Do you think that blumoak has 0$ in expenses? They still have to pay their bills (and employees as well).
That is a lot of revenue - but keep in mind that ALL other subsidiaries of TRTC are losing money - TONS. So blumoaks revenues may or may not be enough for the other dispensary build outs. More than likely, based on the 10K, they're going to need to dilute more to pay for this - EVEN WITH BLUMOAK.
JMO,
SSC
Equity was definitely sold. Derek likes to make toxic deals. Do you not recall BMAK diluting into oblivion a month ago? The possibility of needing to that again is very real to get the other dispensaries open - even with blum oak revenues. It's just real. It's a possibility just as much if not more than the other possibilities.
SSC
I have to say 60,000 in one day is killer revenue. We don't know Blum's operating costs but I have to assume it's less than 60,000 per day.
I agree that it's pathetic that this company resorts to pumping procedures though. That post was very reminiscent of the tweet that TRTC posted multiple times in a week once: "we know a winning stock when we see it, that's why we continue to buy our own stock!" - followed by Nahass being the only one to purchase stock in the open market - at a fraction of a percent of his gifted shares and salary. The company should speak for itself outside of pumping.
With that being said, you can't pump fake revenues. Those revs are very real - and that's pretty exciting. What isn't exciting is the extreme looming dilution ahead.
I'm going to end this post by restructuring an old adage: There AREN'T only two types of people in the world; There are three. The dreamers, the disbelievers, and the realists.
Sleek can dream, others can disbelieve in the whole story, but I'll continue to see both sides, and have clarity to realize that YES, revenues are growing, but also YES equity of the company is being sold at an ALARMING rate - with much more equity needing to be sold soon to get the doors of future operations open. In the long term, I can see this company gaining enough market share to be a player, or be acquired by another player when the industry stabilizes. But in the short term it's very possible that a $50,000 investment quickly turns into a fraction of that due to this equity sale.
Just being real, and JMO.
SSC
Hate to say it but ARCA has way more than the 25,000 he's showing on the ask. JMO
SSC
He just moved up after they dropped 100,000 shares at .29
Granted, ARCA isn't the worst of the worst. I was thinking of ACAP - but ARCA definitely has some shares.
SSC
ARCA on the ask again. Toxic financier.
Best friends wth BMAK.
SSC
Another poster speculated that the new company is in like with whoopi goldbergs products, since they're also considered nutraceutical. I could see this happening over buying NRTI's assets. The legal hoops of buying NRTI's assets would be a more difficult process. JMO.
SSC
That is not the only thing to keep in mind when coming up with the valuation of a company.
The share count was much lower, with less dilution looming overhead.
SSC
A trend line depends on the chart that you're looking at. The 1 and 3 month charts show that were in an uptrend still. Time will tell. They need a pump soon, though. Hope the closing of the dispensary will do - but that may end up having the opposite effect since the majority has already taken this into consideration.
SSC
Both companies are making their CEO's hundreds of thousands of dollars at the expense of shareholders.
I play(ed) both, personally.
SSC
It's always "buy now or miss the boat" with you. It always has been. For literal YEARS it's been "tomorrow or never again."
Here we are, still able to acquire huge portions of the TRTC float for pennies.
There's almost always another chance to buy.
SSC
I think it will be better when the state is recreational - especially due to having less competition thanks to state regulation. While its medical, I think sales will be relatively low.
As far as difference between co2 and butane extracts - the product definitely speaks well for itself. Many oils are the same - but that papaya wax tasted exactly like the terpenes that were in the weed that was used. Whoever is crafting that wax definitely treats it as an art form - not a job. I like that - it tastes unique and hits very hard. I do think they will have competition from other folks doing the same thing. I don't think there are any massive trade secrets here. This is why TRTC needs to continue to execute - and gain market traction and brand awareness. We need to compete with these other brands that are eating our shelf space before we get the chance.
JMO,
SSC
I only visited the Blum location - where workers were inside. I saw many billboards and advertisements for other dispensaries, but didn't have a chance to visit them, so I can't honestly say.
I have tried the IVXX product through a local California dispensary, but they haven't stocked the product in a long time. I've also asked many other local dispensaries to stock IVXX, but was told the distributer would need to contact the dispensaries. All of the local spots (I've been to *SEVERAL*) are stocked with new "high end" brands such as MOXIE - these brands are going to directly compete with IVXX, so TRTC needs to continue to execute with IVXX, but the fins show me that expansion has slowed. This scares me because if moxie and alpine and others can build a customer base before IVXX can, we will have a hard time getting shelf space. Those brands have fancy boxes for display cases now just like IVXX. Why are moxie and alpine expanding so quickly and gaining such foothold, being in 95% of the places I visit, yet IVXX is only found in the wild 5% of the time. We need to continue to execute.
IVXX papaya wax tasted damn good though...

This is the definition of insider enrichment.
SSC
You know, I pretty much agree with that 100% - with the added fact that insiders will make a ton of cash along the way, regardless of if shareholders do or do not. This would be a screaming buy if the insiders were living on breadcrumbs outside of their initial tranche of shares given to them through the Reverse merger. If they would have simply stated to the market "we have skin in the game, and it's the same skin you have!" then the world would follow. Unfortunately the crew running the ship are slightly greedy.
JMO
SSC
The fact that we are paying 1.25 million dollars for a company that was formed in March 1st is insane. That has insider enrichment written ALL over it.
Did they really not expect people to dig through this dirt?
SSC
There was a ton of support at .25 earlier but I'm looking at level 2 and it's looking sketch...
SSC
Damn nice catch. I had a huge order in for 25 and didn't get filled.
SSC
Are we seriously giving Michael James more money? And if not - are we seriously giving another nutraceutical company our money?? Good god, man. Stop the convertible debt!
SSC
HAHAHA. Best post 2016.
SSC
I didn't want to say it, but after all that time of watching in the single digits, and you chased after a 3 day, 80% run. Smh....
SSC
I'm close to saying that this thing has solid support around .29 - but we all know how the market has reacted to past financial reports. If we can't find a cushion far above .29 by close today, I think we'll fall through that support level in the morning.
JMO,
SSC
According to the company, state licensure was in the process of being completed - if this process is not complete, then yes.
Can you link to the filings where the BOD are dumping? Cheers.
SSC
We have an idea as to what today's filings will look like based on past filings. Isn't that common sense?
SSC
Two days til the deal is closed with Blum. Will Derek address the closing price details on the call? This will be all telling. JMO
SSC
I have purchased them. They are an excellent product. It's just impossible to find in the past couple months.
SSC
NICE work!! Congrats! Let's hope for that dollar PPS - 32,000 more bucks wouldn't hurt!
SSC
No panic here - and no doom and gloom either - just my OPINION. I believe that IVXX will show a worse quarter than expected, slowed expansion, lack of stock, and LOSSES due to administrative expenses. Same with EG. I see growth slowing, expenses remaining, and more losses. These are things that investors with large amounts of money look at. I know you love weed, and weed is the all saving all powerful godsend that will deliver us all - but the folks in the suits don't think like this. They like money. Not losses. If TRTC can't do it - SOMEONE ELSE CAN AND WILL.
No doom and gloom, JUST REALISM. I believe that find will show a huge loss for shareholders tomorrow, and a correction will follow.
I picked up 20k more freebies today - I hope to be wrong :)
Everyone is my pal - for we are all equal, and all one - in this world together. You just may not see it yet. I'm not against you, as much as you may believe me to be.
SSC
I hate it too. I've lost in the past, and I'd like to help people here, but when folks have hard earned money on the line, it's almost impossible to convince them of anything other than what they already believe. GLTY
SSC
Whatever you say pal. As long as you're having fun here, all is well. I'm having a blast. :)
SSC
That's because their financials are always terrible. I'm scared. IVXX and EG will be showing losses this q. How big though?
I was able to pick up some more free shares today though, thanks to the price action. I'm afraid my free money will be worth zero money soon. Time will tell. :)
SSC
Done and done :}
I'm scared to see the fins. Very scared. So much hype for no material changes in financials. IVXX will still show a loss. EG will show a loss. Administration expenses will be huge.
I'm scared for tomorrow's price action. I hope to be wrong.
Cheers,
SSC
They do this every quarter. It's not a sign either way - just routine.
SSC
I disagree 10000000000%. If buying interest is higher than selling interest, it is is no MM's interest to walk the price down to grab a few thousand shares from a retail holder. Especially when buying interest is greater than selling interest.
By your logic, I could set a stop loss at 20% right now for 20,000 shares and it will be hit, guaranteed. That's just silly. However, in case of AWFUL financials, it could save a large part of your investment.
JMO, But what do I know - I'm just an Internet entity.
SSC
I never told him to get to the 75% loss - I would have set them far before that. I'm just giving the guy a bit of sound advice. Set stop losses to save yourself from losing more than you're willing to lose. You can believe in market maker conspiracy theories of grabbing your stop losses all you want, or not. I don't care, it's not my money. I'm just trying to be friendly because I've been in that boat when I started out as well.
SSC
Just set stop losses - if they get hit, call it fate and be happy you regained from where you were.....
JMO,
SSC
You getting out? ;)
Lol. ihub chart isn't updating correctly. We broke it guys.
