PTIX:
Earnings announced on 11/15. Stock price was trending down for several days previous. Earnings news sent it to $2.50, even in this positive stock environment. But for the Seeking Alpha article, I think it would be at that level today. The timing of the article is suspect, to say the least.
I bought around $3/sh. and was happy to get out late yesterday for a wash. The fact that I sold yesterday is directly responsible for today's action. LOL.
PTIX:
Article widely circulated this a.m. Stock taking off.

Great report:

If my math is correct, $.054 EPS in Q3, and $.168 EPS for 9 mos. Small purchase yesterday at $.51, but bid/ask $.25 x $.39 at close.
Do I have the numbers right?
AMZG:
Also, the Company appears to me to be guiding for a 50% increase in production in Q4. I have to believe that the correlation between production and revenue is pretty close.
ARGL:
Schwab is showing .162 on the Bid and 0.00 on the Ask for this stock. Is this a Schwab issue, or is there some problem? Thanks.
Something must be wrong with this one. These levels are absurd.
MUEL:
And trailing 9 month EPS of $5.82.
Lousy time to announce what seems to me to be good news.
TEXC:
I have Schwab alert that TEXC announced $.03 per share in Q3.
Mike:
Bid and ask at this level hard to understand. Any thoughts?
Thanks.
Wade:
Thanks. I have followed the discussion of these stocks on this board. They are all on my watch list.

I was pretty nimble and managed to time things pretty well on the last run to $69. But it seems to me that it might be a good time to get back in. Perhaps I should wait for next quarter's earnings.
Thanks.
AE:
Down 25% to $52 in the last 2 months on what I assume were perceived as disappointing Q2 earnings. One small insider buy at $58 in late September. Would it make sense to buy now?
Thanks.
AMZG:
I increased my holdings by 25% at $1.75.

Transaction disclosed but prospectus "subject to completion." Price is missing, but apparently price has been fixed at $1.70.
AMZG:
Apparently it has priced a common stock offering at $1.70. Have only seen the headline.

Market seems to be reacting negatively to amended Morgan Stanley credit facility:

A little selling yesterday in front of the news?
Could this be a good buying opportunity?
Thanks. Was not aware of this. Maybe I should buy back in. Will be watching.
Sold all HIIT today at $.31. Was spooked by guidance for the year. If the Company does $3.6 million for Q3, and did $5.8 million+ for the first 6 months, this leaves $1.6 to $2.6 million for Q4. I am not aware that there is anything seasonal about HIIT's business.

AGX:
Reports Q2 earnings -- $.89 per share.
Don't understand. What earnings? 28th of what?
Apparently Ian Cassel has sent out a tweet to the effect that fully diluted EPS is more like $.07 or $.08 because the share count is about 600,000 shares and not the 255,000 reported in 10-Q.
I don't know the company well enough to know what he is talking about. Perhaps someone who follows this board knows what the issue is.
IHCH:
Where did you read that?
IHCH:
Thanks, but I became aware of this stock because it has been strongly recommended by MikeDDKing for some time. I am doing some research now to learn more about the frequency of QA payments and whether this level of earnings is likely to recur. But $.18 in a quarter for a $.16 stock is not super risky. and I doubled my position this morning at the open. Been a good day so far.
re IHCH
Mike:
How frequently do these "rounds" occur. That is, in your opinion how lumpy are these earnings.
Thanks much.
Steve

re PERI:
From recent price decline do you infer talks have cooled? TIA
Using history as a guide, when they reported last quarter the company beat pre-announced revenues, but the share price dropped from about $.30 to about $.20 anyway. Seems to me the price drop was a reflection of disappointment over earnings (or a lack of them).
Who cares, you ask? Frankly, if that is going to happen again, I would rather buy the stock after the company reports, the earnings disappoint, and the stock price tanks. So I guess I care.
And it does seem to me that at some point the company will have to make money in order for the "train to leave the station."
What do you expect for earnings this quarter? Thanks.
