What should I complain about?

Hey I'm a daytrader and I can't figure out what these guys are doing please make them play so that I can profit.

Face it. If they revise and update the schedule we would be hearing the same thing. They are not meeting the goals they set forth. Please click link to complain.

I have seen the company move forward and make progress. SO I could care less about complaining.

Sounded like alot to me also. From what I am told they can Dyno tune it and adjust the Psi so you get anywhere from 220-300. The full on power requires engine work also and since this is my daily driver I am not sure I want to do that.

I was thinking it would be a blast to blow away Cobra's and hang with Vettes in my little go-kart. Just scares the hell out of me when I sit behind a new mustang and it look twice my hieght.

My wife is more concerned about the dive PG did after the Gillette deal than QBID.

I have a new MR2 Spyder thanks to SIRI. Thinking about selling some more for a turbo would knock it up to around 280-300hp I am told. Wasn't that .50 range when they had the hardware that did not work. I bought in at .60 and up.

No what's scary is I can turn and glance at my complete portfolio's gain/loss in real-time. Today is not a pretty day. Even the major companies I own (PG, MS, IHP, GE,etc) are down. Small caps (BWLD, PRAA,IART,etc) are down. Pennies (all down). The only good performers I glanced at are SIRI and QSII.

There are different types of investors. Sure to the get rich quick it might be.

To those of us who do not play that game then it more than likely is not. We have already calculated the risk and assigned the proper amount of funds for it.

So with that said.

I invested in a from the ground up gay television station. I know that it is going to take from 4-6 years for it to get off the ground.

I based that off of MTV which took 4 years to find the right formula and get going. Now remeber MTV is something almost everyone would find very unoffensive. So knowing that a niche station could air in 4 years after all who wants to watch music all the time (hence MTV is no longer all videos). You could also look at nicklodean which took about 3 years from the same root source.

I added another 2 years to overcome the gay aspect and find investors and supporters in the market. Even all gay's will not subscribe because they are not out yet. So getting a bill from a gay station is not a good thing. Plus you have to consider sponsors will really think long and hard before going with a station and format that can be a fairly large controversy.

Now looking at what's is going on with the Q. Live signal, orginal programming, a carrier we have a ground work set. I would not expect anything major for another year and a half. The cards are stacked against the Q and if you are a short-term or a worrier you should not be invested in this stock. Also, i would not expect to see anymore than a .10 at the most with this stock. By then it would be succesful and more than likely absorbed into a major media company.

Concerning the PR's that seem delayed. As a long term investor who cares as long as progress is being made. I can not count the number of stocks I have had that have had delays in products or services and move forward and been succesful. Sure, I am unhappy when restraunts, stores, companies do not meet the expansion, profit, or release products when I think they should. But that's life as an investor.

All these posts might eventually be right. Of course this was being said the last couple of weeks. Then we were told at the first of the week, now soon.

Yes. This is microsoft promising once again to fix things that are broke but never doing it. There are always plans, hopes, soon, etc.

The point is that these things are a part of business. you do not always get things you want even if you PR it and have as much money as Bill Gates.

That's all they care to do. Twist facts around to meet the agenda they have set forth.


I saw the same thing right after the conference call. I could not believe I had listened to the same conversation some people here did.


As far as bashing the last PR. Getting more qualified people on board is a good building sign. It's not good, it's not bad. Just a sign of moving slowly forward.

It sounds like to me a lot of people here are day traders or people who want to get rich quick. It took MTV over 4 years to get the format right and get the proper name change. Nothing like this is quick.

Such nice terminalogy when we have not been DOWN in awhile. Just glanced at real-time and it is sitting where it has been the last couple of weeks (.0029-.0030) if you look back at the .0031 range then even longer.

I don't mind posting the whole thing. I am not pumping or bashing. I just got tired of people throwing stuff out as fact that was not.

Some one yesterday said they e-mailed orbitz to get the exact information but said they were not replying. I asked for the e-mail he recieved and got no reply. Basically the e-mail was another bash on the Q without merit. I got my response in about 35 minutes. You can do the same by going to the website and asking nicely.

Then we have people going to the meeting in texas and saying only 6 people showed up. Including him and a few board members.

There are so many lies in the bashing that I just want to put some normal FACTS out there.

Becauses only 6 people where there? Who were they Skunks, Shue, Frank, and Yourself. So two other people attended were they employees or people like youself who went to the meeting?

Why was it dull?

Did they talk about orginal programming, show ideas, marketing areas, etc? Exactly why was it dull?

What did the building look like? Where did you park street or garage?

I know it is pure BS. I want to see followup's with fact from the bashers. Did they or did they not get a reply? What was the reply?

Folks. If the people bashing do not follow up with facts then you know they are just trying to run a nice little deception. Push for hard facts not just opinions and ROFL type statements.

I thought it was because of the delays that the price is dropping every day. Now it because no subscribers.

Then again everytime I glance at my real-time we are sitting at between .0029 and .0030 so I really don't count that as a price drop.

If you have the data to back-it up then fine. Otherwise your just guessing like the rest of us. Also please define ALMOST NO subscribers with a value. Why not say we have under 10, under 100 or a little over 500.

I agree but there was speculation yesterday that the Q was doing it without permision, they were not a partner, etc from the bashers.

There was also the I e-mailed and no answer from orbitz. Just curious if they actually tied the loose ends up.

Yes. It will be hard to sustain but I believe they will sustain a price of around 3.00 my self.

The point is many people believed the company was going to gone in no time since they had hardware issues and the bashing was as bad if not worse than what I see here.

Companies will have delays is the point and no matter how bad they look if it's a good IDEA it has a chance of moving forward.

Microsoft was a startup once and had the same issues with Delays. That is my point. They even went to court to prove they did not put out fake news releases when DR-DOS was taking away market share quickly. MS was the reason we have the term Vaporware in the Tech industry now. They survived every delay to become the beast they are now. That's my point. Not that Q will ever come close to MS size or profit.

If you do not like the MS comparsion then please look at the Sirius comparison.

Q's delays are minor and they have built the base they need to go forward. Sure I agree the delays do hurt but not as badly as they are stated on these boards.

Not if they are on a limited basis. They could broadcast and shut down. The impact remains to be seen but would be a nice building block going forward.

I have no idea. I do know that roughly 23% of restraunts fail in the first year. This is due to a converstation I just had with someone about opening up a Buffalo wild wings franchise. I also know that one out of five dot coms failed.

A company does not have to be a Microsoft to be a success. Look at the company I closed my home through. Stewart Title they are listed and do well. The restraunt I am considering open Buffalo Wild Wings. So many it's hard to list.

You said delay was failure. Microsoft is the king of delays yet they are not a failure.

Even when MS was a young company they were known for delays and shady PR's. Look where that got them.

Then again I have heard all the same bashing when Sirius was just a pup and was having hardware failures and sat launch issues. I even dared to compare them to MS and IBM.

Knowing that a deadline has passed is not really DD.

If you could post to specific facts on why the deadline was passed then I would accept it as DD. The fact is no one here can do that. Everything I see is pure speculation and twisting of facts to put a good or bad face on our limited data.

Also, if there are insiders here more than likely they can not and will not discuss the reasons the deadlines are passed. I have non-disclosure contracts signed with about 6 major companies and would not jeoprdize anything I am doing to post on a message board.

So far we have alot of data but way to many gaps to make any type of conclusion on what is actually going on.

What i see is a base forming for a television network slowly but surely. I also see the competition having a hard time getting the programming and setup right also. These are companies that are far larger than our Q which in the end could easily knock us out with a small unheard whimper.

Another, thing we can not forget is the fight to get stations to carry a station like this in certain states will be hard and the stations involved will be put under a microscope and protested against. This is one thing the Q is doing right by making it subscription based to get into the areas without much protest grounds.

There are still alot of hurdles to overcome.

Agreed. There is still a long way to go with this endeavor. Just remember the path in business is always bumpy.


We are invested in the IDEA and it is a solid one. The foundation is looking better each month.

For those saying it's not the same it is. A perfect example is ms-dos 5.0 which was a clear fictional release date that ended up with MS in court. Sure you can want to say it's not but in the ned it's the same thing. And for the devloper my job is in IT including development for the past 20 years. I know how products can slip and that's my point. It is the same in ANY industry.

I am VERY aware of EVERY dead-line that has passed for this stock. I keep an eye on every stock I own be it Large Cap such as MS or a penny such as QBID.

It is simply a Public Relations gimmick. They want the community they cater to to feel they are listening and devloping programs specific to what they want.

Many major companies do this including the example I have been using today Microsoft. It makes the people using the service/product feel they had a hand in developing it.

It's a feel good message to the community. Nothing more or less. It means nothing long term but word of mouth for the station.

They do not miss a few. They miss the MAJORITY.

Win 1.0, MS-Dos 5,0, OS/2, NT, NT 2000, Longhorn, .Net Framework,
Window CE. These are a few examples.

So they are allowed to miss deadlines by YEARS? They are allowed to say oh, we are waiting to add some extra code checks. Then in 6 months say well we are delayed another six months yet we are removing the following 3 Features. But we don't need to go into details about it. We are just doing it. Oh, and we forgot to tell you a week ago we are under investiagion in Europe again.

Double standard. It's a company and deadlines are missed period.

I am invested in all three. I have lived with missed deadlines by years with MS and Intel without full disclosure of the PROBLEMS just that there are delays. I can full well live with Q missing deadlines also in the same manner.
