To all asking about joining the class action lawsuit that was filed today...first, let me apologize for not responding directly to all of you. I DID get messages. I am limited to 15 posts a day because I am a free member. For those of you that asked me to forward your email to the attorney, I did. One person had a recording and I am pretty sure the attorney contacted them. If you have heard from the attorney, please let us know.
I know he wants to promote this and get as many people as possible. I just don't know how he will do that. If you have read the case, the attorney's (three of them) state there are over a thousand people in this. I think it could be a lot more than that. They state they will not know how many until discovery is performed. I would think at that time there will be a sign up website. At least that is what I have seen before. I CAN SAY, I am doing this for you guys...the little guy/gal in the penny markets. It is not right that we were screwed like this. Me? I could have made about $1,200 Monday but there are some here that could have seen a 1,900% increase if they could have sold! That's just not right. So I am not expecting money BUT one of the main points in this case is the stipulation that they can not do this again. PLEASE read the case. It is extremely interesting and it appears to be very strong. Heck, three major attorneys would not be doing this unless they thought they could win! I WILL keep you updated but you may want to follow me so you don't miss anything.

Different situation Oneman. Those are all filed concerning the big board stocks. Nobody had initiated one in the OTC. Also, our stock (HCMC) is not a party to those suits. In addition, we are not going on the manipulation and fraud aspect of covering shorts etc. Read the filing and you will see the basis of our claim is on the contract you signed to become a member as well as FINRA regulations. In a nutshell, they can not just stop trading for us because their market maker said so. It was their duty to find a market maker to make our trades for us. They can't just stop our trading.

I'm looking into filing a class action lawsuit. My brother is an attorney for homeland security and is telling me how. TD not only wouldn't let me sell yesterday to double my money, they blocked my transferring the shares to another broker. 100 %illegal according to who I spoke to this morning.

If cdel is truly the cause of the halt for td ameritrade, that means they are severely short. So by forcing td to stop buying and selling it gives citadel a chance to cover their position. What does that mean? Means a squeeze will not happen here and our chance for $1 is gone. Now you are talking value of company determined by revenue and number of shares. At most this hits .02 unless they lower share count. Just my opinion.

100% caused by shorts trying to cover. Gamestop has them scared thinking it can happen to them. I had two that were fake companies without financials expenses etc. One of them the ceo was sent to jail and both have been no bid for three years and they both hit .0004 last week.

I dont have that kind of dough in this one so I will wait till I hit my 30% exit point.

I just initiated a transfer of my entire account from TDA to Schwab. Yes, it stinks that you can't buy or sell more than 999999 at a time but what good is a broker that won't execute my orders? Screw them. What if I get a million bucks from HCMC? Are they just going to tell me I can't sell it? I think we should do a class action lawsuit.

I had a buy in at .0008. TD cancelled it. When I tried to put it back in it gave a message due to corporate restrictions this is not available.

With this much volume, why isn't everyone setting their ask at .75 or a buck? Force people wanting in to pay.

I'm sitting here reading all the comments thinking of straying from my investment strategy which brought me 800% on my money last year. I figured I must buy more in this. Then it hit me....could this possibly be the most successful pump and dump ever? Im not saying it is but if it appears to good to be true than it probably is right?

Good luck to my friends on here. I have finally hit my exit strategy point and have sold. Whether we had different philosophies on what was happening, all were very gracious with words, support and prayers during my recent heart valve surgery and I am grateful for that. Fresh DD...I called the phone number on the Halitron website. A recording answered Retailiom/Hopp companies. I couldn't reach Customer Service so I looked up and found the website for Hopp and the contact number and address were the same as Halitron. Called that number and hit the extension for sales because they had product on the website at hopp. Got vm saying nobody available. A minute later a man named Bill(I think that is what he said) and I asked if this is Halitron. He said its Hopp and he has worked here many years. I asked if Hopp took over Halitron and he said he thinks its the otherway around. He said the new CEO knows whats going on and all Bill knows is he has a job to do everyday. I asked who the CEO is and he said Bernard Finley. So I guess the courts didn't stop him from running a company yet. This is all on my own and recommend your own DD and figure what it all means.

This is going back down to .0035 and will bounce and stay at .0055 until a contract is produced.
