You're not the only one having doubts... 1,38 already on the boards.
EDIT: 1,36 already!
I will hold you to that, just out of curiosity!
Funny how short interest declines, yet SP declines even faster.
Bid 1.37 ask 1.51
Would've expected them on the list TBH.
Mate, I appreciate your posts, but now you're talking just BS.
My mails were not "panick"-related, they were mails with questions regarding several contracts and regarding the trade program. Funny how you minimize every critic anyone gives. Why is it so hard for you to be objective? :)
Oh yeah, didn't say company is silent/no news, only stated they do not answer mails.
Stop misrepresenting what others say, thanks in advance.
I don't say Henry should be the one answering mails. Anyhow, we shall see what time tells. The silence from the company is holding me back from buying more (for now), that's for sure...... And I'm quite sure others feel the same. Oh, yeah, that does not help SP, does it?
No worries, stock market is down!! =)
LOL
Who said 1,5 USD was the lowest it would get? Oh yeah, and 1 USD? Never?! Sure.
And the funny thing is Henry/the company does not care about its shareholders at all.
I think it is weird they find time for calling people, but not for responding to a mail.
Jock you called henry?
I think that's highly doubtful, I do not even get a response on any of my previous mails to them. It's beyond words, 3 mails already, no response whatsoever. They do not care about the shareholders?
Hey, you do not need to tell this to me, tell it to some others here that expect stock to rise on this news =) Foolish.
Not "fluff news", just unbelievable people think this would bring us up; This means nothing, as long as we don't see numbers. Easy as that. Pure logic.
EDIT: I must have been sleeping last friday. Don't mind post.
don't get me wrong, but what makes you think so? There's no numbers yet =)
All my arguments/considerations/doubts are regardless the industry. They are just about "a trade program" as such.
It would be good if the company started buying those 300 000 shares now already, meaning the program wil not cost them more dan 450 000(-500 000) USD in total. But apparently they do not work this way, else there would not be this limit of 3 million dollar.
Well, my main point is that I do have doubts about how much of an incentive this is.
We shall see in the near future; fingers crossed.
It is more likely that they would chose the greatest volume or top 1,500 retailers or a combo of all of the SF stores (800) and 700 other top retailers and make the incentive more meaningful with 200 shares, or 3,000 retailers with 100 shares.
Hopefully there's some sort of limitation to the stores, but we do not know.
Thank's for putting in more detail my point, someone got it! =)
Well, neither do I.. Is it really that hard to read my posts properly? =)
IF only 300 000 shares in aggregate.... how many distributors/retailers are there? How many shares maximum for each if only 300 000 shares? Not really a big incentive IMO =)
Appears like the board has been overtaken with weak namby pamby's that can't see past the end of their noses and waffle in the wind at the slightest head breezes.
Perhaps you should look a bit further, you great mind :)
A program like this is in se good, but I think the numbers are just rubbish. You may read my previous post about that. Either way you interprete the limits, it is not good.
Maybe it does give some good results (the program), yet I feel like a lot of changes are being foregone. They give either too little to distributor/retailers (if 300 000 shares are for all the distributors/retailers in aggregate), either there's a big dilution (300 000 shares max per distributor/retailor).
I'm not saying it's never done, but this mgmt states it has no previous experience with it (unless I'm reading it wrong =) )
max of 300 000 shares or max of 3 million usd... doesn't take a genius to devide 3 million by 300 000 shares!
Furthermore, as stated, if 300 000 shares in total, that's peanuts, that would mean some retailers only receiving 10 shares? LOL The cost for selling those shares is even higher ;)
Furthermore2: why do they stipulate that they can determinate the program if the costs are higher than expected, while a few sentences back they say the program can never give right to shares costing more than 3 mil in total...
I'm not convinced.
I suppose not, for them stating it's the first time "they" do something like that... or am spirit did something like that before HH was there.. I don't know.
We believe that our Trade Partners Program is a unique form of rebate program and we have no prior experience with the implementation of such a program.
why also among consumers?
What do you mean with "internationally would be even better"? There's no geographically limit in the program, is there?
I'm not sure what to think of the program.
The limits (300 000 shares/3mil USD), are those for the whole program, or for each distributor/retailer individually?
If it's for the whole program... I'm not sure about how many distributors/retailers there are in fact, but I can imagine the number is quite high, thus this would mean only a few shares per each... meaning ridiculous. Not worth pushing red sun for them. correct?
If it is for each distributor/retailer as such this would mean BIG dilution!!
Gonna send a mail, maybe I get an answer this time =)
Not time to time, only once. It's the maximum.
The Trade Partners Program is limited to an aggregate of 300,000 shares of our common stock or a lesser amount of our common stock equivalent to $3.0 million, as determined by the applicable sales price on each Purchase Date.
Meaning stock price may not reach 10 USD? LOL
Yahoo says it touched 1,43, yet the graphic doesn't show it..
My order at 1,50 got cancelled somehow... pisses me off... Waiting a bit longer now LOL
The graphic on yahoo does not show the 1,51... Lately yahoo seems to change graphics during the day... Anyone else having problems?
1,51; almost, 1 cent to go!
I have another order of 2500 shares waiting at 1,50.
I was/am sitting on the bid yesterday at 1,6; unfortunately we are already above 1,7.
Your loss must be substantial ;)
They did state in an interview (the day of ringing the bell) the number 97% :)
I'm not familiar with the tax system overseas, but it doesn't necessarily have to be selling at losses, it sounds reasonable to assume some are covering some shorts to pay (other) taxes with the profits they made so far, not?
I would like to ask my question again:
Drop in short interest, may this be due to tax-reasons thus only temporary closing of positions?
Seeing the daily average, roughly 10% of the daily volume consists/consisted for a small time of short covering, there's really that little buyers at these levels?
Thoughts?!
Out at 3 USD; my average is even above 3 USD!
I don't want to be a downer, but henry made revenues of Santa Fe increase from 30M to 150M in almost 6 years. Is it just me, or is this not such a big accomplishment? Would mean it takes us at that speed till at least 2020 to have 150M in revs?
Big asks if I see it correctly, new 52W low 1,4 by end of day? LOL
Two remarks regarding drop in short interest:
1) Solely positions (temporary?) closed for tax reasons?
2) There's times almost 10% of the daily volume/buyers are shortcovering; only so little buyers here...?!
Thoughts?
Not posted, but certainly noticed.
Tend to buy some more shares, although I already own way too much shares for my port.
