unacknowledged or
returned to sender.
Extremely poor investor relations to say the very least.

News Release:
http://delcath.com/investors-news/
Why doesn't the company cut spending on luxuries?
That wouldn't totally solve
their revenue problem but it would go a long way towards generating at least a shred of faith in management.
.
Wake up, BOOV; you're dreaming.
But sometimes, just sometimes dreams
do
come
true.
.
Time will tell. The fact that it still exists is actually one of the factors that raises the most suspicion of all.
.
I'm aware of that, yes, and more. Thank you :)
That occurred to me, too. I hope you're right.
Addendum to previous post:
Taken from 10-Q....
>>These interim condensed consolidated financial statements, in the opinion of management, reflect all adjustments, consisting of normal recurring accruals, necessary for a fair presentation of the Company’s results of operations, financial position and cash flows for the interim periods ended March 31, 2018 and 2017; however, certain information and footnote disclosures normally included in our Annual Report have been condensed or omitted as permitted by GAAP. It is important to note that the Company’s results of operations and cash flows for interim periods are not necessarily indicative of the results of operations and cash flows to be expected for a full fiscal year or any interim period.<<
In an attempt to understand GAAP:
Cautionary Note as to Misleading Information
The SEC has long taken the position that the misleading presentation of financial information presented on a basis other than GAAP, whether in SEC filings or public disclosures, may subject an issuer to liability under anti-fraud provisions of the federal securities laws. Even prior to the adoption of Regulation G and Item 10(e) in 2003, the SEC cautioned registrants that:
the anti-fraud provisions of the federal securities laws apply to a company issuing “pro forma” (i.e., non-GAAP) financial information that has been made misleading through selective editing or “cherry picking”;when a registrant purports to announce earnings excluding “unusual or nonrecurring transactions;’ it should describe the particular transactions and the kind of transactions that are omitted and apply the methodology described when presenting purportedly comparable information about other periods; andinvestors are likely to be deceived if a registrant uses a “pro forma” (i.e., non-GAAP) presentation to recast a loss as if it were a profit, or to obscure a material result of GAAP financial statements, without clear and comprehensible explanations of the nature and size of the omissions.
Why do they keep moving from one posh office-space to another if they're so strapped for money?
Struggling Business 101
Rule #1 = cut unnecessary spending.
My gosh, they only have a handful of employees and no one even answers the phone. They could do That much
from an old modified Volkswagen Bus rather than
from 7th Avenue or Broadway.
