I’d suggest you read the shareholders letter. Ratings are very good thus far. It’s early but ratings are good.
In time we’ll know more.
Well those ratings just announced for last week is very good news.
Rainbow Rangers seemingly developing into something with promise.
“RAINBOW RANGERS -- #1 SHOW, KIDS 2-11, #1 SHOW, GIRLS 2-5 “
Is that a good thing or bad?
If you recall on the conference call that Nielsen ratings are available/released Thursdays.
So if Andy wants to tout RR’s performance for week 2/3 it might be Monday as a follow up to the news received this Thursday/Friday depending on how Thanksgiving affects such things.
I wouldn’t say Andy’s hiding anything yet. Give him a week. But yes, historically he sweeps “bad news” casually under the rug. Space Pop was a dud and he simply ignored giving an update, and then it disappeared. Lame.
His credibility is well compromised at this point.
We need revenues or “real” news to move this stock higher. Not Andy puff pieces.
Unfortunately.
Ok. Thanks. Just thought it was odd but maybe not.
At least sounds like RR getting some good initial response. Upcoming weeks will be critical. Have a 5 yr old niece. Curious her reaction to RR.
Seems like it’s the right recipe at the right time. Girl power with positive message when most media negative. Needed. $5B for Spin Master Co. very interesting. If we can grow to a fraction of that we’ll be good.
“Paw Patrol” for girls is huge compliment in a number of ways.
Still believe Llama Llama is a silent hit. It hits all the right notes for me. Good classic animation, strong storyline, tested brand of books, relevant single mother backstory, celebrity voice for a Mama Llama. Jennifer Gardner class act.
2019 should be a good year for GBI. Finally.
Rick. I read the CC transcript. All sounded good. Only odd thing I heard was that Andy didn’t know who was merchandising Llama Llama.
How on earth can you know know that. This company only has two properties doing anything. I’d expect the CEO to know. Very strange.
It’s called evaporative cooling. Not friction. It’s a mist. Not a waterfall.
Which is why the tower will work even better in an arid climate/environment.
Did you not read the comments directly from the consulting meteorologist?
I see only three (3) RR YouTube subscribers. Can this even be possible? If so that’s pathetic.
What is $1.64?
I believe in most simple terms it comes down to market cap value. If company A with market cap value of $50M owns 30% of company B with market cap of $100M. Then add $30M in market cap to company A. So fair value of company A becomes more solidly valued at $80M at the time it (company B) goes public.
I’m sure I’m oversimplifying and some value of ETON is already baked into the IMMY stock price before its IPO but ...
IMMY value will directly relate to how ETON IPOs and its value after. At the moment I don’t believe we know the IPO stock price of ETON nor (more importantly) how it will perform in the open market.
Strange sell off today. Game playing with stock.
Rick. What metrics can we use to determine if RR is a flop or doing well?
$250M+. We hit MC of $120M on news of securing AZ property alone years ago.
We’re WELL beyond where we were then when it ran to $.03+.
PPAs will be another significant milestone as well.

Considering $350M in tax incentives for investors why is raising $250M-$300M a challenge? Incentives de-risk the outlay tremendously. Tremendously.
Good news and even further progress. More to come.
DK
Straw. People don’t like to be proven wrong. So I wouldn’t expect a change when this gets financed, built and is operating
Folks still insisted the world was flat well after Magellan and Elcano teamed to sail around it.
Yes. Read CC transcript. Expect material chip and eng services rev increase this Q4. Breakeven 2019. T1 engagement graduated from evaluation period to integration/engineering WattUp into products
Glass half full or empty?
Roth Capital analysts report issued today reiterating BUY with 1-yr price target $24.50. Read it too.
You’re sorely mistaken. You don’t lose until you sell. So there’s no losing unless you’ve sold at a lower price than bought.
This is a timing story. Not an IF story but WHEN.
Unfortunately it’s taken longer than planned or anticipated. But it’s happening.
What does Buffet say about investing and patience?
I remember Fran. Lived in Raleigh at time. No power for 14 days. Summer 1996.
Good point about him.
Good find and thank you.
Yup
Key takeaways Q2 CC CEO Mark "it's an exciting time""fantastic Q congratulations""turning the corner""move to $100M rev run rate""we are at 60% margins and grow to 70%""leading Opthomology co. in US""100% commission sales force (100 people) doubled"
They’re moving in the right direction. Add ETON and others and it all propels IMMYs bottom line.
Will be listening to Q3 CC closely.
Not true. Company WAS PROFITABLE last Q. Don’t forget value of ETON is $20M+ add to market cap alone once IPO closes. Don’t forget value of Melt which had its own progress announcement this week. Margins are also expected to improve this quarter per CEO comments. Revenue growth y/oY was 85%.
Re-listen to last Q2 conference call. Tremendously good things happening in this small cap stock.
Stay tuned for more.
Thx Rick. Very curious to see if Rainbow Rangers becomes a hit.
Not encouraging that RR only has 20 “likes” on IG. Lame.
I still think Llama Llama has the greatest potential. Most appealing characters and show.
We’ll see if Andy’s right about RR.
Time will tell.
Thanks Rick for keeping the news coming.
Do we have ANY chance of a good Q? Man it’s taken a long time but we keep holding.
Good luck to all longs.
DK
This is very much something and the market knows it. Yes it’s taken longer than expected or hoped but proof of concept in the Pilot Project was a significant step towards project execution.
$350M in investor tax credits approved by Government, $2M Kenya initial licensing + residual $ in progress, Mexico site re-engaged, AZ vote coming Nov 6, AZ site in holding, financing in works, Power Purchase Agreements have best opportunity in years with successful Pilot Test.
Market knows it’s much different than past moves. Pieces now in place. Had not been before.
When AZ site announcement 4 years ago stock moved to $100+ MC. We’re at $40M+ today with significantly more progress. Significantly more.
More news coming in weeks and months.
GL all patient longs.
DK
Hahahaha. That’s pretty funny Fuzzy. I’ll give you that ...
Total opinion piece. A lot of “he thinks” this and “he thinks” that. Everyone is entitled to an opinion.
Show me data. Facts. SWET will from the Tower Pilot project. But I’m sure you’ll still claim it’s all “fake news”.
So be it. Head in sand fine place to be.
The fact this opinion piece ends on talking about how much better wind energy is a laughable. With no wind, no energy production. Period. Wind perfect for select locations only. Tower perfect for select locations. They each have challenges. Otherwise there would be wind turbines everywhere.
Albeit slowly SWET is getting all pieces in place to execute.
If it were that easy everyone would be doing it.
Think bigger.
A few years ago when the AZ site sucuring was announced the stock ran to a $100-$120M MC.
Today we still have the AZ site, another in the works in Mexico, Kenya in licensing discussions, a 400’ ft tall retrofit Tower model with proof of concept test results, CA approval of up to $350M in tax credits for investors. Pre-application for PPAs submitted.
A $40M MC at present.
Strawpatch. I believe without proof of concept that all was held up. PPAs, financing, CA Tax Credits determination, DoE discussions, etc
Now with proof of concept and hard data, these next pieces are to follow.
Including the re-approach to the Mexico site. Which was announced today as well.
Well. That “pipe dream” just became $350M closer to a reality.
And I know the Salton Sea very well. Visited quite a few times. What about it? What are you “daring”?
News.
As I mentioned earlier, additional sites (Mexico re-engaged) and Kenya for licensing and operational fees.
Tax incentives for investors due to CA determination project meets eligibility requirements.
Financing engagements now with proof of concept data.
Sorry to the folks who think it’s a scam. But then again, nobody really walked on the moon. Right? That was just (what our pathetic “leader” has termed) “fake news”
Good luck to longs that have been patient. Development pieces coming together
Well I’ve been here for a very long time and know it’s not a scam. Taken much longer than expected or hoped but not a scam.
The fact that a few on this board repeatedly claiming it’s a scam does not make it so.
Good luck all longs.
Pieces coming together. Finally.
DK
Like I said, everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
Hahahaha. Now that’s pretty funny.
SWET is the gatekeeper. They hold the US patents. IP is one key.
They have forged relationships with CA and AZ State municipalities and governments to work to execute PPAs (which has taken YEARS) They have not executed yet but it’s been in process. See company update on application.
They have forged relationships with San Luis community and government to acquire and hold property for the project site. If you recall they also have key interest from Kenya. What I’ve been referring to as West Africa.
They have also forged relationships with the US DoE to help incentivize and/or finance. Years of relationship building, as well as pitch to private investors. See company updates.
My guess is it because of its size and concept (which has never been built elsewhere in the world) that proof of concept for CA PPAs, DoE, investors and (possibly) San Luis is/was key before any of it could move forward.
What’s the best way to build a like-scale model to test and not completely break the bank? Use an existing “tower” as a (less than ideal) prototype. If it works there, with all of its performance data results then it will work (even better) in an optimal location and optimal configuration. A location they already have secured, and design they have fine tuned through computer modeling.
It’s taken many many years to get here, but they’ve finally made tangible progress with the success of this prototype. The rest of the pieces that have taken YEARS to put in place are that are now beginning to come together.
You can’t just come in and repeat all the steps SWET has taken to get here that’s taken many years to build without putting in the time, else that “competition” would be behind and little chance to be first to market/license. Naturally someone could buy them out (including IP rights) and pick up the ball where they left off.
Pickett had an initial personal investment of over $10M into SWET. Now they’ve put years of energy into it and made the strides they have in all the areas mentioned above. And you believe Pickett would sell it all for $10M?
Good luck to longs who have been patient enough to continue to see this through. It’s no doubt been a high risk investment and not for everyone. Clearly.
DK
Fuzzy Bunny.
The Israeli Tower Project. 150 years of man hours in research and development. It’s a “scam” too?
LMFAOAY
That information has not yet been made public. All that’s been announced is that they are in discussions. I would imagine the contribution would be in the eight to nine figure range.
Drop in the bucket for the US DOE.
It also might be some type of tax incentive which encourages private investment. Just like when you buy an old building that’s deemed “Historic” and you receive “Historic Tax Credits”. I’m familiar with Historic Tax Credits.
Just my guessing how it may apply in principle to the Tower project.
You continue to miss the science of how evaporative cooling works and transfer of energy from static to kinetic, when water evaporates, heat energy is removed.
Read the article about the Israeli Tower. 150 years of man hours into its development. It works.
Problem is nobody built it.
Enter the US government in 2018 and the pocketbook of the DOE.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
Read that article about the Israeli tower with 150 man years of scientist/research work into it. It works.
Yesterday’s news. It works.
Missing piece? Building it. What country do you think has the best opportunity and resources to build it? Why are talks with the US (not Israeli) DOE so important?
