This is actually the Perfect time to see if SUBWAY carries any weight (no pun intended). Because we know what the volume already was and with the brick wall that was hit, we can see if Subway is able to revive any substantial volume or not.

My best guess is it will have little to no effect, but I'm no expert.

I'm not too concerned about the PPS right now myself. I'm only concerned with the vol and $$$'s, because the lower the vol. the longer it will take to close ANY deals, which means it will take longer to put all the pieces of their company together, which means it will take longer for this Entity to be worth anything.

I would only be concerned if we were still at this level AFTER their proposed deals were complete. - jmo.

True, but saying there are no "PLANS" for a reverse split is not the same as saying, "There will be NO R/S".

They could come back in 6months and say, "well, we didn't initially PLAN for a R/S, but we feel this would be best...(blah blah blah)".

Hard for me to speculate. I work for a billion dollar company (or so they claim) JLG (NYSE) and their PPS is about $20+. But I'm guessing they don't have 20billion or more shares outstanding.

Heck, I would like for us to someday this half of the year crack the penny barrier.

I'm sure they'll address that AFTER they have completed all of their planned acquisitions. We just have to be patient. I know it's tough, but we ALL know this stuff takes time.

My mistake. Our shares showed up in the 2nd half of November04. But looking into an old PR you SHOULD have qualified to receive the Shares. You should contact your broker (either by phone or e-mail).

I can tell you this because I use Etrade, if you use Etrade and haven't received any, something is terribly wrong and you should call them.

dude, you're getting ripped. Most of us have had our divvy shares in our accounts since early Dec04. They're restricted though.
