No, not at all... they aren't all able to be put into play anytime in the next 3 years... look at it this way... His net profit from this sale is only about $1M to STBV because they are already $1.5M in debt leading up to the offering. How far does $1M go these days seriously... You can't run for the rest of your life on it. You can't finance lawyers to fight the government for 10 years over this. The risk/reward ratio only makes sense in building a revenue generating company, not cashing in on $3M in regulated reported company income.
What matters is the float, which was 4.6B last week...
The A/S is 100B, the O/S is 12B as of last registration, which seems to include preferred shares under the new reporting requirements and ... not 300B anything
It's clear you neither know the correct number or what it means.
The paradox created when you make statements about there being 30 billion shares floating around in here...
There are brokerages outside the reach of the SEC... There is a brokerage in Bermuda that let's you bet on whether a stock is red or green at EoD
Pretty sure they learned their lesson watching this week that when they flush their shares, someone comes right behind them and cashes them in for green
If this is going to move, it has to move fast...all of this bid stacking on the buy is sheer accumulation at most peoples loss...and they know it...loss of momentum on the sell when you sit one tic above the bid is weighing on everyone here...panic buying works just as well as panic selling to move a price point
As long as there is an ask sitting at .11 it won't move either...basically staring contest...
Perhaps they even reincorporated, under a different name, to let Andy in or to make it more marketable...depends on what they plan to do with it...
I read that to say the growing facility existed, not Bearpot...not up to me to interpret for everyone though
You have to be a Colorado resident or business paying state taxes to get into the game so they had to create a corporation to hold a subsidiary business
L2 - 72 M bid to 10K ask at this price is saying something
Oh good...this again...Charlotte's Web was developed in Teller County. Please explain to everyone how the Stanley Brothers in Divide, CO which is in Teller County have a famous farm that even CNN has been to and Teller County bans MJ farms...
1. You have to be a tax payer in Colorado to invest in Colorado MJ operations of any kind whether you are an indivdual or a corporation. Without having a corporation in Colorado, now Bearpot,Inc, none of the rest could have happened.
2. You can start renovating a house before you finish closing on it...it's not recommended but if you are confident enough...
3. Do you present something before it's finsihed? Before and after is one thing but we have no idea of the amount of stated renovations and build out need to be completed before it is ready to be unvieled...
4. There is evidence of dilution but guess what, if there is the level of potential suggested by some here, then PHOT will be diluting their shares to put money into this too...
5. I can imagine my tiny investment turning into tens or hundreds of thousands...you get out what you put in...
6. The volume is because of the MJ expansion, no doubt about it...
7. The shares are on the open market, first come first served. He also has to register them as they are sold and brought into play.
8. No clue
9. It's a corporation holding a controling interest in a farm, not just a farm or else we couldn't invest in it either...
10. My guess is longer than a year...
11. I, for one, don't consider you a basher... I've been in the same position as you and been called the same... I willingly admit there are negatives here. I have told anyone that has asked me about this stock that my opinion is it is not for the faint of heart...I have not told a single person to invest here. Simply that I am confident in my investment here.
The company that was just incorporated in CO was necessary to invest in local MJ operations in Colorado. Check the amendment and rules surrounding it. Outside investors can not participate so they have to be a resident individual or corporation to take part. Its about keeping the money in the state. A corporation based in California can not get into the Colorado economic boom without being part of that system...
No, I obviously was confident enough that she was more likely correct than not to repeat it. Hence why we are having this exchange currently. The risk/reward is so far off here for Andy right now to just be chasing half of $3M that I think he's working on a real plan and not a real angle here...
I'm not selective, I've looked at yours too. I'm not discriminating anything at face value here. Janice stated it last night and for whatever everyone's opinion about her is, they can chase down where she got it from if they want. It makes no difference to me...but since she has no investment in this one way or the other I figured she'd be a more reliable rumor for you to look into than my secondhand statement
Because the lower it goes the more people can load up on it...it's so obvious by the fact that the volume is travelling at the rate and price it has been...
Working on the statement of such from Janice... She's researched this offering far more than any of us have

The stock price was at .0009 when he issued them. 100 shares for $.09, he offered a volume discount of 100 for $.01. He tried to issue them at at various higher levels and the SEC denied him.
No one anywhere else seems to have an issue with how much the company or other investors make on their larger investment... Why is that such an issue here? It defies logic...if someone drops $100K in here they could gain more than me too... If Warren Buffet drops $500M investment into a company everyone else doesn't leave because he got them wholesale and he will make more per tic than they will...
I was referring to your constant fear mongering about the the share structure and the share offering. The PRs will continue to come out, and they will provide updates about new revenue and new developments with Bearpot Inc. just like they did before this latest expansion. CEN-Bio is a new corporate subsidiary. So are RXNB, OGI and they are considered to be immediately worth millions...yet people here insist that fair market on production in Colorado is $500K???
By law, out of state money can not be invested into local CO companies. They have to have a local operation to get in in the first place.
You are attacking something that pre-existed your arrival here... So far, the company is moving forward despite the negativity surrounding it. The only point I have stated is that with or without us, this is going to keep moving forward. How well or how bad the final result is will largely depend on the support the company receives...as with all publicly traded companies...
A billion in volume shouldn't be able to be reached at just .0012... This should have been increasing in ask, not decreasing. I wouldn't sell my couple million at that price much less half the float like today. We have the MJ Mercedes here. TV and a farm. Folks are lined up on the buy to upgrade from their Toyota.
A lot of accumulation occuring, it will continue with every PR as long as this continues and it can either stay flat or it can go up.
Debatable :)
It does only as far as settling down this circus...There will not be 100B shares floating around in STBV in anyone's time spent here... worst case scenario is we plummet it down to .0001 and he reverse splits it...best case scenario is we push it to .10 and he still R/S it but at least it's got some value to it...
Registered by the purchaser, or Andy? ...which makes it take that much longer, right?
Of course...
From what I, admittedly, skimmed over...once they are sold they are unregulated shares and free trading... they don't have to be audited or accounted for... Which makes wonder then why he would even update the SS on OTCmarket...
She even posted the filed document that authorized it...no question about it, JAY, October at the latest... Don't think any argument can be one for earlier either... October 2013 so everything that occured between then and now was under an A/S of 100B shares...
The main thing right now is that everyone seems to think there are 30 billion shares to wade through at every single tic and there aren't and there couldn't possibly be for a long time...
He can't do anything legal to release anymore shares this year and if he gets his ducks in a row he won't need to. My main question is that the O/S was updated to 12B... Does that reflect that 11B of those Reg As have been sold? That also doesn't explain the current float at only 4.6B... I assume those numbers came directly from Andy last week....
Yep. I see it now...so much misinformation being spread around about them ever even working together... I went straight to PHOT's page and pulled them cause people here were posting that it never even happened... I don't chase down too many rumors when I can go directly to the source....and then of course they STILL denied it happened lol
PHOT released 3 PRs about their collaboration in April of last year. I haven't read them but PHOT thought it was a big enough deal to announce for their stock but STBV didn't back then...seems like they were the stronger stock a year ago
