If it's on TV... It's a program... don't try to sell that semantics BS.
RedCloud
Why not. He's trying to shut the bashers up along with the fickle investors. Weak hands will sell before the potential is realized, every time!
RedCloud
I try to be... I've really slowed down. The idle dog gathers no bones!
RedCloud
I have 4 businesses but if you call me at 4am, my words for you would make a sailor blush.
RedCloud
gabeh... Did Matt let you out of jail to quick?
Now that was really a stupid post. I don't think the SEC gives a crap about whether the commercials were prempted. Get real.
RedCloud
It I were honest with you, I would be guilty of a TOS violation!
RedCloud
There has been no damage done unless you sell.
RedCloud
They will get what the paid for, and probably a bonus to boot for being preempted.
RedCloud
I'd hate to live in a world run by you!
RedCloud
Yea... I'm a real passive one...RLMAO!
RedCloud
Arrow...lol!
RedCloud
His credibility is going up and posters credibility is being diminished in my book!
RedCloud
Jim Plant is one of NBC's smallest clients so I can just see him marching into NBC studios and forcing them to run the ads today... You just can't make this stuff up! LOL!
RedCloud
P.S. Care for some Ocean Front Property in Arizona?
I didn't.
RedCloud
blockman... How you doing, my friend?
RedCloud
Thank You. That makes 2 of us.
RedCloud
Dumb Question....Next?
RedCloud
You get what you pay for and if you don't pay for guaranteed spots, you may be bumped by a bigger client who did pay the extra.
RedCloud
P.S. Doesn't mean the commercials won't be shown just as many times.

RedCloud
I could have done without that visual, Cowboy! Thanks for ruining my morning....LOL!
RedCloud
You are exactly right PF. It's still 5:30 out west!
RedCloud
He probably won't be able to stand it. We'll probably see a counter from him...lol!
RedCloud
LOL! Nice...PF! LOL!
RedCloud
Jen... I'm in Austin, Texas. May get cold but no blizzards here...ever!
RedCloud
It's 30 seconds long!
RedCloud
Thank You... Makin!

If you want to provide Hank with suggestions or complaints, whether constructive or otherwise, take it off line. This board is not for you to criticise, berrate, or attack him publically and it won't be tolerated here.
As moderator of this board, I would like to apologize to Hank for for the indiscretions of others.
RedCloud
Kind of like your posting style, cheesy alias, and broken links? I just spoke with Hank this morning and he is good for very good for CyberKey from the impression I received from a one-on-one discussion with him. People who live in glass houses, should cast stones.
RedCloud
It is likely that the '05 and .06 numbers have been audited but the auditor will not sign off on those years until the audit for all three years is complete. Makes perfect since to me.
RedCloud
Since CyberKey now employs a full time comptroller to handle the financial record keeping, '05 and '06 were much easier. It has been noted that Jim literally had the '04 records packed away in boxes in the garage and took much longer to reconcile those numbers. CyberKey and Jim made a wise decision to proceed with the audits for the last two years so that when '04 was completed (since it was going to take longer), the necessary changes would be easy to adjust for the subsequent years and therefore take less time. It is my contention that we would have waited longer for the AFs had CyberKey not went ahead with the audits for '05 and '06 prior to finishing '04.
RedCloud
I could be wrong but I believe that was posted by Brent after a discussion with Jim. I personally think we see the AFs toward the end of January or first week of February but that's just my opinion. It just makes more sense to release them after '06 is in the books. Otherwise, the 10-QSB would be due Feb 15th anyway and much of the increase will be in the 4th quarter.
RedCloud
It's mandatory for uplisting and to become a fully reporting company. That IS the reason.
RedCloud
You said:
What I suspect happened is Jim wanted to really, really, really verify the numbers, not for the SEC or stock exchange, but for the investors, by going back two additional years.
I must have misunderstood you when you said "My take on that was that they were going to initially issue UAF in an SEC filing format."
RedCloud
You can't file unaudited financials with the SEC. They would not comply with Sarbanes/Oxley.
RedCloud
Well, in that case, as stated by Rosanna Rosanna Danna, "Nevermind"...lol!
RedCloud
They actually taped it three weeks ago. I spoke with Hank, from Small Cap Engine a few minutes ago. Very smart individual and a class act. He also told me they ran over the KeepSafe with a truck and was still unable to gain access. He has been involved with Jim for a very long time and has seen the products and marketing mature to it's present state and feels CyberKey is just beginning to scratch the surface of their potential. He is a shareholder and holding long (no dumping). My hat goes off to Hank as he is very diligent in his business and believes in CyberKey as much as the true longs here. Good job, Hank!
