So you want me to believe they are setting up production as a front to help toxic lenders sell toxic shares in a scam? I heard of some crazy conspiracy theories in the otc, but this one might be the best one I ever heard. Can't make this stuff up.
Another day closer to the purchase orders and the start of the growth stage of this company. God I love America for the opportunities like this to invest my capital and earn some good returns. It doesn't get any better than this.
Know what you own. Go NHMD! Blue skies are coming. Get your sunglasses ready, it's going to beautiful.
Speaking of going in circles. How many days straight will the same old 8k's be repeated on this website. We get it! Enough already. I can show you a bunch of direction changes at any major company. Once again, this is a startup, it never goes perfectly according to plan. If you think Nate's can get away with another year of delays, you are crazy. This stock will be over. It's time for Nate's to come through or say goodbye to this stock. I am betting that he comes through. He is smart guy, and will not waste this opportunity with this great product.
Expecting a startup to be up and going within a couple of months of buying out a shell is wishful thinking. Any experienced investor that expected a company to be up and running in a couple months is laughable. How can we take this kind of mindset serious? The expectations are not realistic. 2-3 years for a startup to get going is. Right now they are at the 2 year mark, they have this year to come through, and it seems like they are. The pieces are lining up, now just wait patiently to see if it all comes together. If it doesn't, money is lost, and that's life. There are no guarantees, only risk, hence, why there is huge opportunity to make lots of money here. I'm willing to risk my capital on that opportunity. Nate has been very successful in the past, let's see if he comes through once again.
We WANT PURCHASE ORDERS! Say it with me! WE WANT PURCHASE ORDERS!
Going to be a glorious run when nates is all set and ready to go. Can't wait!
Same old crap with this play. No info, therefore no buyers, even though their earning reports look good.
Beautiful! Price is holding strong. Another day closer to the promise land. Go NHMD! Best play in the otc at the moment. Know what you own.
Another day closer to the promise land....purchase orders and the start of the growth cycle of this startup. If all goes well, should be a great investment for at least 2-3 years.
Agreed.
Go NHMD
Guess no one wants to sell their shares for under a dollar? lol
Insane. The fundamentals of the company seem good, but they put out no news and give no information to investors. It's insane for the bid to be this cheap, literally insane.
Oh boy!! New faces. Finally some positive energy on this board is starting to hit back the negative bs. Up 48% when people were calling for no bid or trips. My birthday is next week, I want a nice bday present from nhmd! Give me some purchase orders!!! Love the story, and love the product. Let's go!! NHMD!! Been saying this for a while now, but know what you own! This is the best play in the otc. This has big time growth written all over it for at least the next 3 years. Ride it! All aboard!! Getting excited, can you tell?
Lol...what the hell? This stock looks straight up manipulated to me.
A lot of new faces are showing up on the board. You know what that means. It's almost time.
Go NHMD. Know what you own. Not going to lie, don't like looking at this stock price drop, but that's how penny land and startups work. Purchase orders are all that matters, if they don't come soon, this stock is toast.
Go nhmd! Know what you own.
Lol....so true.
Know what you hold! Nhmd! Another day closer to where we want to be... IN STORES SELLING A PRODUCT!
Any day now.
Moral of the story. It takes money to make money. It's not toxic debt if that debt is being used to try and make a future profit. Yes, it's called investing. You do whatever you have to do to get a company on its feet and producing revenue. Sometimes that means taking on loans with high risk costs associated with it.
It was shorted down. The notes didn't start hitting till a couple of months ago. Look at the volume on the chart. Significant price drop was before the volume picked up. Tells you all you need to know. People were watering at the mouth for nates to miss his purchase order in the fourth qt of 2015 because they knew the notes would convert without revenue. Yes, nate made a huge mistake by taking on those notes and expecting to have revenue to start paying them back. He messed up, hope he doesn't mess up anymore.
Steve jobs failed with his first attempt with apple, but if you stuck with apple during the bad times, the second attempt by jobs really came through. Really hope nate gets this right quickly. Time is of the essense.
This stock is a joke. If they want people to buy, they sure do a good job of getting no info out. Prob a scam
Couldn't have said it better myself.
Know what you own, know what the bet is, and be comfortable with what you want to risk. This is a very good bet to make, but things could always go wrong.
I honestly think there is not much risk, that the purchase orders are inevitable, but that is just my opinion, not trying to pump. It's only a matter of time before the orders are announced and money is made on the run-up. If their sales increase each qt, you have a great chance to make serious money here. You will be able to experience the entire growth stage of the company, which is how money is made in stocks. That's what getting on the ground floor is about, sure there is more risk, but there is also a chance for an enormous reward. The kind of rewards that can make someone very wealthy.
My only post of the day. Go NHMD!! I truly believe this is prob the best play in the otc at the moment.
Nhmd.....another day closer to the purchase order. Can't wait! Know what you own. NHMD!!
Know what you own. NHMD!
Nhmd! Great product. Tastes great. One of a kind. Know what you own. One of the best plays on the otc.
My one post for the day.
Nhmd!! Know what you own! Best play in the otc!! My one post for the day.
The other co-owner of batter blaster with nates retired off the success of that company.
Go nhmd! Know what you own. It's an otc gem!!! Very very hard to find.
I really wish I knew what was going on with this company.
Exactly! Know what you own! I can't wait for the PO announcement. It's going to be a glorious run with this tight float. Can't wait!! Go nhmd. One step closer to the promise land.
My one post for the day. Have a great day.
You see the insider buys? That's a lot.
Another day closer to the promise land. Go nhmd! Know what you own!
If there was massive dilution, why didn't they sell into the higher bid yesterday? Think that puts some claims to rest. A toxic death spiral would have been selling into a higher bid, no doubt!
FYI (longs), back in the doghouse, so that's my only post for the day. Hopefully, the restrictions will be removed in two weeks. Have a great day everyone.
That's why the ask is going up as opposed to down?
Simple as that. Go nhmd!
what a positive day for nhmd!!
Where exactly was the pump? I must have missed it.
Who's doing the buying? Those were large buys.
Worst snowstorm I have witnessed in my life out here in jersey.
Glad to see I slapped this toxic lending crap to the wall. They act like toxic lenders will loan to anyone. You loan to a scam and they don't pump and dump, that toxic lender has lost their money. How the hell do you profit from worthless shares? You can't. Toxic death spirals are kept alive by gullible shareholders in penny stocks that trade in high volume with huge floats. NHMD fits none of these requirements. They have not issued a "pump" promotion in the past year. How do we know? The price has not gone up. If rolling out 8k's stating that production has been pushed back, or stating notes have been converted is pumping, I must have missed something.
Exactly! I'm ready for nhmd to finally see some green days. Going to be an amazing run to see with this low float.
What idiot is buying that? You have to be insane. You mine as well wipe your a$$ with your money then buy that crap.
Again, those companies you listed didn't drop in price from toxic lending, it dropped because it's a worthless business.
If nate's doesn't get a purchase order soon, this company will be dead too. Not because of toxic loans, but because the company failed to make sales aka generate cash flow. Those toxic lenders will lose their money too. I'm not an amateur, don't try to pass bs on me.
I'm talking market cap here. You lower it that much, what will the market cap be? I don't care if you are issuing more shares, a lower price means a lower market cap. Issuing shares is just diluting the current shareholders if the price is dropping. Only way you increase the market cap with more shares is with a higher price. Say my company is worth 1 dollar. I have a 100 share issued. My company stock price drops by 50%, and I issue a 100 more shares. All that happened is now 200 shares are worth .50 cents. So how in the world does the toxic lenders get their money back if my company stock price crashes and my market cap is now .10. Who is going to be buying a worthless stock? If the market cap is .10, what difference does it make if you issue more shares to sell, who the hell in their right mind is going to buy them? The toxic lender can have all the shares they want, if the company is worthless, so are the shares. Only way toxic lenders make money is on a pump and dump. NO ONE MAKES MONEY ON A COMPANY THAT IS WORTHLESS. The financiers and stock holders ALL LOSE THEIR MONEY. So please tell me how a crashing stock price is good for anyone besides the shorters.
Let me put is this way. I buy a shell. My company has no product. Let's make pretend you are the toxic finance guy. Would you loan me a 100,000 with no product, but you have the ability to sell at 60% of the 20 day avg of my stock? You have to insane to loan that money. Just because you can sell the stock at a 60% discount, you would give me the money? My company is worthless, you can have all the discounted shares you want, they are WORTHLESS. Why can't you understand this. Why can't any of you toxic lending poster boys understand this? If nates is a scam, then the toxic lenders better hope nates has the ability to pump and dump this, or they are out of their money.
We were told by some resident posters a month ago that we would see trips. They stated the new law of .0039 would lead to trips due to the toxic lenders converting lower and lower. Well where are the trips?
Surf, why would someone purchase this stock if it goes to .00001? If it goes that low, you can just buy the float for close to nothing. You are not making any sense at all. This is even worse than the time you stated MM's must purchase a falling knife, it's required by law. ROTFL!!
Who will purchase the shares if they do not get a purchase order in the next couple of months? NO ONE. They will be completely worthless. Zero bid!
