Is there any chance of this com[any's debt being bailed out with this much fake money flying around?
Does that mean our shares are going to be worthless?
Does anyone know how this works with someone buying the company's assets? What does this mean for the shareholders?
Any updates?
308,000,000 on the bid. Let' see what happens!
I think this could sky rocket!
I hope so!!
Mass dilution to pay debt
It started falling from $3 per share. It didn't go up to $.91. It went down to $.91 and then down to where we are now.
Bid of 115m shares. Someone thinks this is a bargain.
Who thinks we could see a big run in the near future and why?
He did respond. He can't legally confirm or deny that type of info to me before it has been publicly disclosed. Figure out what you are talking about and then stop back in for a chat.
I asked the question but he couldn't legally confirm or deny.
The CEO did tell me that nobody wanted this dilution to end more than him. This has been going on for months. How many more shares could there possibly be.
All the 8k is telling is how much dilution took place that week. I am curious on how much we have left.
Does anyone know how to do the math to see how much more dilution is left. The CEO said he couldn't tell me but did tell me there was a way we could do the math from disclosures. Any clue?
Great movie!
Call them. Not sure what you want me to tell you.I only posted what I was told.
Did anyone else noticed what happened to the ask towards the end of the day? .0043!!!!!!
You know this how?
I can just say that he seemed confident in the product and the future. Because he can't tell me anything that hasn't been made public I really didn't learn much that I didn't know going into the call. he did spend 20 minutes talking to me though which I was impressed with.
I asked and he can't disclose anything that hasn't been made public yet.
Just spoke to the CEO for 20 minutes. He couldn't disclose much to me but seemed confident in the company and the future to me. He said nobody wants this dilution to end more than him. He claims he has his investors in mind moving forward when making decisions.
Do you think they are actually getting the funding? Did they sound confident to you?
Has anyone talked to the company lately?
Is the dilution stopping?
They are scheduled to start next week. But who knows with this company.
Volume has barely moved all afternoon. I'm hoping that means dilution is slowing down or ending. GLTA!
Did you speak with her today?
I spoke to the company a few weeks ago and they told me the dilution was based on debt. Anyone have any idea when this will be over with?
I don't think this going anywhere until they stop diluting.
Starting to run?
This news is old and the deal fell apart.
These asks are ridiculous. They are for $20 to drive the price down. Get real!
Who did you speak to?
The RS is old news. The company is claiming they have no plans to implement it. Many of us spoke to them today.
For the people that spoke to her, what was your gut telling you? Did she sound nervous or confident?
Just called the company and spoke to someone named Mandy in investor relations. She assured me that there are currently no plans to implement the split. She also confirmed that they are actively pursuing investors but she couldn't really tell me anything about the process. GLTA!!

A few investors claimed when they called the company that this is what they were told.
