I agree.
Maybe we'll hear something prior to then - hopefully.
Very exciting times.

I strongly agree with that statement.
I do think Apple will move into the space. For that matter - any high-tech company that wants to make and sell products. This is a perfect type of product for any country big or small. It fits well with a small country economy that has few natural resources so it's an export driven economy. Like many in the EU, or Japan.
They can innovate and there are barriers to entry with IP. Acquisitions can be integrated to shorten any timeline to product launch. It's a digital imaging/hardware/software host platform (well done by whoever said that earlier today) from which additional products can be produced and sold, product rich market, and in it's infancy.

Canadian exchange up +10%.
Seems our friends to the north value the VP Engineering job as much more important than those that trade in the US?
I thought that it was incredibly important in the "list" of outstanding important things to be done.

Building. In-house wisdom.
Learning as you go is called "hands-on experience." Experience is expensive and painful. Wisdom is less expensive with less risk of future self-inflicted pain.
McNally has the knowledge to determine that Ximedica and/or Plexus are designing and building SPORT. Titan provided enough of the blueprint and direction about the design elements. I think Dr. Fowler (with the SAB) was the author of most of that. This new position brings "handling the reigns/management of product creation/development/production "direction" back in-house. If my guess is correct Brar and Shore have done thankless work to support Titan prior to McNally's arrival. McNally is putting wisdom, where hands-on experience has been. It's both mentor and executive, to get them to the next level in their careers, and SPORT in production. My point - SPORT is either done or very close to design freeze.
Titan needed to buy wisdom from outside sources to strengthen the breadth and depth of their internal executive resources. This position could easily be the No. 2 spot below the company president. No product - no sales. (IMO) Shore accepted responsibilities when Dr. Fowler left. Mr. Brar is IP and Strategy - which to me says IP R&D & protect IP. The VP position will report directly to McNally. This company has to have someone focused (at home office) on the engine/product while McNally is focused (and traveling) on the competition, finance, planning for sales, strategic partnerships or if they are approaching/approached - how to manage M&A.
This is a very good indicator to me of how McNally thinks, and what needs to be done to move SPORT to CE/FDA certification. I was wondering about a VP of Engineering. Check that box.
Also, a strong indication that funding has/is/will be addressed forthwith.
Don't think this is a reorg. Building. In-house wisdom.

I don't think Shore and/or Brar are out. Titan is too thin intellectually to just let them go. JMO. If I read the Trade chart right....
There's 6x more buy volume than sell volume today.
That's very big momentum.
Anyone want to take a guess as to why?

I just don't know.
It's a business option, but is very distasteful.
You're asking me to read tea leaves and they just look like little black fakes in hot water to me.
Until we hear something from anyone at Titan - no one knows. It's ALL about the new plan. And I think plans change from one conversation to another. So they can't declare a plan and then negotiate around it. What we do know is that this company was started to make $$$. So far the old plan didn't get there. So now we have a new plan. It's the "getting there" part that is keeping us all on the edge of our seat.
I completely agree with those that have postulated about the new CEO's decision to lead Titan. He wouldn't have come on board without extensive interviews with each critical manager. And had options/solutions in hand. Why get on a boat without a rudder and no sail, unless you already had them and know how to use them????? My view is that there is a funding gap and a design/functionality decision from where we are to CE/FDA. Those are the hurdles. I'm still amazed watching SPORT move and can't wait to see more videos.
I think Titan is working very hard to make it a viable platform/product in the shortest length of time possible to get to CE, then FDA. Product development is all about phase 1, phase 2........

I agree. Shortest distance between 2 points.
As has been pointed out in the past, the certification is task based, REGARDLESS of the number of indications.
FDA/CE certification = market interest = increase pps for exchange upgrade/uplist = buyout.
JMO.

BK
While the news is good......
Clearly someone doesn't like all of the progress - as much as we do. The pps was tanked on purpose at the end of the day. I look forward to the day that anyone with that much money regrets their decisions to sell.
I guess we take it as a left-handed compliment.

Don't think this is being manipulated?
Every share at $.46 was bought, and now someone is will to be generous and sell their shares for $.44???? With volume of over 1.6M before mid-day? The volume and interest are there. There's no risk of not being able to sell higher. Unless it's done intentionally.
Fortunately the demand is REALLY outstripping the supply and anyone selling to drop the pps is just getting sucked up. Volume is driving the pps rise. Supply vs Demand.
Ya just can't fix stupid.
Regards,
BK
That's too vague without supporting facts.
Would really like to hear why and from where you're making that kind of statement please.
Thanks

BK
To your point.
Why take this job, without already having a plan? If it was me interviewing for this job - during the interview process - I'd have to speak with "other" close friends and associates knowing the biggest hurdle would be financing. When and if financing would be secured, then there's the possibility of an uplist and then the market tide would be in effect.
That would also be a major interview question. Knowing the numbers to get SPORT to market - as you have done before. Do YOU have access to the requisite financing, and what options do you see for financing going forward?
I'm trying to hold back my enthusiasm, but my logic is formulating a lot of dots and connecting them pretty clearly.
Regards,
BK
The "real" dollars are very small if anyone's trading.
I completely agree with that thought.
$.36 at 10,000 is only $3,600
Then sell at $.60, which is only $6,000
That's a HUGE % profit in 2 days, but not in real actual dollars based on what SPORT does, in the market that currently exists and in the company's current state.
IMO
Regards,
BK
I think that's a reasonable conclusion.
Thanks.

BK
Absolutely.
What else?

Regards,

We may get to a new exchange with that pps.
It's now a possibility with the new CEO's connections that an uplist is possible.
That's a whole new ball game if that happens.
JMO.

I completely agree....why would anyone sell at this pps?
Nothing in my mind, based on the existing hard facts indicate to me that it's a good idea to sell anytime soon.
True - there is the financing issue. But my perspective would be once financing is settled we would be so much further down the road where the pps would be well over $1.50. Because then the next "big" milestone would be CE/FDA certification. We're already in the process of producing cadaver videos. The difference between where we are and $1.50ish is pretty broad.
My points:
The product exists. Functionally since 2015, and viewed by +800 professionals early 2016. We were at $1.40 ish last March. We're a hell of a lot further down the road since then. Which to me says $1.50 is very realistic - if not low.
The new CEO has brought 2 companies to FDA approval and everything else necessary needed at Titan. The real cherry on top for me is that he's an engineer with patents. He's created IP. The view from a "creator's" window is much different from a management "purely Sales/Marketing" perspective. By that I mean the CEO can communicate directly with the development team as one who "has been here and done that," and also outside the company as well. I couldn't have written the list of experience better. Many thanks to you Mr. Barker.
This company just became much more valuable today and many times more valuable next week, next month and later this year. Why sell knowing what is finally in place?
Welcome and thank you to those that are buying.

No notification is good news.
There was no announcement regarding the audit (if you want to call it that) except that there was one.
I would think that was good news.
Going from an R&D company to a Clinical company takes a lot of work and project milestones. All are done and in place.
Don't know how long the next step will take, but I think we should hear something very soon. That's my expectation.
Happy New Year.

I agree, but what I see leaves me wanting.
Who's to say that these Dr's don't have laptops with videos of specific procedures once they've qualified their audience? If there is behind the scenes features that they don't want revealed using a looped video in the booth, then that would be reasonable. It just doesn't look like it's a professional presence.
It's easy to critique their every move, I do - and keep it to myself, but I still think there has to be more to this than what's obvious in the public eye. That's my perspective. There's more, but we don't know what more is - yet. To that point, the version of SPORT that performed the cadaver studies done over a year ago HAS to be much improved. And again, everyone's point is "so show us." I get it.
REGARDLESS.......I'm not saying mgmt gets a pass, just all of my confidence is in the robot, IP, and combined tech. When mgmt finally finds their "nut" (blind squirrel reference) then that will be a sign to me that they're putting this train back on the track publicly. Ximedica and Plexus know that they are tied to SPORT so I'm in the camp that thinks they are working diligently because it's their reputation as to how SPORT performs, mgmt be damned. You can call it my justification and/or mental crutch. Licensing iREP was the first of many significant steps. We're just not done with the dance. (Yes I know - so far the music sucks.)
Mustang, if you're out there - perhaps the next conversation can inquire about an updated video or engineering video's.
Happy New Year to all y'all.

Does anyone have a UK, Italy, France, Germany or EU Dr. contact?
Wondering if anyone knows someone that saw the exhibit.
Curious what was shown compared to what we've seen at the unveiling.
Thank you.

I agree with that scenario.
Or it was something very close. Which means, if anyone on the BoD knew of that type of conversation, they can revisit the formerly interested party and try to work some form of long-term deal that's very good for both parties. I can hope.

Would the fluorescence process give an indication?
How do they check to see if cancer is dead in the bladder now?
I don't understand why we wait 3 months.
I do understand that we're looking to measure PDC1433, but can't Dr's still see if the cancer has been affected?

It's nice to see all of the details.
Those are very good foundational steps.
Let's hope we continue to see consistent progress toward improved sales, and distribution from the China connections.
I'll be very happy to hear of continued efforts for a grow license and re-establishment of testing labs across the U.S.
Merry Christmas to all our friends in north America and abroad.

I like slides 7-8-9.
This science could play a very important role going forward to address pain management, and as an alternative to opioid prescriptions. Really hoping that the rotator cuff research being conducted has a very positive result so it can be added as a standard option during ortho rehab. Much more important and a bigger participant in the the business model than some consider. IMO.

Hi D888.
Is it walking a fine line to "inform" hospitals of previous professional conferences, with a video or summary of the audience feedback?
Just curious where the line is.
