Yes, this is what ED is seeking in lieu of a forced buyback. Once again, no help to shareholders. A nice fat check to the company and still a bloated float that got effed up on his watch. Perhaps on purpose?

Ok, how will any of the shares already sold into the float, the 2.3 Billion, be cancelled? How will that happen? Those shares are now owned by shareholders and longs like I presume you and others. It is my understanding that the only shares that can be "cancelled" are those held but not yet sold. Any shares sold must be purchased on the open market to reduce the float. Cancelling them is not an option.

If you don't know, April comes after March. Also, February 2016 numbers have the float at 2.3 Billion.

Someone should ask Ed why the float is at 2.3 Billion if 275 million were cancelled and 13 percent were removed from the float.

And based on this publication in April of 2015 from OTC markets and the TA the float is 2.2 billion and now up to 2.3 billion.

Based on the lack of buying pressure and low bid support it appears investors are in fact wising up.
