eye: Seems to me that Peter has had plenty of time to ponder the wisdom of the filing if selling shares into the run was his only agenda. Yet here we sit doing didly-squat when we should be excited and watching the pps slowly walk up.
The low to no volume might have been a hint .
He has essentially locked us in. Now here we are thinking that Peter doesnt value his investors when he has us locked in LOL. I hope to hell we have a partner ($$$) in the wings.
We can only hope that the other two that are not completed are for clients. Is the white one the company CEO daily driver or demo? Now seeing the white GTM-R as a luxery sports car, lets see what kind of BRUTE the GTM-R is capable of being.

Most stocks move on speculation? Maybe they used to but not now in this economic and market climate. Remember this is just one car, and a second is yet to be built yet....
Also, this is not public viewing time, and if you drop by popular mechanics site with photo gallery, you'll find our car is one of hundreds.
The car is sitting still. No road reports yet. There is not a single Revenge GTM-R on the road yet...what happens to the GTM-R is up to the magazine articles as no one has even driven one yet, and this one better dish it up with some style. Good reviews will certainly help steer sales our way.
Nope. That 1000:1 RS filing has nothing to do with it! ROTFL.
But yeah the volume sucks LOL. I have another dawg bllb that has not coughed up any news at all in a whole year.
Shareholders still show up to burn the company and see if there is still a spark of life. Today its done over 3M in volume and sits at .0005 up 25% on the day. Go figure.
The white five speed GTM-R has a TESTED top speed of 180 mph.
I am sure a LOT of testing went on before it was brought up to that speed, and it would appear that the car MAY have seen some time on a racetrack as well.
Thats a CUSTOM suspension developed especially for this vehicle. It was advised that should you wish to do time on a track (racing) the rather large wing should be left on...
Im waiting for Car & Driver to give it a test drive and the resulting report. Can the vehicle generate the driving experience up there with the accepted supercars...
No instant overnight success here, the GTM-R must generate a reputation for a certain level of performance and luxury - desirability.

Not many of Carnes companies he takes a stake in survives or breaks free. If you know a company is gonna fold, it shouldnt matter how many or how they are shorted IMHO...
One thing for sure it that this has turned into an interesting play. From here on out nothing to do but watch as things should be played out fairly rapidly.
If Revenge can only produce 50 cars per year, it should not take too long to sell out. Low production numbers has its benefits in the supply and demand factor.
Thats seems to sum things up right now. A need for demand and what better venue than the Detroit International Auto Show?

- I'm thinkin that this is the issue Peter must address before performing any kind of RS. If the preferred are not subject to RS (why should they be) the RS cannot be happen before conversion for obvious reasons. This is one of the main reasons I gambled on rvgd with impending RS.
It remains to be seen whether I have indeed made a wrong assumption or bad gamble. I also suspect that this is an issue that will be addressed in the share structure pr Peter is gonna release after the debut.
If the share structure stays the same till preferred converted, Peter SHOULD be dropping value into the company by way of sales numbers.
Sounds like he just might have to increase shareholder value the old fashioned way! LOL. For a few months anyhow?
Me too, 3. Got a few dollars set aside to wait for the coming announcement on share structure. Depending on what the split is after the announcement, I may pick up some more.
Why wait? Dont want to compound existing losses and believe my loss will be even greater after the RS.
Once the share structure is addressed, the pump should be on. If the company still has 500M shares, 250 will stay for the sgls preferred conversion and still leaves over200M shares that Peter MAY dump over the next few weeks or months in order to maximize gain from RS or to meet immediate cash needs.
I interpret the "substantially reduced AS" as meaning that instead of being wiped out completely, the end result will be dilution anywhere from 200 to 400% or AS of between five and ten millin shares AS post split.
In the meantime it appears like there may exist a prime flippin opportunity although with a limited window. A quick 200% from todays pps seems possible with GTM-R debut press.
Well folks its down to the wire with the end of the wait in clear site. I know that "Rocky Road" is an ice cream flavor but seems apt when describing the rvgd investor adventure LOL!

Longs SHOULD be elated today finding out RS is still months away. Whats not to like about that as we were expecting it to happen today.

So I was initially right - that SGLS could not convert until Feb - March and limits the timing of the RS till AFTER the conversion of preferred.
I guess issued preferreed shares are not subject to an RS? That would explain the high of dividend shares of prgl preferred in relation to common shares I still have in my account. An RS wiped out my investment there a little while back (JULY).
Does little good because the RS killed the stock...
Well....I guess then that .0003 WILL show up in RVGD PPS. sometime soon.

Maronti - if you want to see what would happen with an RVGD RS like you describe, check out BEDA. The RS reduced it to less than a million, but left the AS at 600M. See ibox there for share structure.
NO VOLUME although earnings report expected in excess of 3M in Rev's. Certainly a recipe for major dilution there.

That should translate into .20 post split. If Peter does not IMMEDIATELY dilute, then the share price SHOULD increase with a very successful launch. That would bring us to a more realistic value (assets) and put the value of any future sales into play.
If the market decides we are worth more than one million dollars, things are definitely looking better LOL. Two million shares is not a lot to turn over at a pps of .10 to .20 so it should be fun.
Fun stops when the dumping begins.

JC - .0002 is about right and a half million dollars marketcap is what value the market currently has assigned to it being that they have not produced the car yet.
People's perception will change quickly if we start to get some really good write ups from magazines that currently have a love affair going with the GTM.
Kinda neat that Bugatti is a neighbor and makes our pavillion the one with two of the quickest cars in the world. With 650hp or more, it should be able to do 0-60 times of less than three seconds having more power than the one Car and Driver tested (red Factory Five).
Anyhow, that translates into a .20 pps post split and its anybodies guess where it will go from there as the future AS is unknown at this point.
I cant help but think that Peter could not have gone into this without some assurance of future sales in place. If so the debut could double orders. We are supposed to have a couple of "satellite centrs" but am unsure just what those are about.
Anyhow, it appears that I may have to pony up some more money to put into this depending on what Peter does.

If Peter has been sitting on news it seems safe to say it should surface over the next few months, and the companies future could be very promising.
At .0001 I just may have to pick up another mil before the RS, as I believe the post split it should immediately double to .20 or better being as the show is on and media coverage begins.

JC - Friday is the last day the action could be implemented and paperwork expires. Companies are supposed to give advance notice of splits but try to do it as anonymously as possible and usually less than 24 hrs before action takes effect. This prevents a huge selloff.
There can be no benefit of keeping AS the same when the RS occurs. That is one sure way of seeing .0001 again REAL fast.
I believe that the AS will be reduced, just not proportionately. The company HAS to owe money to someone for something, and the company needs money to move forward. Only other alternative I see is for someone or a company to buy into Revenge. Stock must be available for such a scenario.
Say our parts manufacturer agreed to some sort of deal where Peter gets his needed parts (deal with the Devil?) and opts to buy into the company so many shares on the open market.
We know Pete had a million dollars to play with at one time. Seems to me he got way too much play with that small amount. Some kinda agreement or financing HAD to have taken place.
You have to keep in mind that FActory Five has already done most of the hard work getting the GTM not only accepted as a serious sports vehicle, but one thats developed a following amongst magazine editors despite the identified problems.
The GTM's performance and potential has just awed mag editors and what Peter is offering should be nicely noticible. My guess is that we have gull wing doors on it to boot making it easier to get in and out of.
All Peter had to do is essentially tweak everything to bring it up to supercar standards with workmanship up to par with the finest Italian or Germanmade automobiles.
The FFR GTM in its purest form is a do it yourself streetable race car you can build in your garage from a kit.
The GTM-R must in its purest form be a high performance luxery sportscar with all the amenities money can buy and coveted as a quality custom hand built high performance machine unique to its owner.
If you want anything faster in a production car than the GTM-R, its gonna cost you a half million or more....

If not for the highly unusual move by Collorafi late last week of a letter to the ihub investment community stating a proportional RS (AS and OS) most longs would have agreed the game was over and sold out before being wiped out.
Nonetheless whether true or not there is little for the small individual investor to do at this time or anytime for the matter. Having already experienced more than one RS this year, this poster has to wonder if the odds of finding an honest CEO are worse than expecting to get rich in Vegas on the crap table....

Performing the intended split on Friday would make sense. Monday being the international press conference. Fun to see what would happen to pps if entire OS is turned over five to ten times over the next two to four months (or weeks?).
The AS must be reduced substantially for the RS to be worth anything at all. I dont believe it will be proportional as Peter says but end up at 7M as Stockprofiler?? stated earlier.
If so the AS is what 7.67M or something close to that and OS would be 2M. Not great but we would still be the game and a decent pps possible even fully diluted.

The Facts so Far - will cooler heads prevail?
1) The circumstances that we are currently experiencing is beyond our control and there is literally nothing we can do or should do until it plays out.
Peter on company letterhead assurred (promised?)ihubbers that although some paperwork has been filed for a RS, that the AS would be substantially reduced - proportionate to the shares RS.
The filing is good for 30 days meaning the split must be executed BEFORE the debut and press conference. With a simple filing fee he can re-submit anything he chooses to...
Performing the RS without substantially reducing the AS is tantamount to putting a stop sign on stock sales. Who the hell is gonna buy stock with less than two million OS and an AS of 2.5 Billion???
2) A proportionate RS leaves us with what - 2.5M AS and OS of 2M?
Consider a past pr or update from Peter outlining how anticipated sales will more than cover prototyping and manufacturing costs. Thats susbstantial.
A pr following the highly successful GTM-R debut could include solid sales and satellite location announcements. The idea here is (the pump of course)would be to assign value in dollars. Could RVGD already have in excess of a million in sales? Again an update on FFR forum has hinted we have a GTM-R client already. 10 - 20M sales contract possible.
3) Like it or not we may already have partnerships in place in addition to FFR. Peter could not have come this far with the little bit of money he had to work with.
4) Pr's announcing new deals with new companies in addition to what we have with Pontiac and Honda. We will be showcasing 2009 models.
5) Peter has let us know in addition to GTM sales has also booked a number of builds for this winter.
6) With a 2.5M AS RVGD might be a prime takeover target with a low pps under a dollar? Even with AS and OS of Five to ten million would make us a nice company to snag. Hottest car of planet for 2009?
7)Current assets including the three completed GTM-R's building, inventoried parts etc. should be worth a million dollars by itself.
Last but not least consider that Peter did NOT have to respond to ihubbers and probly against the better judgement and advice of lawyers. He did anyway despite the fact that the RS news he gave SHOULD have been released by pr since the information he gave was not in the filings (public information).
WAs Peter actually thinking about his shareholders giving them this information? Since that is absolutely nothing I can do about the situation except sell and cry, he let me know that despite whatever crap the pps goes through with the RS - there should be no real reason for alarm. Simply sit through it.
Knowing the OS and AS post split is a huge bonus in my way of thinking. While we have way less shares, there will be a total of only 2.5M AS. Easy enough to turn over entire OS in a days trading - pps volitility. Will the GTM-R activity generate stock sales?
Handled properly and in conjunction with the debut and publicity there exists the possibility for the debut to generate a complete turnover of OS a few times in a relatively short amount of time.
Think about it. Peter has a chance to pitch the company (and stock) to an international audience. Here we are thinking of our shares as toast and worthless, when there is still a more than reasonable chance to be in the dollar range if RS goes as Peter says.
If such a thing ever happened, a forward split seems more likely to help reduce share price and make it more marketable. (Hey if you're gonna DREAM LOL).
Given that I have no real power to change the situation I have a choice to make to dictate my future actions....
a) Give Peter the chance to do the right thing for ALL involved and lend him my support and best wishes for a successful debut.
b) Not wait to see what he actual does but assume it to be the worst and run him and the company into the ground all over the internet - thus killing any chance we might have had before it even begins.
Sure Peter is a POS when it comes to what we investors want to hear from him but performance wise the man HAS delivered a whole lot in ONE year.
Its been a journey for both company and investors and now that we are just a few steps from the finish line, a lot of us are quitting.
I've not a lot to gain from quitting and shooting myself in the foot by ruining the company before the debut.
My letter to Peter (through Emily) will not be one of bitching, but to congratulate him, wish him the best at the debut, and that by performing a proportionate RS prove himself worthy of my trust AND further investment.
If he does what he says, I will double my position immediately after the split (hopefully at reduced prices)LOL.
Like it or not, it appears the man has built a real company from the ground up and kicking out a first OEM production vehicle in the very first year.
If he dont wipe us out, one could find worse stocks to put money in. Time will tell, and in a very few short days (30 days from filing).
I hope others who feel the same way will chime in, and those wanting to flame this post go ahead. Lets be smart about this thing and not bury the company.

LS MAN there doing the GTM-R article....I just dropped a pm to him outlining that if the future of the GTM-R depends on Peter selling more stock,then if he wipes us out with an RS current investors will turn on him like a pack of hungry hounds and bury the company and car on the message boards.
I also suggested if Peter is looking to stock sales for production money, his best chance is WITH his current investors.
I know its dirty and underhanded perhaps, but Im doing whatever I can to help keep my money in my pocket and us longs in the picture.
I may not have a lot of money invested in this company but I earned every penny of it honestly, and its all I can afford. I sure am tired of scam CEOs for sure.

Happy New Year Dog! Carroll Shelby currently has a suit against FF5 (again)in regards to the Cobra body shape. With a previous suit FF5 agreed not to use the name Cobra. Perhaps Shelby has extended the suit to include the privately owned Cobra forums....
BTW Dog, it is my conclusion that although RVGD may form or have a limited partnership for the Revenge GTM, but will NOT go in big with any ONE company.
Google "Jim "Turner GTO", and up pops a German production GTM manufacturer (which FFR sells kits to), then consider the private builders including Alan Motorsports and a few other firms building GTM kits.
What clinched my conclusion for this is also that FFR is currently developing another vehicle with another company. FFR is not going to limit their potential to RVGD. RVGD will just be another company they do business with or enter into a joint venture or partnership.
This does preclude rvgd from having another company in the wings participating. If rvgd has 150 windshields in stock, it has to extend to the other manufactured custom parts as well (how many I dont know) and that has to have cost a couple million bucks...
For what its worth, I dont think that we will have to wait to long for the split to be clarified or executed. Peter would have to be some kind of numbnuts not to use the release (should be hugely successful)to raise money...
Here's to hoping us longs survive this one.

- the premise of the post is that while to build a quality hand crafted car (production), then the company would be working on multiple vehicles similtanously. For instance if it takes two months to complete a vehicle and you want to put out one a week, you would build eight to ten vehicle at the same time -- something like that.
Although its never wise to try to read to much into a post, it should be safe to say that Revenge seems to be building cars at the moment.
Hmmmm....wonder if there are going to be any announcements made at the press conference (aside from debut news). Bet we are building one for a famous client. GTM-R # 0001.

As someone who has helped with the paperwork/day-to-day side of building a number of vehicles I have a serious appreciation for your assessment of the requirements for building a production vehicle. Revenge has taken all of those elements into consideration and implemented the necessary procedures and policies in order to produce the quality, hand-built super car we've been promising.
The Revenge GTM-R Super Car will be released in 15 days and I can hardly contain myself! Revenge will be prepared at the show to accept orders for the vehicle. We're ready when you are Delivery dates for the first vehicle will not be available because of our client privacy policy and the fact that the car has not been released yet.

Split speculation...one thing is for sure and that is a window of opportunity will be opening soon and have no doubt the split will be clarified to coincide with upcoming pr's.
If there is to be any GAIN from that obtuse filing, it should be that Peter has realized how a brutal RS will kill the stock and trying to sell into the pump may be futile.
The best chance for the companies success right now is to RETAIN CURRENT INVESTORS.
Although sorely tempted to get some .0001's, an RS would still make them very expensive. I'll wait.

It wasnt me, but the factory that went to Penske with what I believe was the red car. Everything else seems to be fairly accurate from what I remember hearing.

Jim, let me cheer you up some. Like RVGD this company (prgl)did biz with Carnes, then two rapid increases in AS, then pulled a reverse of 530:1 in July.
The company is now toast, with the pps now approaching .0001 again with an AS of just 100M. The CEO was really the instrument of destruction, and not the hordes of howling investors posting thousands of messages through out the stock message board community. Personally I think we did help to bury the company at the end, but really it was the CEO.
The CEO will NOT be able to raise any money again using his name.
Another more recent example is Techalt (teca)who thought they could pillage investor wallets with impunity. They are now toast and dead in water for selling any more shares.
I see RVGD as no diff. Already there is no volume the same as last month and the month before (except for the dump).
Whether company CEO's like it or not message boards can make or break a stock - especially a pinkie.
As a last word, you should be aware by now that when two or more companies merge, shares are usually involved somewhere.
We've come this far and the debut is not that far off. If Peter reverses us out then I promise to join your efforts to bury the company on various MB's.
If a board doesnt have an RVGD board, I will personally start one just to run the company and Peter down. I will make sure that when you google Peter Collorafi and RVGD the word scam will be in there somewhere.
Until word comes down about whats going down, why not cut the longs on this board a little slack? If Peter does us in, there will be many others from this board who will BE MORE THAN GLAD to do the same.

Shadow, I like the link from F5 naming the GTM as the worlds second fastest street car by Car and Driver mag. Somehow, I get the impression that our GTM-R is gonna end up in some mighty famous garages.
Only thing faster than the GTM is a Bugatti at 1.5M dollars.
A 1000 hp GTM is being constructed for the standing mile....
A current GTM with just 750hp has measured 0-100mph in 3.999 seconds. I think it should be safe to say that the GTM will be breaking a few records over the next little while and MAY just actually be one of the HOTTEST cars of 2009 by Car and DRiver and other mags.
BTW- the vehicle used by C&D was a stock LS7 motor.....
Why do I get the impression that we might be hooking up with some racing company/manufacturer, and thats what the filing is for?
So.....is Peter gonna wipe us out or make us some $$$?
RVGD getting play as a supertuner going up against the likes of Shelby who by the way has filed suit against F5 regarding the "Cobra".
The German production GTM (called a Jim Turner GTO) wont be able to compete performance and buildwise, plus will cost a lot more in Euro's.
Emily might just be our best rvgd asset so far aside from the GTM.

JC - I believe the 200 F5 GTM kits referred to are the total that has been shipped in total over the past few YEARS. Despite that, it seems perhaps 20 have actually been completed and on the road.

This is for sure the strangest "split" and surrounding circumstances I have ever been in. On the cusp of the GTM release the CEO effectively "locks the stock" by filing. No demand for stock because of announced split limiting both buying and selling.
With the market the way it is there is no guarantee that even if he comes up with a NEW announcement (sales) that he would be able to sell new shares or attract new investors. So it is not a SURE way to success.
Could it be that Peter has found a new moneytree other than us? He has already hinted that some of the companies we have partnered up with want more involvement....
Could it be that Peter wants to retain current shareholder base instead of a wash rinse repeat?
Could it be that the share structure must be addressed before some sort of new partnership/merger happens?
How likely is it that Penske is not aware of the GTM-R or its progress after having a personal viewing of the GTM by Factory Five, and after Peter successfully proving quality of work and putting or Revenge vehicles in the showroom?
Penske was smart enough to put out the little SMART cars, sold in Canada through Mercedes dealerships. Why would Penske not be interested in building an American supercar??
Could be that details of the partnership/merger/whatever are not hammered out and so the split remains undecided at this point.
Would the announcement precede the GTM debut or follow?

Perhaps. It has been puzzling me why Peter would purposely lie to us about the GTM release being Decemeber. I believe that AFTER booking the venue in jan, he continued to say December.
There may be a few days left in December but I dont believe its going to happen. Like Peter said in his update there is a method to his madness, but I dont believe lying to shareholders and the larger market is too bright unless your goal is to totally ruin the stock and shareholders.
For sure I am left wondering what this Roo from Down Under is up to.
Not gonna sell anything (as if I could anyway)and take my lumps or rewards for the public unveiling of the GTM.

Putting faith in the CEO of a pinky no matter how credible they seem it just plain nutz with a start up and a green CEO.
There IS a definite learning curve, and its somewhat disturbing this CEO hooked up with Major Carnage for pinkyland initiation and schooling.
No matter how Peter might personally feel about an RS or further dilution, he has to move the company forward and make some hard decisions in light of the current economic situation and avenues for further funding.
In the update, while Peter brought the share structure up as a concern of shareholders he offered no further comment on it except that there was a method to his madness inferring that we must trust his decisions.
Well...it appears there is little else we can do at this point
except to use the most desparate investment strategy available to us - hope.
Do we have a CEO and company we can rally behind and support with additional investment? We sure as hell will soon find out I guess.

You are more than likely right if you examine performance issues.
He announced a mid NOv marketing campaign which did not occur.
He announced a mid-Dec GTM-R release, and we are past the half way mark.
"There is still a big chance that a split will not occur anytime soon and will not be as taxing to us shareholders."
So yes you are right, but havent you asked yourself why Peter is self destructing the company and pps? HE KNEW that the market would IMMEDIATELY find out about the RS filing, but deigned to act on it.
If there was any chance of run on the car show pr, he first removed by that filing. I fail to see how there can be any run at all with an axe hanging in the air. Whether or not the RS happens we are still screwed. The filing took care of that.
Even our weekly updates have not been updated.
Our stock promotion site still cites the AS as 7M.
I can understand you wanting to remain optimistic but Peter has all but buried us. I cannot see the pps doing anything until he has straightened out the RS thing.
Without the RS we would have to chew our way through a half billion shares traded at .0001 and .0002 or thereabouts.
I cannot and will not throw anymore money at this, including the .0001's until I at least have a somewhat firm grasp on the share structure situation.
I would however be willing to give Peter a couple hundred bucks to not wipe out my $1000.00 RVGD investment if he's that hard up for money. All we need to do is survive for another three months and the company should be golden if the GTM - R is everything its supposed to be.
RVGD to be my THIRD RS THIS YEAR if some are wondering why Im so bitter on this one. I have only three more pennioes stocks left after rvgd. One would think I would learn eh??

Just a month ago you posted that on the Factory Five forums. Now December 19th THEY are asking you where it is...you should answer them (and us).
How can you release a car to the public if no one has seen it or knows about it?
