YoYo - I don't know if you are familiar with cross elasticities in econometric models for revenue, but a distracted driving app might be the last thing a dent removal company might want to push. In layman terms, a distracted driving app which reduces the number of accidents would probably reduce the amount of revenue that a dent removal company would book from said accidents. It could hinge on the variable of whether distracted driving apps reduce major or minor accidents. Of course, the inverse is true with insurance companies. Reducing the number of accidents would definitely help the insurance companies bottom line. Go ONCI
Insta - I did hear back from Steve Berman via email. I do hope we can get the sale in NJ. And, I do believe if we get either one, we will get both groups. And, they both sell high volume of cars and are both expanding their footprint. Go ONCI
Good, smart decision Harry. I'm hoping for a big contract signing in NJ. Good luck. Go ONCI
Most people see the value in L2. I think some people question how you used it and lost 25+% on every trade. L2 has value but can change dramatically in seconds. It's a tool that skilled traders know how to use to their advantage. Go ONCI
Harry - DO NOT SELL. IMO I think you would be making a big mistake. Wait until late December to see if/how this evolves. It could easily be awesome or - I guess - you could lose a some of your "paper" profits. Good luck. Go ONCI
Thanks Insta. I took care of that small disagreement we had. Go ONCI
Good response BTW! Buy a few million shares and take a few days off and enjoy life and very soon you'll join us in making significant profits in ONCI. No doubt flippers & shorts can make money trading ONCI but that entails work and risk - both of which most don't like. Longs will make a lot more profit with little or no work and really very little risk. Go ONCI
Patience is a virtue. Get a good night sleep on Mon & Tues since I think we could have trouble sleeping on Weds and/or Thurs. and, if not this week, then next week might be the most exciting week of our investing lives. As everybody likes to say nowadays - "Its all good" or It will be all good soon. Of course at our age(s) the 2 1/2 months between now and 2018 IS a short period of time relatively speaking. Go ONCI
Curing Cancer may take him a few months after he is done signing $100M contracts. Then little Zoomieboy can say the pps will retreat to $5 or so. Go ONCI
Good stuff Insta. Please see my post # 120672 (I think). I think I can help SB do some of the lifting on this one. My friend has yelled at me before and he has thanked me before also. I'm thinking he might be thanking me with a nice order. If I'm wrong, we move on to the next door to knock on. Go ONCI
L2 is king and has all of the answers. Product performance, utility and price are meaningless. Share structure; A/S and O/S levels are meaningless. Supply and demand - who needs it - worthless Econ 101 drivel. Mtgs with Fortune 100 companies meaningless - maybe the country clubs are closed when our CEO is in town & the execs gave nothing else to do but "take a mtg". Momentum - overrated. Revenue - its only millions. Please pay more attention when the quant speaks. L2 is all you need.
With tongue out of cheek I am saying. This week will be special until next week and then Nov and then Dec. Steve has all the attributes of a great leader. I would suggest you follow him. Go ONCI
GM Insta - I reached out via: website contact; phone #; and, sales email, and, left my cell # and email and received no response(s). I just saw your PM to me. Please note I have sources for any # and had that one but I appreciate he is extremely busy and I always respect people's privacy. When I managed $10+B, I got calls at all hours and absolutely hated it. Thanks for all that you do. Have a nice weekend. Pls feel free to contact me. John
Since you have asked me, my vote is L2 is probably taken so go for MrL2 or BDH or LDH in your case. Did you ever sell your $.0150s for a profit? Go ONCI
Do you know when SB is supposed to be in Kuala Lumpur? Calling in a favor with some international folks. Thanks. Go ONCI
Hi Thrashing. I guess you got me, my post was BS. Nah, you are technically correct. I actually started with Western Electric and then Bell of PA and I was on a rotational assignment at AT&T right before the MFJ (modified final judgement) from Judge Green split the Bell System into AT&T; Bell Labs; and 7 RHCs (regional holding companies). I elected to go with Bell Atlantic and not AT&T. Factoid: name Bell Atlantic was chosen instead of Mid Atlantic Bell or we would have been MA Bell again.
Bell Atlantic was a great company to work for with several opportunities as our CEo set out to be the best RHC. We bought NYNEX in 1997 and stayed with the BA corporate name. We bought GTE in 2000 right around the time that Verizon wireless was formed by a merger of BAM (Bell Atlantic Mobile) and Vodaphone (1999) and somebody decided we should all be Verizon - cost a small fortune to change corporate branding. We bought MCI in 2006 when their books were found to be overdone and their CFO and CEO became wards of the state.
BTW - I worked on these "mergers" and none of them were truly mergers. I held positions in programming; marketing; product management; and Finance and worked on a lot of the numbers.
VZ recently bought out Vodaphone 45% stake in VZW for $130B and now owns 100% of VZW. Still not sure exactly why "we" bought AOL but I have some thoughts about digital content and access to same.
To my knowledge, they do not have an app that integrates cars and phones. I asked a few people if they would buy the technology instead of undertaking such a venture on their own. Please note that a lot of their own programming has been outsourced overseas.
My belief is they would more likely do a JV or stay out of this and let someone else provide the app that allows a VZ phone (which is really a phone manufacturers phone) to work with other hardware.
I remain long in ONCI and will be until something changes my own personal knowledge and analyses.
I wish nothing but success to all ONCI shareholders in whatever path(s) they choose.
BTW - my retirement "plaque" congratulates me on 39 years with Verizon.
I think the journey with ONCI is just getting started and will ramp up shortly. This is all in my opinion. Go Steve Berman and go ONCI and go ONCI shareholders.
This is my last post!! I apologize if my intended last post caused any confusion - check the time this old guy wrote hit. And, lastly, GO ONCI
Breezerunner - thanks for your outstanding DD - on a saturday no less! This may be my last post on ONCI so here it is for you to run with. I am retired after spending 39 years at Verizon. I read a post earlier that was opining that VZ and AT&T and some other big boys could out market us by hiring the best & brightest marketing/sales kids from the best schools. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Think about your last cell phone purchase. You may have went to a provider specific corporate store but more than likely went to one of the various "authorized providers" for VZ or AT&T. Allow me to leave Sprint; T-Mobile; and Metro PCS out of this discussion. There have been several levels of "authorized providers" but even the best are working as sub contractors for the 2 dominant carriers and are manned by high school and college kids and/or techie guys and do not earn anywhere near a salary that the best and brightest would demand/require. They have no say as to what "corporate" is providing for them to sell! Most are not VZ or AT&T employees.
Most of the marketing/product management/sales people were "old" telephone people from the telecom/landline side of the business. A lot of them had worked as technicians/office workers inside the switching centers or business offices; and outside as installers/repairmen when "the phone company" was the only game in town.
Think about the apps they offer today. They are primitive when compared to an ONCI type app that integrates the car and the phone. They know distracted driving is a problem but no one wanted to be the first to offer apps that stopped phone use for fear of losing market share.
Think about your cell phone bill. Most are bundles of high volume/unlimited voice/data packages where they don't lose any revenue if a call/text is not allowed to go through. They just didn't want to prevent their customers from using their phones, period!
Think about the cell phones. Does VZ or AT&T make any cell phones? NO! Most phones are made by Apple and Samsung. They make phones - at a high price - that are meant to be used with all of the newest features that today's technology allows. Do they have patents that are meant for phones not to be used?
Think about VZ and AT&T wireless. VZ wireless was created from a merger of Bell Atlantic Mobile and Vodaphone (used to own 45% of VZ wireless). Verizon was busy trying to keep landlines in service when Vodaphone said - from their European experience - that wireless was the way to go. Some of the biggest competition for VZ Telecom came from VZ wireless - and, vice versa.
I don't really expect a poster who doesn't know much about big business to know that AT&T doesn't really exist anymore - except in name only. The old AT&T was bought (for $16B) in 2005 by SBC (Southwestern Bell Companies - one of the regional companies formed by the breakup of the Bell System). At this time AT&T owned very little cellular properties. They were a long distance company with a landline based network. They kept the AT&T name for branding purposes. AT&T had a lot more name recognition that SBC. Next, SBC/ATT merged with Bell South and bought Cingular wireless. What they had was a lot of revenue to buy wireless licenses.
If VZ and AT&T had the apps and patents that ONCI has, ONCI would have never happened! I think ONCI is in a great position to be successful. We have the right patents and products at the right time for the right group of customers.
I wish all here much success in whatever strategy you are using to bank profits. I remain long with a substantial stake in ONCI.
Just my opinion, of course. Go ONCI
Signing off - John aka Reindeer
Katano - using my last post for today to offer my humble apology to you and anyone else I missedc. I posted earlier today and offered my appreciation to several people for all of their ONCI support. Somehow, I inexplicably missed my new friend Katano.
I owe Katano, period! I increased my ONCI position from a modest one to a much more substantial one due to Katano's posts way back in February. He did his DD and after speaking to our tireless CEO - Mr Steve Berman - he saw/heard something that convinced him to change his outlook for ONCI and I followed his lead. He and others have done the heavy lifting here and I was smart (lucky??) enough to listen.
It looks like I will be able to provide college funding for my grandkiddos and more nieces and nephews AND increase my charitable giving for other children's causes that I think are important. My sincere thanks to all that helped me and several others to get to a better place financially. Go ONCI
Yes, we all owe Mary & Insta & Breeze & Copy & a few others for their efforts on ONCI. Everybody is happy on weekends. Longs happy for no dips; bashers happy for no pps increases; flippers happy for the day off. Life is good. ONCI just weathered a significant onslaught & ended the week good. Next week will be fun with some good weeks to follow soon and some great weeks before the New Year. No ONCI investor should be on sidelines when news hits about: finra; namechange/website launch; huge contract signing; new subsidiary launch; etc. Enjoy the weekend! Go ONCI
Good morning Breeze. Sounds like a good plan. I have enough shares that I can follow the old axiom to "take some profits on the way up" and still have a ton for a big run when it happens. Yes, I may regret selling some for silver, but, what the heck. Go ONCI
The only GAP you should be concerned about is the one between your ears. And, if you bump into a brain cell, TRAP it because you definitely are a few short. Now, laugh and make some money with whatever method you are using today. Go ONCI
Yes, I did see that on a local Phila news channel right at prime time - 6:00 or 7:00. It was a University study that addressed DISTRACTED DRIVING from cell phones and in dash navigation screens. They quoted AAA stating that as little as 2 seconds of distracted driving is enough to cause an accident - at normal speeds. ONCI apps will definitely save lives! Go ONCI
Mary & Insta - we keep counting the distracted driving app revenue and we know there is more of that coming daily/weekly. We also have more revenue streams that will be generating significant revenue and revenue growth. There is significant revenue now and a good chance for very significant growth soon from sources that are producing little or no revenue today. Go ONCI
That is just not accurate. This level of weekly revenue gains in the OTC is literally unheard of. Does anyone know of another OTC ticker with this level of revenue, and - more importantly - revenue growth? There are probably a high percentage of tickers on NASDAQ and DOW that would love to have this level of sustainable revenue growth that ONCI has. Revenue growth will drive profit growth which will drive pps growth. Go ONCI
Knock, knock. Hey McFly it's 2017. All is good. I hear Verizon is interested. IDK if you follow wireless in 2017, but, once one carrier does something, they all follow suit. And, they all like to stay in the good graces of the FCC. The wireless companies all avoid negative publicity and saving lives has positive written all over it. Finra delay and delay of new name & website are just temporary.
This has been an interesting 7 days. The profit takers did good and banked profits and are ready to buy back in. The people buying more are getting shares at a reduced pps. The only losers are those that sold at a loss. There was even one who claimed his strategy was to buy high and sell low. News will hit very soon and there will be smiles all around. All IMO. Go ONCI
The MMs are buying and the rookies are selling. MMs know more than most traders, so, I think their orders say way more than some of the "traders" on this board. Go ONCI
Maybe Canadian brains are frozen, eh? I hope you're not trying to tell us that your brokers know more than: Fidelity; scottrade; Swabb;; etc. That would sound foolish, eh! The biggest brokers in the world allowed trades over $1M yesterday alone, eh! Warning: you are missing a chance to make a lot of profit at today's pps, eh!!! Go ONCI. Oh yeah....go ONCI, eh!!!! USA USA USA
Thanks Mary & Insta. I am still here and remain long and strong. Go ONCI
Buy more now or pay more later. Go ONCI
Watch ONCI run now. The games are over. They loaded 10s of millions of shares way cheaper than they should have. There were just so many people with so much short term profit that it was bound to happen. People had 10s of thousand $$$ of profit and were afraid of losing it. Probably more money than many have made on one ticker. Go ONCI
Go ONCI
Damn - this is my last post for today. Yes, I went to many Flyers games. I had a connection back then. I also had more Tasty cakes then most stores as the Flyers would rarely pick up their goal scoring prize - a case of tasty cakes. I got married in 1974 and every away playoff game was a party at my house. I once told Bob(by) Clarke that if they had won more cups I would be divorced and broke as my wife went shopping while we partied & watched the Flyers. Not sure my new neighbors liked the parties.
I was at a charity function recently with a very good friend of mine Kerry Frazier and Propp; Lou Nolan; Crossman; etc and we had a chuckle when I told them Clarke just had that tight grin when I said that. They all agreed that he probably wanted to hit me. I thought of the Flyers when I saw your alias "the streak". I have a book around someplace signed by the Flyers commemorating "the streak" by the 1979-1980 Flyers. 35 straight games undefeated. I would love to see ONCI go on a streak of 35 straight green days. Let's go ONCI
Btw - I spent 39 years at Verizon and they fought like hell against anything that would limit their phones. Their answer to distracted driving was the "It can wait" ad campaign. Any apps that they have now are phone related. The ONCI apps have hardware and software integrating phones AND cars and will save lives, period! Go ONCI
Please laugh at this and don't ask for my post to be deleted! Your alias may be a rainbow as you have had 3 different aliases in the last month or so. Mine might be black and blue. I have the Philly cops to thank for my alias. One night when they caught some of my slower friends they told them "tell that f'ing reindeer when we catch him, we will break his legs". I just reread this post and fully expect it to be deleted. Oh well.... Lets get ONCI going again this week!
Katano - any info you know and can share concerning SB mtgs with carmakers in Asia and with BMW? The board trusts the info you provide and will respect your response today. One other thing, the last few Fridays have had great PRs put out AH but the pps has not increased on the following Mondays - as would be expected. Why did we do it again this Friday? It seems to me Friday AH news allows time for organized attacks on ONCI PPS. We know Steve is super busy and the Friday PRs are an effort to summarize the news for the week, but, we have resources now to put something out Monday AM and allow SB some weekend downtime with the family. Any thoughts? Thanks for all that you (can) do! Go ONCI
I have not sold any of my ONCI shares. Apparently, calling someone out for lying about you is a TOS violation. Good luck with ONCI and ihub. I'm done! Go ONCI
They must be in a lull in shooting Dumb and Dumber 15. So they need to hone their dumbness. Did you ever notice that most preachers of doom & gloom - these so called experts that have seen it all - have aliases born in the last 30 days. I didn't think you could just create new aliases that frequently on ihub. Thoughts? Go ONCI
Katano - thank you for your continued support of ONCI. I do remember a time when you didn't think ONCI was one of your best investments but that all changed in late Feb. You became an ardent supporter and big investor after a conversation with Steve. Oh, to be a fly on the wall during that call. I think we would all like to know what Steve - the master salesman - told you that day. The important thing to note is that things did not happen overnight. At that point, you were all in and here we are 7 months later staring at 1500% increases in our accounts.
I think it is important to note that we won't get to $.25 or $.50 or $1.00 overnight, either. We are in competition for investors money. I think we will win that battle - just not today. A lot more revenue via many small contracts and/or a huge contract will fuel the run to $1.00. The good news is we are signing millions of dollars of contracts weekly. The 400% increase in sales force will cause our revenue to grow faster and higher. A huge contract will take us to a completely different level. Go ONCI
I have been retired since 2009 and my days are full but I enjoy the time I spend on ihub. I thought I read where you are retired from car industry in Florida. Do you know Manny? I noticed you don't post much during normal working hours. Are you working? I think you would make a great sales rep in Florida with your background and enthusiasm. I have a good friend who owns one of the biggest dealership groups in NJ - with several locations.
Lastly, if you haven't read Mary's post from earlier today, you really should. That is our investment opportunity in a nutshell. Thanks again and go ONCI.
Not only are you wrong, but, you are wrong at the top of your voice - Tony Dinozo. You could probably singlehandedly prevent MJ legalization. Please stop presenting an argument about something you don't seem to know much about over and over again. ONCI sells the product to their customers. Go ONCI
It will settle by late morning to early afternoon and then run all afternoon and tomorrow. A significant PR/news will be a booster shot when it comes. Do not sell any shares and watch the pps and the balance in your account increase dramatically ove the next several days. Yesterdays news was very good. The next release should be great. Go ONCI
He's also mad he couldn't get the alias he wanted. Apparently, Joe dadickhead was already taken. Go ONCI
My opinion and thoughts for tomorrow & Friday. The 3 part PR today was great for all 3 items. Share reduction of 37% or so makes our shares worth more....period. $480K of revenue is 1/2 million more $$$ and revenue will drive the pps up and the revenue associated with this contract can grow and drive other signings - especially in this car groups geographic/competitive area. Hiring of established veteran says a lot. SB sees enough to want to hire him and indicates we have a need to hire him. He sees enough to sign on with ONCI.
Tomorrow - the news of today's PR will spread and be digested and understood by tomorrows open. There will be some more manipulation tomorrow AM as many try to get "cheaper" shares to cover before the run they know is coming. PPS will gap at the open and dip in the AM or dip at the open and run later in the AM and settle some around midday before it runs close to $.02 later in the day and closes around $.019.
Friday - will be a climbing day with very little dipping and should trade most of the day above $.02 and close around $.0225.
I just think ONCI was trading at $.016 with 3.8B O/S and should trade at $.022-$.024 with 2.4B O/S.
Any other PR/news will drive the PPS that much higher depending on the significance. e.g. another small revenue producing contract - ehh. News on finra front should be more significant. Any positive news/agreement with any of big 3 or BMW; Kia; etc or Enterprise or Ford Fleet or an insurance/government entity could be like a booster shot to everything that is already driving PPS appreciation.
All IMO of course. Hold tight and be patient for a little while longer! Go ONCI
