Great point! Let's hope those old emails fly out soon.
IMO Nate will be bought out in a few years. He's done it with just about every other product or brand he created. But this time around the buyout deal will be in the hundreds of millions if not a billion or more. You're dumb if you're not buying NHMD. Just my opinion
I went to order 4 can and 2 syrups for $52 and change. So I check out and they wanted another $50 plus for shipping? Lol. No thanks. I guess I'll wait for grocery placement.
Wow! That's a large bid. You said it. Someone wants in. He'll have to raise his bid price if he wants 330,000 shares after these low volume days. NHMD goes much higher folks!
I agree Tim. Not much will amount from online sales. Even Nate stated that only one percent of revenue would come from online sales. I like the idea that the online sales revenue would be used to set off any payment delays from grocer purchase orders. Let's hope we get a grocer deal in the next couple months.
Um yeah... That pretty much puts his claim to shame!! 3.5 football fields in square area and high ceilings for storage stacking is quite enough room for Nate to have a small piece to store his ingredients.
So are you confirming more or less that the delay or new equipment was really all for Costco?
I might actually get some this time. Lol. And commercials coming soon too I hope. Does anyone know if Nate has updated his Facebook or Twitter page?I have neither.
You're all over the place! That's good I suppose. I was just addressing how much better a shareholder meeting is than an 8K. LOL
It doesn't sound like you listened to the last shareholder meeting in Cali. There was a wealth of info from that hour long meeting. A $1,500 PR couldn't possibly give you the info a shareholder meeting can. Explanations with spoken words details any question better than a vague 8K.
The 8K in which it speaks about online sales, commercials and QVC is a little vague to me. How long will it take Nate to get a spot on QVC after online sales commence here in a couple weeks? It appears to me at least a month off from today. Would it then be right to say that a grocer deal would be a few months after that? A few months of cash from high margin online sales should be a good starting point I'd think. Just trying to get shareholders perspective on how this goes down. We need a store deal soon!!!
Yup ... 100% confirmed!!
I heard the same thing so IMO it's true.
I also hearing that they plan on up listing NHMD to the Nasdaq and are for going any up listing requirements because Nates pancakes and syrup are just that great!
I'm hearing that the SEC and IRS are buying up shares of NHMD.
Thanks bull for the PM on the syrup. I think it will help sell pancakes as well. GLTU.
Awesome to hear! Would you happen to have any pictures of the syrup. I'd love to see the container and syrup flavors
Ok cool thanks!
From the last 8K, it sounds like production will not start for another few weeks. They ordered additional equipment that will be completed on or by April 27th. I believe 'completed' refers to the purchase order and not the install. I'm expecting mid May.
Sorry. Many of you like to email or talk to Wade and Nate on a weekly/monthly basis. I was just trying to plant the questions. Since you have no clue, the questions remain good ones. Thanks and God Bless!!!
I get that, but a social media strategy doesn't happen over night. Getting their Facebook and Twitter pages up in the next week or two would be my plan if they wish to get online sales going in May. Little by little with updates. JMO.
Nate needs to start ramping up his social media strategy too. I'm hoping he has it all in place before online sales begin. If he markets his product wisely, he can use online sales as a back drop to any mishaps with getting a big box deal that may cut his profit margins. Perhaps if he can show huge demand for his product online, it can give him enormous bargaining power against grocers.
Does anyone know what kind of commercials Nate plans on airing? Will it be similar to a Cheerios or Jimmy Dean commercial or something completely different? Are these commercials being produced as we speak? And will they be finished by the time the new equipment is installed? Any thoughts?
During the shareholder meeting Nate stated that online sales would equate to about one percent of total sales. Is there perhaps a better opportunity online than previously thought? I don't know how food sales across the board has done over the years, but I'd think more and more consumers are going this route with sites such as Amazon Fresh popping up in recent years.
I'm wondering why Nate decided to sell cans online prior to a big box chain? Would a grocer ask for this along with commercials before any deal could be agreed upon? Testing the market demand perhaps? Just some food for thought.
I wonder if Nate plans on doing another online sale soon? The website limit was bumped up to 5 from 3. Or was the limit order 5 last time?
Nate's Homemade Pancake and Waffle Batter (Limit of 5 Per Order)
Sold Out
Shipping: The product is shipped frozen and will be shipped via 3-day FEDEX. The cost for shipping is $9.75 for up to 3 cans and $14.00 for up to 5 cans
Thanks for that post. I was asking for pictures of Nate in the lab and got that with a bonus picture of the equipment. I guess they do read our comments on IHUB.
A picture of him in the lab would have been preferable. I mean he had to be in the lab if he had the suit on right? With that being said, I completely understand your opinion.
This was definitely not photo shopped, but it was staged IMO. Why would Nate still be wearing a lab suit, hair and beard net while sitting in a plush conference/office? LOL! Why not take a picture of him in the lab? Instead he's at an office table with paper documents scattered about while on the phone looking away to be conducting important business. Just ain't doing it for me. I'll wait for a PR stating a deal with Costco or anyone else before I get excited.
When is the earliest Nate will have the new rotary piston line up and running? And what will the yearly can capacity be? Will there only be one facility as well
Commercial or infomercial? The 8k said infomercial. An infomercial is much different
An infomercial for pancake batter seems very weird to me. It's a food product not P90X. Oh well... Just as long as it's better than the batter blaster commercials I've seen on YouTube
Yeah nice article but another app called Hang w/ has Periscope beat! It already has an android platform along with many more features and celebrities. Oh.. And you can broadcast from your go pro. This live streaming is nothing new. Lol.. DD people. Disappearing chat will be periscopes down fall if they plan on keeping it. Viewers enjoy chatting with other viewers which makes it virtually impossible on Periscope all of which Hang w/ already has along with 2 million users. Symbol MEDL owns 74% of Hang w/. Bye.
If Nate does land a deal with Costco, I wonder how many sku's or different products Costco would allow considering that they only hold 2000 different products? I just don't see guacamole, one minute omelette brownies and cake mixes all landing Costco. Impossible IMO. But that's just Costco and too far into the future but was just thinking about it now. What do yous think?
The nay Sayers aren't getting to me at all. I just happen to agree with them about the site. It's very confusing and needs a whole lot fixing. Now if that's TREN, Nate needs to be getting on their axes about this because nothing has changed since last time and that's not progress IMO. I'm still holding for at least a few more months I suppose. If they can't get a deal by then it's dead.
Gotta agree with you billy. The third time is not the charm. I'm beginning to wonder if that 10000 can sell out in twenty minutes even happened. Lol. Sold out the not sold out then inventory issues on only a limited about of cans being sold, well under 10000? Doesn't add up!
Yup, inventory issues again. Sold out then not sold out. What gives? Just like last time. It doesn't sound like progress to me. I'm beginning to have serious doubts.
I'm very surprised Nate hadn't already developed a non gluten free batter. How long is this gonna take? No doubt this is a set back. I'm long here guys, but this sucks! When I read that 8K, it tells me that grocers want both products in stores or just non gluten free. I personally see why grocers would demand this from Nate. 99% of people could care less about gluten free! Man... did Nate drop the ball on this one!! Unless of course he can have a batter developed before the full install at the new facility. More waiting it sounds like. Perhaps Nate has been living in Cali too long..lol! The Midwest, South, Plain states and most of the East coast don't give a crap about gluten free!!!! Get a grocer deal already and press release it!!!!!!!!!!
Man I tell you I was refreshing the page over and over for ten minutes straight. Perhaps they didn't have much to sell, but my attempts should of landed me some damn cans! Lol
Well... I tried to order my cans from 1057 am- 1145am. "Inventory problems" every time. Then at about 1145am, I was almost able to order one can. It asked for credit card number and address. Then I clicked place my order. "Sold out". Not very happy right now. It appears that the online distributor has a lot of bugs to fix still.
