This is a big problem, say we do go down to the trips (.0001-.0009), 1-1000 RS wouldn't get sp high enough up list to QB and with the RS lingering who's going buy? Filing states RS can be exercised at any time up to the Anniversary date. It's like shooting yourself in the foot to run a marathon.

Reason we are here now because Graber is an entrepreneur that will not give up until successful, thus the debt. Graber was not going give up and lose millions invested over the years. He pushed forward with Andrew.

$BOXS owns the Lithium rights so the BOD came to us instead of starting a NASDAQ IPO without us. The talent on Board may have a JV/Merger/Buyout ready.

Upon Lithium news could be a major gap up and current sellers in subs likely be disappoint. What's the alternative? Sell now take major beating or hold to at least see the companies next move. They decide dilute 4.5 billion shares, there's no way could sell it now with no volume. News would drive the volume, that's the smart exit if want out. IMO not directed at you
