How about asking them why they WON'T release the restricted stock. AND, why the PR BS lists an email address that is bogus. Try it and see.

How serious is the POS company? The PR about retiring the shares lists a website, the website lists an email address, the email address is INVALID (returns fatal error).

All I wanted to ask them was about MY restricted shares. It appears that more than half of the issued shares are in the restricted category ( a joke and a half).

And who do you think runs those POS newsletters? Its like going to the horse races and buying the tip sheets from the hucksters. If any of them knew what they were talking about they wouldn't need to be selling their advise...they would be using it themselves.

That's not exactly true. I have previously stated that I was an "investor" in the first part of the Moody/Riley/Big Apple scam which continues to this day, just the paperwork has changed.
I think that everyone should be made aware of the crooks with whom they are dealing.
Aside from that I have to wonder about how many of todays "traders" are doing nothing but buying and selling to and from each other.

There are 50 posts a day, about half from pumpers who are trying to convince others to buy so they can sell and make $1.47 and about half from the fools that fall for it.
