Had we listened to you back then we would have missed out on a huge run. You don't phase me but what bothers me is that you could be causing new or unsure investors to make a bad decision. That's just wrong. I know you get off on this and my replies only add fuel to your fire but I don't care.

They don't decide when to sell though. It's all done through a blind trust. Hope this helps.

Jim knows that people buy the rumor and sell the news. The price will most likely take a hit when MD finalization I announced just like with news of sunworks closing. I wouldn't be surprised if we get news of uplisiting and MD in the same day maybe even the same PR.

I just think the nasdaq is a better option because it's cheaper to get listed there. 250k for nyse as opposed to 50k-75k for nasdaq. Plus we are a technology stock

I was originally planning on selling some after the purchase was announced. I decided against it though witht he 10k on the way, possible fast track uplisting to nasdaq, and cell news hovering over our heads, there is too much on the line this go around.

The addition of Irth Communications is a big deal to me too. Something big is brewing and I'm sure Jim is looking to catch profit takers and shorts with their pants down.

I now realize why reverse splits are so dreaded and scare investors away.

Could you imagine if we didn't have such a gem of a company and had to watch the price drop after the split without being able to sell our shares? No wonder even some longs on the board dipped out before the split because they had gone through one in the past.

An investment like this doesnt come along very often. Some day in the near future people will be investing in small risky companies and saying, "this could be the next solar3d."

Getting involved here was by far the best decision I've ever made. I got my mom invested too (she started buying at .02 and .03) and she's done very well. I can't tell you how good that feels.

I've said it before and I'll say it agian, it's not to late to make money here. I was right back then and I'm right now. I only wish more of my friends and family listened to me like I listened to wise longs on this board. You know who you are.
