That’s an easy thing to do...
I do not work for and/or promote, directly or indirectly, Trimax or Saavy.
I am in no way compensated by Trimax, Saavy or any company affiliated with them in any way.
I am only an investor in Trimax and my opinion is mine and mine alone.
Please invest wisely and good luck to all.
Has anyone had any contact with Saavy's IR lately? We are all waiting for these PRs that were promised after the Yield/Stop Sign went down but all we received was a rehashed PR that’s only new info was that 200/1,000 Walmarts were in possession of the soap pallet displays. We know these displays are in the wild thanks to some people’s welcome DD.
Note: The prior PR said that 1,000 Walmart’s locations would have these soap displays by December. There is only one more business day in December 2018..
Best to all and I hope everyone has a wonderful NYE.

Congress federally legalized hemp with the Dec. 12 passage of the 2018 Farm Bill, opening a market that Brightfield Group estimates will reach $22 billion by 2022.
The $867 billion agriculture law cleared the Senate Dec. 11 with a 87-13 vote before gaining approval in the House Dec. 12 with a 369-47 vote. The bill has been sent to President Trump, who is expected to sign it into law.
The Farm Bill removes hemp from the Controlled Substances Act and allows farmers to pursue federal hemp cultivation permits, while individual states can regulate the industry within their borders as they see fit. Already, 40 states have established hemp cultivation “pilot programs” for industrial and commercial purposes, although the plant has been strictly regulated.
I was a little disappointed with only 200 stores when their prior PR said 1,000 by December... but I’ll take 200 stores over 50...
IMHO, we don’t want a flood of PR, we want a steady stream of them spaced out to support a rising SP.
Looks like Q3 was updated today? 12/11/2018

That was the store I went to...
So while that Walmart says it has inventory for "in store purchase only", nothing could be found.
I was able to get two employees to search after showing them the Walmart webpage on my phone where it listed a number of different Saavy soaps being listed as "in stock" at that location and for "in store purchase only". Their first comment was to buy it on Walmarts online store...
After 20+ min they came back and agreed that their system says they have inventory but they have nothing on the floor or back in the warehouse. She also said that no one there has ever seen these items before.
I didn't feel like explaining that there should be a pallet display with around 1,000 bars of soap on it so I
politely thanked her for her time and wished her a happy holidays and left.
Maybe I'll go back next weekend to check...
I’m about to head to one of the Walmart’s in Chicago that says they have stock of at least one soap bar... will report back my findings later today...
So, question.
If a Walmart location lists that they have Saavy soap "in stock" but "Price for in-store purchase only"... Does that also mean that the store has a soap display?
I was under the impression that in store Saavy soap were presented in the pallet displays. Can a Walmart location have the soap but NOT the pallet display?
Thanks and have a wonderful weekend all...
Only 152 miles away from me...
Don’t forget Net-90
I get what your saying, what I don’t understand is that Savvy has only been in this stock for what, a year plus?
Note 7 — Related Party Transactions

DD, Do you have something better to go off of? I know I don’t...
As I said, I’m open to hearing facts and personal opinion, just be clear between distinguishing between the two.
We are all here to learn and help, transparency is key when one tries to state facts.
“432,844,058 shares issued and outstanding as of September 30, 2018”
Please elaborate. If it’s a gut feeling, that’s great, just say so. If it’s based off some factual event, please say so.
Otherwise it’s just a bunch of spam and or manipulation...
It’s clearly published on Q3 2018 filing.
“432,844,058 shares issued and outstanding as of September 30, 2018”
Please explain how you support the “dilution” comment? That’s a very loaded word and if one chooses to uses it, I expect it to be followed with supporting evidence.
Isn’t Walmart Net-90 ?

I also think that any PR put out prior to the Yield/Stop Sign going down is a utter waste.
While I really dislike the silence, I’m hopeful that once the Yield/Stop Sign finally goes down, that we finally get a nice steady stream of PRs that help support a slowly rising SP.
That hope nugget and $5 might get you a cup of coffee...
In my opinion, there are many longs with substantial holdings who are not buying or selling until the Yield/Stop Sign is removed.
Until then, it’s just a few day-traders trying to flip and the MMs trying to make some moneys in a dry, low volume market.
I don’t expect to see anything good until the Yield/Sign is gone and they are current.
Until then it’s a lot of sideways plays with a frustrated long giving up here or there that moves the SP down... that is where I think we are and where we are going...
It recently popped to 0.018 on no news... so?
Thankfully, the website is back.
I called their office yesterday afternoon and told the phone operator their website was down, she was not aware of that at the time.
I also sent a Facebook message to them yesterday about it but didn’t get a reply...
With the market being closed tomorrow, my guess that Wednesday/Thursday being the earliest now moved to Thursday/Friday.
Has anyone else had a recent reply from IR? Remember, if you email, you get more flies with honey then you do with vinegar...
It was sent Thursday afternoon. I think it takes 3 working days for OTC to process stuff... so I don't expect anything until the end of the week at the earliest.

Not pulling your leg. Just hoping it comes true...
Received a nice email from Joe yesterday evening.
“3Q financials are completed. We are in the process of having the attorney furnish the required Attorney Letters and should have everything filed very shortly.
Joseph M. Vazquez III
President”
Good luck to all...
What’s the over under that we get Q3’s tomorrow?
Happy Turkey Day Everyone!
How are you arguing that news from 37 weeks ago is NOT old news? This shouldn’t be a debate, it should be common sense...
So something of direct relevance, the “5 day extension” that was filed on 11/15, is that 5 working days or 5 calendar days?
I know we are all waiting for something but re-posting old news is just that, old news.
That was 37 weeks ago...
The response I received told me...
1. A new attorney is required
2. They need a new attorney as the old one is banned from OTC
3. They will file Q3 late
4. They are aware of the Yield sign.
I’m not wanting to bother him more at this point. He replied, I’m happy with that for the short term.
I’m content with waiting to see what happens next and if needed, make a follow up.
Their reply...
...
The company is currently working with a new attorney who will be submitting the attorney letter which should remove the yield sign currently on the symbol.
The company should also be filing ther 3 third quarter financial statement within the allowed extension date.
Please understand that I am only a communicator on behalf of the company and must rely on their communications with me since I do not actually work within their operations.
Should you have any additional questions please feel free in reaching out to me.

I emailed their IR guy...
Hello Joseph M. Vazquez III,
I'm a stock holder of Trimax (Saavy Naturals) and had a few questions in regards to the current Yield Sign and future 3Q Financial.
I've noticed that Saavy submitted their past financial and attorney letters a few times in what I assume is an attempt to become current. I also noticed that the past attorney letter was issued by an attorney who is now banned from OTC. I did note that the last submitted attorney letter was submitted when the attorney was not banned from the OTC.
Can you tell me:
1. Is the OTC looking for a "current" attorney letter to match up with the "latest financials"?
2. What is currently missing to get Trimax current so that the OTC would remove the Yield Sign?
3. What is Trimax currently doing to get the Yield Sign removed.
4. When can we expect 3Q financials to be published?
I wanted to thank you for your time. I'm big fan of Saavy's products and have been very excited to start seeing items popping up at my local Walmart in the Chicago suburbs. Can't wait to see those soap display!
Kind regards...
Looks to me its "Sold & shipped by VitaminLife", so not directly through Walmart but through third party sellers...
Looking forward to seeing some pictures from “your guy”!
Oh wow! They have bath bombs in the Chicago suburbs!
Thanks for sharing that. Time for me to head to Skokie to pick up some bath bombs for the wife
Guess we can be glad it stopped, at least for the day.
