Please cancel your trip to QVC today to negotiate pricing with one of the largest retailers in the world.
Your time would be better served printing out all of the confidential contracts and uploading them to the interweb.
Also, chop-chop on the audit.6-8 weeks is just too long and we cant survive without it.
PS. QVC will understand and so will the shareholders if you pass on a multi million dollar deal. At least we'll all feel warm and fuzzy.

At the end of 2018 they'll be a phantom in the portfolio. You'll wish you would have had some onci and alot of it. If you do get some and keep it you'll be a big time winner.
Much of the negative comments have been around the Mazars letter that Steve did commit to. If some of these folks are whining about it because its important to them as investors then instead of acting like a jackass on twitter he should have updated on the letter.
No one initially asked for the letter. Steve made a commitment and didnt follow through. He has to own that and fix it. If he has time to read this board and post he has time to either provide the letter or divulge why he didnt follow through.

My opinion this ceo is legit and stacking up revs for the first leg of hexa with a single product line of DD solutions that he is bringing to their front door right at the time the problem is at the height of social awareness globally.

My take is the tweets are an exuberance that the meetings have blown away any expectations he had in terms of deals, solid leads and regional exposure of the product.

Ours is being shown to dealers, insurance, auto makers, qvc, fleets, govt. Covering many points of entry for the product.
Ours has the ability to talk to the car and get diagnostic information as Ford has requested.
Ours is being sold. Thats kind of a big one.
The problem of distracted driving is more visible now than it was 10 years ago. More data available on the topic to justify the need for a solution.
Did I mention our product is actually being sold.
By all accounts our CEO is delivering on goals. Some slower than others but has a clear path forward. Some of the goals are outside his control. For example the name change - I think it was the main purpose for planning the CC but forces outside his control did not meet his ambition.
And ours is actually being sold. Not sure if i mentioned that.

I would like to see any of the other legs get going a little bit before getting rid of the cash cow.
The other legs will for the most part be unproven new products and/or business models.
I would like to see the app continue to see rev growth, uplist, get one or more of the other legs stood up then sell. If revs and pps continue up my patience level would increase. Just a methodical approach. DD problem isnt going away any time soon. New competitors have a hurdle of overcoming patents as well.
IMO way to early for buy out. Why sell leg of hexa with 20m revs when in a year you could be looking at 100-200m in revs. Way higher pps at that point and premium for that business. The DD apps have yet to scratch the surface of 20k dealerships, automakers, insurance, fleets. I say make a little dent in the market before selling on the cheap.
But....im prepared to wait.
Doubting press releases of contracts that have shown up in earnings releases. Why would he start lying for Q4?
I can tell you why he wouldnt lie-he would go to prison.
If the DD each person conducts leads them to the conclusion they cant invest in onci cuz its scary to see a pink actually performing like a real business then other tickers are more suitable.
What companies post sales contracts? None. The numbers are confidential as well. The terms are confidential. These arent confidential because SB is lying. If these things were shown it would kill negotiations for any future business.Could show company name only with everything else redacted but you would be back to square one.
There are items he has announced they have took longer than initial estimate but things are being delivered, thats the scrutiny you open the company up to when you over communicate.And impatient people expect a earth shattering PR every day.
Audit should also show the other 50% revs that cogosense got on our deals and with any of their existing channels - Thoughts?

What you will likely see in the Q4 fins is impressive revenue growth over Q3 which was 73% over Q2. Q1 will be insane rev growth and they are already locking up contracts where revenue will be rec'd in Q2.
Ford - They wouldnt ask for mods if they werent interested.
BMW - They wouldnt ask for 7 languages of which 4 have been completed.
IMO it doesnt matter if the dealers are handing out product or the auto makers or insurance or fleets. What matters is that the product is going out and manufacturing space has been locked up to get it out.
Potential is huge for a product that helps solve a major global problem.

The global market for DD is big. Execution is key.

My sense is that seeing the contracts would bring additional comfort but from the timing of the deals and reported delivery of the deals one could get a sense of revenue acceleration all the way into hexa Q2.

It tattles on the employees, teens.
So ours talks to the car and has dev capability like ford is asking for to tell user when servicevmay be needed.
Also, lets employer see 10,000 vehicles and who texted, where vehicle is, etc.
The R&D in hardware and software and costs associated with Business (factory, packaging, energy, wages,etc,etc) make the cost to produce the dongle irrelevant to QVC. The cost will be negatiated based on the margin hexa needs to be a profitable company.
The logistics companies and companies like UPS may know where the vehicles are, where they are supposed to end up, service related items, fuel usage,etc. They dont stop the drivers from texting while driving which exposes them and their insurance company to liability.
If I were Berman I would be reaching out to the top 3 fleet management systems to integrate at some level. So in addition to the current data those systems have, they would now know that driver is texting and driving on their dime.
