Why tell him what you have done?
You mean kblb already has found a spot? Could you clarify Games. Sounds interesting.
The companies waiting on kblb to mass produce Romans is that just projection on your part or do you have on good authority that it's legit?
A couple of questions that came up when I talking to my one buddy who has some KBLB. Wasn't sure if anyone had some insight or answers.
1. Has there been any information on how much more per yard dragon silk would cost the customer compared to traditional silk? Also, are the feel and look of dragon silk fabric as nice as that of traditional silk?
2. How great is the need for a stronger silk in some of these industries. The need for better protective outerwear/defense products is pretty clear , but how much do the other industries need something better than traditional silk and would it be cost effective for them? For example, why make a dress or sports jersey that never wears out if it means your sales are going to go down over time or that fashion trends would make a clothing item undesirable to wear long before it wears out?
I'm curious what many think the science alone is worth when it comes to Kblb and what they've been able accomplish in the lab?
Talks have buyouts can be entertaining but much of that talk is predicated on this company signing contracts and making money. Most think at some point it will happen.
But let's say it doesn't. Let's say, for whatever reason they run into government issues overseas, less then ideal Silk, financing issues etc. The one area where this company has made huge strides is in the lab. No one can argue that.
What is that worth to a company? Can the science alone get us to $1.00?
How about we start to sell some silk before we start naming it. I'm optimistic this stock makes it but let's get some of those contracts we've heard about in previous newsletters locked up first. Hopefully this month we do hear about contracts or a second domestic facility. I feel like that could be our next announcement. I also think an alternative financing deal could be announced as well. Let's hope for some news.
Jay- any updates on those companies that you mentioned a while back that were interested in kblb. I've got to think we are close.
I like your speculation a little more Romans. It seems you have some actual facts to back it up. Let's hope you are right.
Newsletter coming out after market closes
As you've said before Romans, it's coming. Let's hope it's sooner rather than later.
That would be great carp but I think it's more wishful thinking and hoping we get big news before newsletter.
Unless it's tomorrow Silk that doesn't look to be the case. I was hoping the pushback would have been because news was coming and they wanted to announce it before the newsletter. However, unless it comes out tomorrow, I just don't see it happening. Still excited to read it though.
From KBLBs website:
Look for the Q3 Spider Sense on Oct 24th
What do you think will be in the newsletter es1 on Thursday? Or maybe, what are your expectations?
Interesting article on bullet proof vests.

I think we get the newsletter this week.
No doubt. This was huge. Many want more of this type of "communication." I liked the Kevlar comment as well. I believe kblb is working hard behind the scenes and have many positive things to announce. What's the holdup? Possibly Vietnam? It's coming.
Oh boy. Apples stock about to go boom!!

I bet we get a PR on the hired workers maybe by next week.
The question is when Romans? Hopefully, we are closer to achieving that goal. Maybe by end of year?
Developer of spider silk based fibres Kraig Biocraft has successfully started production at its new Indiana plant with the hatching of more than 40,000 silkworms. With this start up on schedule, the company expects to produce the necessary volume of recombinant spider silk, to fulfil its contract with the US Government on time and on budget.
Kraig Biocraft also has a ready to hatch large inventory of silkworm eggs, and over the next few weeks, plans to ramp up the hatch rate.
The company will be increasing production capacity of the Indiana facility in the next few months, for which, it will also plant thousands of mulberry trees. (AR)
Fibre2Fashion News Desk – India
Good stuff. I never received an email on this and it's not on their Twitter page either. Did anyone else not get this news?
Romans- thanks for the response. Do you have an idea when the explosive news will start to appear?
Romans- are you as confident as ever that KBLB will succeed despite the CEO, as you often mention?
I reached out to Ben and the response I got was, " I don't know that the companies are collaborating, but I think that it does show how Kraig's technology is being very widely followed by various professionals."
Who is this? A school?
India anyone? Interesting event. I tried copying and pasting the article but couldn't from my phone.

We know how those deadlines can be though golferman. I know from my own humble DD, KBLB has more orders than they can currently fill. When we hear about them, based on kblb's missed deadlines before, is anyone's guess at this point. Hoping for the best but expecting very little before the year ends.
Sent this over to Ben and Jon. Seems like a neat opportunity.

What do you mean they've been delivered?
Regardless of better communication why isn't this stock trading higher? And I'm not saying .20 either. I'm saying at least .10. Even with Kim's poor communication skills, there is enough information for this stock to be trending upwards. Military contract, new facilities etc. Maybe it is Calm Seas or maybe it's just people don't really believe KBLB has what they claim. Every day we get a little closer to those potential contracts. Also trading on this platform doesn't help. I think Jon Rice is the one that is going to make this company move.
Romans- always respect your opinions. Do you still feel like contracts are coming or are already signed?
News tomorrow? Wouldn't that be nice on a Tuesday.
Looking forward to the next contract that will be announced. Jon stated in the CC that he had a pretty good idea who that first contract would be with. DS ready for scale and sale.
Dave- it sounds like you need reassurance that this is the right stock for you. I'd make a decision and stay off the boards for a while.
As I've said before 07, I get the feeling it's not that KBLB is short on orders and potential clients. They are short on production facilities to fill all these orders. Indiana is a good first step. The next 6-12 months I expect to see a couple contracts signed once other facilities are operational.
I'm curious Truth, most people on this board have speculated that Under Armour is the sports apparel company KBLB is involved with regarding a contract. Is this just pure speculation or is there more evidence to support this claim?
I know UA supplies Notre Dame football with their apparel and obviously KBLB and Notre Dame have a relationship. According to an ESPN article a couple years back the value of the deal, in cash and merchandise combined, is worth about $90 million.
Is it more wishful thinking or is it more than that regarding KBLB and UA?
I just get the sense, with Jon Rice making moves and the development of DS, that KBLB has more orders then they can fill at this point. Once Indiana is really up and running and once Vietnam is in place, the next 6-12 months should see this stock take off.
Obviously things can happen along the way but you just get the feeling KBLB has turned a corner all the way around.
Who will that be Romans in your opinion?
Do we anticipate any news this week?
