They just decreased the a/s by 4 billion on December 20th or 23rd. What evers on otc markets. Doesn't make sense to decrease it just to raise it 2 weeks later.

Plus, the current a/s is the exact amount of shares left to dilute the stock at .0001 to be debt free.

No it hasn't. I have the share structure from November 18th, December 18th, and 20th....and it hadn't changed since mid December

they won't do a r/s. theirs no need to right now. they would have to do it after diluting the stock and locking up the a/s. it wouldn't make sense to do it right now.

So we are 54-62 days into the Re-Filing process.

Since the last round took 86 days for FINRA to request more info, and GVSI stated they took extra measures this time around to make sure it's correct; I would put us 24-32 days from FINRA approval. I counted all days (holidays, and weekends for each; their's prob just as many holidays in the summer at November and December, so pretty fare)

SOOOOO, after all that. If everything goes smoothly this time around. I say we have a name and ticker symbol change PR between January 27th-February 4th/6th.
