IMO the move is due to more folks catching onto the fact that this is one of few real cannabis stocks out there. The fact that they are fully reporting to the SEC shows their legitimacy ie the edgar on unrestricting stock to initial investors:

Thanks
Why do you say watch out for under 1.00 companies?
Yes of course. Don't be surprised when it drops considerably late this week early next week either when 963k shares become unrestricted. There will certainly be profit taking from those initial investors. I wonder if the management will delay an announcement til after that...
I agree, but unlike most of these pump it up marijuana companies they are not going to release anything until the deals are signed and rock solid. I am in for long haul with these guys.
Agreed. CANN is going to shoot up again after announcements of deals regarding the 30mil in financing they just secured. They are hopefully working on deals right now and getting contracts signed prior to press release.
Only after they sign some contracts in regards to the 30 mil financing
I do not know when the true insiders, CEO, VP, CFO can start selling their restricted shares however I think another 6 months, maybe they will post on here or someone will research......
Nobody will be able to sell their restricted stock another week at the soonest. The total amount of restricted shares that can have restrictions lifted then will be 963,000 I may be off by a couple thousand. These are the initial premerger investors, of course there will be some profit taking but I suspect most folks are in for long haul. As soon as an announcement is made of projects utilizing 30mil CANN will shoot up again and these folks know that.
Wow Great day here!!
Marijuana business in Colorado is not all cash and never has been. The majority of shops have bank accounts, they may pay considerable fees for the accounts but they have them.
I'm staying in for long haul. I got in LOW and honestly I don't see this going anywhere but up, yes of course it will fluctuate but long run up! I am looking forward to ACS announcing their newest partners on next acquisition....They will be smart about where they put that 30 mil
I for one don't doubt that CEO and CFO will have all required papers filed correctly to secure loan terms.
My DD includes the fact that there were no SEC filings... but I guess that doesnt matter?
WHY? Why are you long and strong on ZPDY?
ZDPY is a scam with no financials and is about to get sued hang on boys for a wild ride....
I hope they have other plans besides this Arcview BS!
I hope so!!
This is CRAZY!!!!!
This is Crazy!
The dip will most certainly come in mid February when the 963,000 restricted shares become unrestricted and can be traded. These shares were purchased pre-merger for $1 a piece and certainly there will be some profit taking.
Yes! SELL so I can buy more!
If those lease rates don't seem astronomical to you I've got a few acres in rural Colorado I'd love to lease to you for hay/Alfalfa/cattle Hell i'll lease them to you at half ACS rates and still make a killing! Those lease rates are only sustainable for the cannabis industry, no other agricultural crop could pay those rates!
Nothing much except utilize contacts and expertise they have in the industry. Plus they have the balls to step up and do it!
I agree, they won't release news until contracts are locked up. I know they are talking to other property and business owners right now.
What people outside of this industry and the state of Colorado don't understand is the nature of this business. There are extremely high costs associated qith the build out of grow facilities. Because banks won't lend money in the industry ACS is providing a vital service for expansion of profitable businesses. There is a buzz about ACS among industry owners and many owners want to talk to them about getting assistance expanding their already profitable operations. Solid business model
Yes volume is great! This stock will continue to climb.
When they come up with plans for the remaining 3 acres of their Pueblo property and make a couple more small acquisitions or one large one, 50+ acres, it will make this run look small. If they are getting $100k a month for 5000ft2 greenhouse they could put 8 on each acre... 800k a month per acre x 3 acres.....
Why this run up?
So for $850,000 they purchase property and complete buildout of light deprivation greenhouse. Then they receive 1.2 million a year in rent for property until 2022. This is a good start and a great concept but they need more contracts and construction to justify price. After the construction there is still almost 3 acres of useable land. If the land is licensed for other grows ACS could build 10 more of these units.
Record Volume! This bodes well...
