What's the difference between 5 cents and 50 cents? 5% is still 5%.
Where's the proof of that? Links work wonders.
Because he has been dumping every day for the past 6 days
Why is that - because we closed up 5% today?
Looks like the Paulson private placements might be dumping their discount stock
If that is true, then why is there no link?
Congrats to Nader Pourhassan. He was named by biotech industry news website STAT News as one of the "10 worst biotech CEO's for 2021".
8-k Just out - looks like Dr. Seethamraju has resigned.
"Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of
Certain Officers.
(b) On December 15, 2021, Harish Seethamraju, M.D., notified the Chairman of the Board of CytoDyn Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Board of Directors, effective immediately. He indicated that his decision was due to his other pre-existing professional commitments and not due to a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Dr. Seethamraju has agreed to join the Company’s Scientific Advisory Board as an alternative means of providing his expertise in support of the Company’s strategic endeavors"
What's interesting is the last sentence in his company profile:
"Dr. Seethamraju is currently awaiting approval from his employer, Mount Sinai, to be able to continue to serve as a director. "
Looks like he didn't get it. Get ready for the spin...

So, you're suggesting Amarex did nothing wrong and doesn't deserve blame??
Amarex is the current scapegoat
To be honest, if there's a vote for a $17/share offer, I'll definitely vote 'NO' because LL is worth much more than that as I think we'll see in 2022.
So, you're suggesting that NP's successful injunction against the fraudulent CRO, Amarex, is a "bad" thing? LOL
“In previous trials we had issues with our CRO that we now have overcome.”
Looks like the failed 13Ders and shorts are doing everything they can to tamp things down this morning. LOL
We already have some nice stocking stuffers:
* the failed 13-D gang of miscreants getting a public spanking for their failed take over attempt
* NP's injunction on Amarex being granted
* the corrupt IncellDX investors failing in their attempt to steal LL, and knowing that some of them who foolishly funded the failed takeover attempt by buying convertible options had their azz handed to them
* expecting the NASH P2 topline results any time now
* expecting the BTD decision from the FDA any time now
* potential partnership announcement any time now
* the list goes on...
an indictment for NP would be a nice stocking stuffer
Let's start with this one. Per the lawsuit that your referencing, Anthony Caracciolo (aka do nothing /wrong way Tony) was a defendent and not the plaintiff. It appears Tony was one of the directors on the compensation committee who awarded Dr. Pourhassan the shares that were in access of the annual cap. And now, suddenly Tony C. is the hero?? Kenneth Van Ness' company Greenwod Hudson was the plaintiff - not Tony C.
If the Judge called anyone the “mastermind” of a case of “unmitigated greed” in the scam, it would have been do-nothing/wrong way Tony and the compensation committee. What BS!!!
LMAO
What did TC scam? Facts and links.
If this documentation exists, then why can't anyone find it? The answer is below where it clearly proves NP was CEO at the time of the purchase and Van Ness was long gone. This CANNOT BE DISPUTED! LMAO
The only documentation of PRO 140 has KVN’s name on it .
Then it should be easy for you to share this SEC filing. Can't wait to see it, especially given that NP was CEO and Van Ness was no longer employed at CytoDyn at the time of the purchase. LMAO
BUZZER sound…that would be Ken VAN Ness. LMAO. In SEC Cydy filings. That’s the only thing in print.
No, that would be zero things. These are about Pestell, and that wasn't my question. My question was and still is "what benefit did CytoDyn gain by Tony C. squandering $15.4m and 27,000,000 shares on purchasing ProstaGene? Nobody seems to be able to give a single benefit of that white elephant purchase which is now sitting on a Tony C's boondoggle shelf. People whine about more dilution but continue to gloss right over one of the worst cases of wasted dilution that I've ever seen.
Geeze that would be 4 things.
WRONG. It would have been difficult for Ken Van Ness to have "PURCHASED" Pro-140 when he was no longer employed at CytoDyn and NP was the CEO.
"The appointment of Dr. Pourhassan to CEO follows the recent promotion of Dr. Richard Trauger from Managing Director of Science to Chief Scientific Officer on August 23, 2012. Dr. Trauger has over 20 years of experience in the HIV/AIDS space, working as head of the immunology research group for the Immune Response Corporation’s Remune program and as the Senior Director of Cancer and Infectious Disease for Hollis-Eden Pharmaceuticals. He received his Ph.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in 1986 in biomedical science, specializing in retrovirology.
“Both Dr. Trauger and I are very excited about the future of CytoDyn and are focused on moving the company forward. With the potential acquisition of PRO-140, we believe that CytoDyn will be well-positioned as the next leader in the development of monoclonal antibody therapy for the treatment and prevention of HIV/AIDS,” said Dr. Pourhassan."
Investors SHOULD know--Ken VanNess PURCHASED--not nodder
EASILY verified by SEC documents
Sure it is...
As I said before…CoVID is over for Cydy.
Can you explain why Anthony made the PR announcement about acquiring ProstaGene and not NP who wasn't in charge at the time (assuming that I didn't just answer the question). Better yet, can you explain the benefit we got from Anthony squandering $15.4m on the ProstaGene acquisition? Just one benefit to CytoDyn and not to Anthony's buddy, Pestell, please?
nodder CEO SINCE 2012
So, you're suggesting NP is probably sitting back in his high-top chair with his feet on the desk thinking "why get anything done when I can just BS and buy my way through it"? LOL
He’d rather prop the SP up with false narratives than get the job done correctly.
Sure, I'm now hearing the FBI has the CYDY headquarters surrounded and shouting through bullhorns for them to come outside with their hands up. Is that what you're hearing? lol
Thus the most likely reason for the SEC and DOJ setting up shop in Vancouver.
Maybe but we don’t live in the past at least I don’t.
And what benefit did we gain when Anthony squandered $16m on that white elephant ProstaGene? Just one will do.
And this is why Pestell and Anthony were escorted out the door by the BoD, and Dr. Pourhassan is still there. LMAO
Naders MO is easily discovered by reading the Pestell and unjust enrichment lawsuits, eerily similar behavior.
I keep seeing this but nobody can provide or show any proof that they exist. Why is that? If true, then it's probably ole Phil Harrison suing IncellDX for reimbursement of his $200k in convertible options per the 13-D filings. What a mess!
Two more pending shareholder lawsuits
Yes, I give Anthony credit for keeping us in the dark from 2013-18 (for good reason) and purchasing ProstaGene for $15.4m that gave us NOTHING in return. Can anyone give just ONE benefit that we got from that purchase? Just ONE?
He’ll appreciate you giving him the credit for that.
What about that idiot Tony C. who had NO CLUE WHAT THE CRO was doing for six years on his watch before he was escorted out the door by the BoD?? What about Tony C. squandering over $15.4m on purchasing ProstaGene from his buddy Pestell? I wish SOMEONE could show just ONE benefit that we gained from buying the Brooklyn Bridge...I mean ProstaGene, but nobody can!
he IDIOT NADER. HAS NO CLUE WHAT THE CRO was doing for ten years on his watch.
Good catch! Tony C. (aka do-nothing Tony) was in control (or out of control) from 2013-1018, so yes "that idiot" Tony had NO CLUE HE WAS BEING DUPED! We can agree on that! And that's what happens when you put a former Gilead shill in the hen house.
Wow, the idiot Nader says Amarex doing a fantastic job for ten years and he had NO CLUE HE WAS BEING DUPED.
"Flattering comments"??? Please feel free to share some of these "flattering comments"?? (they don't exist because Tony C was escorted out the door by the BoD - everyone knows this!) LMAO
when the flattering comments are ingnored for TC departure? I
LL has no competition when it comes to NASH and everyone knows it. The shorts are just spinning it with baffling BS to cause doubt, but anyone who's been following CytoDyn's incredible results knows LL clearly has the best results and with no SAEs to boot. Can't wait for the unblinded results from P2 that we're expecting by the end of next week. I'm hoping they'll announce the results before the end of the month. As I understand it, if the results are good as the interim, BP will be knocking at the door if they're not already standing in the doorway trying to get a peak.
NO??? How many billions in lost revenue is the real question.
Well how would you assess damages -- lost revenue, NO
From last Spring?? That's the proof?? LMAO
Because CYDY announced it was being invesrigared for no reason....
If that was even remotely accurate, there would be links to share, but we never see any links or proof of this.
You know who else is getting their ducks in a row? SEC/DOJ.
Maybe the Nodders will create a gofundme and donate shares to Nods?
Wrong. The complaint filed by Sidley clearly states the purpose of arbitration, and it only addresses the remaining $15m and not damages. Sidley is one of the best legal representatives out there, and they're in no rush to file a lawsuit for damages until they're ready. Just watch how they get their ducks in a row.
But normally arbitration MSA requires those type of claims to be covered in arbitration. Once arbitration is completed it will include a waiver of all claims so no further legal actions.
Wrong. They just won the injunction request yesterday, and you're questioning why that haven't filed any lawsuits today? LOL
Has Sidley filed? The MSA requires arbitration and that's what they are doing. If the company and Sidley were going to file an action, why wouldn't they have done it by now??
38 years of experience and all we got was this?? Glad we didn't see his 39th year! What is the value that CytoDyn received from Tony C's $15.4 million purchase of ProstaGene?
Oh, and he "served for 13 years at Gilead Sciences". Well, that may explain EVERYTHING!!! I hear all this BS about how Nader "sabotaged the BLA filing", well maybe now we know who REALLY sabotaged it.
“Richard is a driving force in CCR5 antagonist research and we gain significant expertise and intellectual property with this acquisition that advances the development of PRO 140 as a novel cancer metastasis therapeutic,” said Anthony D. Caracciolo, CytoDyn’s Chairman. “We are privileged to have Richard join CytoDyn to expand our executive and scientific team, and we enthusiastically welcome him as the newest member of our board of directors.”
Under the terms of the definitive agreement, CytoDyn acquired substantially all of the assets of ProstaGene, including the transfer or assignment of certain intellectual property rights held by ProstaGene and Dr. Pestell. The aggregate transaction consideration consisted of 27,000,000 shares of CytoDyn common stock. One-fifth of the stock consideration is being held back for distribution over an 18-month escrow period, to the extent not needed to satisfy indemnity claims. Approximately one-half of the stock consideration otherwise distributable to Dr. Pestell (approximately 8.3 million shares) is restricted and subject to vesting and forfeiture upon certain events over a three-year period. The total transaction value, based on the $0.5696 closing share price for CytoDyn common stock on November 15, 2018, was approximately $15.4 million."
38 YEARS EXPERIENCE
Good news! Nader was the one who mopped up the mess that was left behind by the previous management team, and he knows how not to repeat their missteps and lack of action, like when Tony C. hired Pestell and purchased ProstaGene. What a waste of millions of dollars that was. That's why, under Nader, we now get continuous updates and we no longer go for 6-12 months at a time without being told anything, like the way we were treated by the previous management team.
I only wish Nader had the experience of the previous management team
Simple enough, but very wrong. If you read the complaint that was filed by Sidley, you'll see where fraud was rampant. Obviously, the judges who granted the judgement saw it that way, too.
https://www.scribd.com/document/530111821/Cytodyn-v-Amarex-October-4-2021#:~:text=The%20Master%20Services%20Agreement%20set%20up%20a%20framework,would%20be%20documented%20in%20specific%20project%20work%20orders.
Are you responding to my question about how the shorts will react to the good news that Nader's injunction against the fraudulent CRO was just GRANTED?
Oh contraire. Are you suggesting that Sidley won't file additional lawsuits for seeking damages? Arbitration has to do with the remaining $15m - not the fraudulent behavior.
There is no other legal action now that Amarex is required to give up the clinical data.
Not sure how any of this is related to my post, but Nader did not instruct "the team" to submit the BLA - he told their CRO's CEO to get it filed because they had been sitting on it for so long and showing no progress. If he had not done that, we still wouldn't know about their fraudulent behavior and everything they were hiding from CytoDyn. Glad we have a CEO that took action when he suspected things weren't right with the CRO.
I would wager just like the BLA, Nader instructed the team to file it ASAP so they can stop the share price decline.
Yes, it's terrible that they're having to pay their legal representatives for SUCCESSFULLY suing the failed 13-D gang of miscreants, and SUCCESSFULLY pursuing an injunction against their former CRO for fraud.
The only thing Sidley is dismantling is CYDY’s bank account.
I suspect a sizable chunk of recent raises is going straight to Sidley for the multiple lawsuits they’re fighting on behalf of the Nods
The shareholder lawsuits are piling up and they’ll increase once the SEC/DOJ announce their findings.
