ATLAS uplisted to the Nasdaq from the OTC. They did a $6 dollar offering a few months ago, and now it is trading at $43 bucks. They are also a mining company. How ever they had NO Revenues unlike BMXI. Just a lot of mineral rights. I think that BMXI has more mineral rights, last I checked. 30,000 Hectares alone in Brazil.. Moosehorn is like 4300 hectares.. Not sure how long Indonesia and McArthur are off the top of my head..
The CEO does not really care about the shareholders, but please do not twist that statement and suggest this company is a scam. What I am trying to say is this uplist and offering is more about the Good Old Boys Network then retail. Just look at the Fins, they have done transactions to reward insiders.
Probably several dollars. US Gold Mining just completed a successful IPO for $20 Million Dollars. Each share was prices at $10. The funny thing is this company had Net Income in the Red.. I am not suggesting BMXI will have a $10 offering, but I do think it would be significant.
Great Observation.. FOGONE CONCLUSSION..
They can play games all day long, but one thing is for certain is they will not uplist this with a 8 Million Market cap. Not when there closest rival w profits trades 19 times higher. Just look up TRX Gold Corporation.. The Market cap is 150M.. Very similar company but BMXI O/S and Float is way lower.
19 x BMXI .12 = $2.28

That is odd cause companies like Byoplanet, Clorox, Procter & Gamble, and SC Johnson would disagree. Did you seriously just down play a GLOBAL PANDEMIC? What a Hoot..
Maybe people should take a Micro Biology Course before posting!
Friendly reminder but the CEO was once the head of Mergers and Acquisitions for Bank of America. Perhaps Bank of America will be buying the S1 offering a $5 or $6 bucks..
He/She is just creating a Narrative while Leonite takes more shares on the bid. BMXI will go several dollars. VENG had it CE removed today. It closed at .22 cents yesterday and now at 1.60 on less then 1M volume... Think I am worried about Leonite padding their pockets? ROFL.. They work for me cause they will Promo the F--k out of this post Audit and Offering.
I also charge for my Analyst reports. You think people work for free? You suggesting that Ted's time and hard work are not worth anything?
Would you rather have a retail person pay for a analyst report? haha..
Best to ignore such Stupidity. No company is spending $5 Million to Acquire a Producing Gold Mine. Regardless this deal is a PARTNERSHIP. not like Nils can just sit on his hands. They are clearly working with other party's and there is a fiscal responsibility to them.
WILD WEST forsure!! The more knowledge you have will translate to your future account value. 99% of retail do not even research let alone go long term on a play.
By default it would flush out perhaps flippers and some weak swing traders. It is essentially free money when they short added SS shares. Sell .16 to .21 and Cover 13 to 15. They are just nickel and diming the PPS essentially. When Leonite runs this it will be placed on an Budget. So all that short term money will be used to essentially slap off people selling well below what the offering will be.. It is truly a give and take situation.
The best is when they manipulate the share price in unison with the goon squad in attempt to influence a few shares back and forth. Those games will ultimately end w the end of the REG/A and they know I know what's up. Lets just say it is a easy pump then short when you have the long shares in your back pocket.
Make no mistake about Leonite who is BMXI's number 1 partner in crime. They have more reason then anyone to have this Audit, Form 10 and S1 offering happen. This is just a game for them right now. A few short shares they can cover w the REG/A long they acquire, but they will mean business in the future and be advocate a large offering for the booker runner to disperse to institutions.
Sounds Great. Dump the better company w a 10M Market cap Large Revs, and buy one with Zero Revenues w 200M Market Cap!! ATLX/BMIX
What is a Pre Covered Short? Asking for my buddy
Nice Story. I stick to the Facts. Press Releases and Filings. I am also an analyst and don't need Ted's synopsis.
Great Point about the $6.00 Target price. Looks like the company released the same Analyst report after the Brazil deal reiterating $6 a share. Such an acquisition would add value to the company which would raise the Price target.
Would have been prudent for the company to get the Analyst report after the Brazil deal, not before. It is likely BMXI has a $10 to $20 Price target now. Just go on Finviz.com and compare it to other Gold Miner..
The 49% which solidifies the progression of BMXI. Keep in mind they just reduced the A/S by 90%.. Now BMXI has 43M shares left to fund the future of company. That is plenty of shares when you factor in the point a Form 10 is being filed which confirms the Audit was completed. That will be followed by an offering of several dollars IMO.
Ask LEONITE.. They paid IMO.. Capital structure was just receded by 90%. Please refer to Press Releases.
I did some math and the Brazil deal alone is worth 1/2 Billion dollars. Obviously the Indonesia mine and both North American mine would only add value
The analyst report is spot on with their price targets. In fact those reports were written before the Brazil deal was announced. Once that deal is closed that $6.00 price target goes out the window and would need to be revised upward appropriately. Just a little insight but the Moosehorn Project sits only on 4300 Hectares compared to the Brazil deal which is a significantly larger at 30,000 Hectares.
Smart money is simply buying and stashing shares. Slowly this Float is getting locked up at higher levels. Once the Audit drops, the reality will start sinking in that this is the real deal. At said time this should start moving on a more Northward trajectory. BUCKLE UP!!
It was already bought and paid for. So unless the Auditing firm's building and people all die in some freak accident the audit is happening/happened.
Looks like the company borrowed $5 Million in Cash from Leonite the lender. That transaction took place at .75 cents per share. That will bode well when the official audit is completed and shares are offered at a much higher price. $1 or $2 for example.
At this point I don't see any motive to hold back. If anything I think Leonite wants this turd out of Pink Sheets and uplisted so they can take profits and the company can raise capital through a new offering. They know retail is not going to help raise money in the Pink Sheet realm, so NYSE or QX would be the target.
Fact: Audit won't be released till Leonites gives Nils' the go ahead. Sad but true. Then again Leonite will net more then BMXI will IMO... ROFL..
We are partnered w Leonite right now who is super connected. They have been helping BMXI through out this whole process. I bet they are looking for a Bookrunner as we speak. Need one to underwrite any offering.
Well Broke Retail is not the only forces which can move a stock. Institutional investor/partners can move a stock w ease. That is where your eye sight should be focused. This is why everyone is waiting for the finished Audit cause institutions can not touch unaudited companies.
Who cares about the Analyst. The Audit will be completed and the company can finally file for S1 Offering and Uplist to the NYSE.. Just assume BMXI is worth more or at least the Same w the Brazil deal. Obviously not worth less.
You don't need an Analyst to go on FINVIZ and see BMXI is out pacing company's w 200M plus Market caps.. Analyst is spot on!
The calculations are real. The company hired an independent analyst last year which calculated an estimation at $6.00 Per Shares. What he didn't factor in was the recent acquisition of the Brazil territory. So perhaps the valuation is now higher since the assets just grew exponentially.
Thanks for the link. Once the S1 Offering becomes active we can now track which institutional bought into it.
The completion of the Audit is independent of the company. So if it takes the Auditor 10 minutes or 10 years it is out of our control.
Well it is certainly worth $6 dollars a share. Perhaps way more with future growth. Just will need time for the market to catch up. This will be a different story pn the Nasdaq/Nyse or even the OTCQX for that matter cause institutions are buying this for their portfolios.
No need to speak for me. I am right here! I have based everything off of data and numbers. If Nils holds true to his claims of S1 Offerings this will trade dollars. In fact any increase to the O/S would suggest a higher offering price will be needed. Only so many shares to go around and the A/S is capped.
Artificial?? You betcha!! Just look at today's volume of 12k. Not much retail here. Wonder how much of the Float is locked up by Affiliates..
Ask me when I am cashing out w 7 digit profits later this year!! ;)
They also sit on a large wad of cash.
Most will sell to early and disregard valuations of a company. Right now PLPL is 5 Million Dollar Market Cap. When they officially announce the Binding MOI is official then this merger will be complete. So then the question is how much is Byoplanet worth now and what will it be worth in the future. Byoplanet is very profitable and solvent, so they would not have targeted a SEC Filing shell unless they had some uplist plan in the next year or 2. Not to get to bold but this is not going to uplist w 5 Million MC.. Based on what I see I can forecast 50M/100M off the top of my head. So 10x/20x run and base hold from here. .006/.012.. Probably sees 1 massive run before it settles to that future base area. So who knows. .03/.05.. Hard to speculate this far out.
Seems like many are a little worried about PPS and Launching. To0 many Micro Managers (short term thinkers) I know were all excited but the true winners will be here for the long haul. Playing for a few ticks or a double does not create generational wealth. The clues are right before your eyes and no one is picking up on them. Like the fact the company has equipment write off which is like 4 times the current Market Cap. Use Brain. This is not going to be some dilutive company. Byoplanet is stacked with cash flow and assets. I bet anything they have people lining up to be partners both Financially as well as with the products. Fact is that Byoplanet is a Nasdaq company in the next couple years. Enjoy the ride.
