The plant is in shambles. Nobody wants it. No value for a bank nor for an investor. Too much money to put into it to put it in selling condition.

Silver 20$? GPL $2+ easy!!! Since June 17, GPL has been going steadily upwards. RSI in the hot zone, 200 dma at $1.49. I say hold. At least til 1.45. Have the results been published yet? Brand new CEO as of yesterday. I would seriously hold!

Haven't been watching. Saw oil drop with the inventory but no idea where it's going or what it's doing. I feel very strongly that it's going down, though. Best way to play it is flipping, of course, make a couple of bucks here and a couple of bucks there. I don't want to stay in front of the computer all day in summer so my target is longer term and bigger margins. But bias is down.

Oil - producers enjoyed these high prices and are hedging these (can't find my link no more....). Basically means they don't expect prices to raise much further.... but I honestly don't give a damn. I'll be holding these dwt's long term.... expecting $42 - 39 in oil between now and Sept, giving us $40+ DWT
