Thanks for all of the responses.
Shouldn't this information be distributed publicly in a PR rather than given to a select few individual groups? What about us lowly common shareholders?
Also, it seems, IR and the DDI "team" are currently contacting the companies that bought into the PIPE and giving them an update as to what is going on, as in current contracts, forward projections, and future outlooks.
Or just give her the URL for the company that sells Nicosan online and ships worldwide.

You have email.
clrmng,
Sorry to say, probably not.
As per previous posts here, you need to send a letter to Mr. Hasler giving him permission to represent you and the shares you own. See teh sticky-note post #193158 pinned to the top of this Xechem message board for all of the details.
Even if we do succeed in replacing management, I am concerned that the PIPE will lower their convert price from .0007 to .0001 or worse, making it much for the common shareholder to recover their losses.
Does anyone know if the bankruptcy judge can put a clause in whatever plan he creates or accepts to salvage the company, that says the PIPE cannot lower their ratchet price any further.
Would such a ruling take precedence over the loan agreement between the PIPE and Xechem?
Lochute,
Sorry to hear about your son. Wishing for a speedy recovery.
Hi Briboy,
Yes, most penny stocks have corrupt management and a lot of traders making false statements to take money from the honest and innocent folks.
Of course it seems every time one turns around anymore, they see more corruption -- it seems to be everywhere mnosadays, not just in the stock market.
Look at the millions and billions the big company execs are getting for destroying their own companies -- and the poorer folks will end up paying for it because the government uses our tax money to bail them out.
Not sure yet, if I want to put any more money into XKEM or not. I still have a terrible taste in my mouth from it.
Hang in there and best of luck to you.
Monty,
As always, thank you so much for all of the time and effort you are putting into this. Best of luck.
D_Dog is right. Everyone needs to help cover the attorney costs, if at all possible.
I know some aren't in a position to help much, but those who can, may make the difference of the shareholders recovering their investment in the company or losing it all.
All trades were at .0001 so far today.
Actually they are TRADES, not just selling. Someone is on the other side of the trade, buying the shares.
"The company's corporate attorney most likely hasn't
been paid and I beleive they asked to be excused
from representing Xechem. "
Maybe the corporate attorney does not want to be put in the position of withholding or giving evidence that would incriminate company officers.
Maybe they are aware of things they'd rather not get involved in.
Also tell Mr. Haslert that you are giving him permission to represent you and tell him how many shares you have.
Send email to Monty (email address is in the sticky notes at the top of these messages) letting him know how much you sent to the attorney.
Monty is keeping tabs on what we send to the attorney.
He asked that everyone also email Monty with your name and amount sent to the attorney.
Monty's email address is: lamontef@asa1330.com
All interested parties here - If you haven't already, please email lmf1264 and offer to contribute to the attorney fees.
His email address is in the first sticky note at the top of the Xechem posts.
With all of his hard work and a decent attorney helping, we may be able to salvage some of our investment here.
Merry Christmas and best wishes for a great 2009 to all Xechemers.
Do you (or anyone else here) think we (ihub posters and lurkers) could come up with enough to purchase Xechem Nigeria?
Yes, I know the hospital is in India.
Nigeria was the place where Nicosan was developed, so I guess I expected Vixen to get the answer from the creators of Niprisan (Nicosan) rather than somewhere else.
LMF, Thank you for all of the work you are doing here.
I would not be surprised if Swift & friends had planned the destruction and sale of Xechem from the very beginning of their interest in the company.
I further would not be surprised that he was (and/or is being) paid by a big pharma company to do this.
As for the value, I have no idea, but would not be surprised to see it be sold for next to nothing, even less than $3 million.
Interesting that Dr. Kumar is from New Delhi in India.

fastws6, can you send the info about the Forex robot to me please? goldrush2001 at yahoo dot com - Thank you.
Thank you. I am sure we all appreciate the huge amount of effort and time you are putting into this.
Is there any way the ihub posters (or someone who still has some money) could come up with and pay off the $25,000 loan to keep 5-HMF from being sold?
I presume that Swift hasn't done or said anything w/o his lawyers telling him how to protect himself.
This most likely will not be an easy battle for us, but one that must be fought.
Maybe Swift plans on using Burg as the fall guy,
To keep him on the board should have to be viewed as a burden at that time,
that is unless swift needed him for something!
I would think the BK judge could put a hold or freeze on such a transaction, if 5-HMF is of any real value it Xechem.
pretty convenient how the license sale is being pushed to completion by Dec 11th...before any reorganization plan is put forth....
So this was Swift's plan all along. Kill the cheap Nicosan drug and get control of 5-HMF that will be sold at a much higher price.
Wow - Over a hundred messages to catch up on.
I was just thinking.
Are the BK hearings the proper forum for shareholder complaints about conflict of interest, etc.?
We certainly need to have our voice heard there, to protect our investment, but will the BK court be interested in hearing about management's conflict of interest with the hedge fund?
Maybe a separate suit needs to be filed.
I think everyone should make it very clear that our biggest complaint is that the hedge fund forcefully took over and appointed one of their members to run the company, a definite conflict of interest.
And from the viewpoint of the common shareholder, it appears the hedge fund person running the company purposely destroyed it so as to benefit the hedge fund.
Just prior to the hedge fund taking over, everything for Xechem was looking very good.
They had a real product that was very effective.
The product had NAFDAC approval and licensing.
There is a large market of potential customers for the product.
The company had just received non-toxic financing (other than the hedge fund).
The share structure was reasonable.
From all outward appearances, based on what hedge fund person running the company told the public and shareholders, it sure seems the intent was to destroy the company.
If the company does make it, watch the PIPE lower their convert pps down to .0001 (or less) from it's current .0007.
I think it may be filed in IL because if I remember correctly, that is where Xechem's attorney lives.
So who are the gamblers, buying all of these shares at .0001?
only about $20,000 so far, but that is nothing to sneeze at.
Another 35 million shares at .0001.
Who is selling? Someone in the hedge fund? What do they know that we don't?
Or is it the company needing money?
Or some other investor needing money that bad?
I just hope she does not get in trouble for doing this.
Glad to see some folks getting relief though.
No problem.
You have been with this a long time. I wish the very best for you.
At this point, I have no idea what management is trying to do. It sure seems like they are determined to totally destroy the present company.
Before the hedge fund took over, this seemed like such a sure thing -- a product that worked, and a big market for it, and not that bad of a share structure and pps.
If you have a little money you do not care to lose, it might be worth picking up some shares at .0001, but at this point it is a big gamble.
Just don't want false ideas picking up steam and becoming rumors.
I am actually a pretty tame person most of the time. Maybe XKEM and the market have gotten me a little less tame today.
Happy Halloween!
Who said and who heard it was going under? Or do you just have diarrhea of the mouth?
as we heard it is going under?
Howdy folks. I'm still here lurking.
I think phase III was a typo.
The 82 patients was for a phase II trail, not phase III.
The best I have been able to dig up is that phase III trials were started a few years ago and then abandoned.
Every now and then an article mentions phase III, but they always seem to refer to those older phase III trials.
