I have had this stock for many moons now, can't believe I missed the Google bump...hey what if that was a leak rather than a bump...nahhh I could not be that lucky but either way this will fly and I am glad I still have my shares... this is fun.
No matter this goes current = boom
Added another 1.7 milli for good measure locked and loaded let's unleash the Kraken.
I guess my point is these pinkies never really die I have had a number of them now wake up and run hard to recover what looked to be a complete loss years later, my most recent one is ENT? it just came alive last week after years of no bid and may actually be accumulating for a run I averaged down years ago to the point that I am very close to break even today but I wrote this one off so I will hold and see if I can actually make a few bucks on it...amazing so stay with it and hopefully all works out for you guys with GBG. I'm hoping my Oilers can get one or two 1st or 2nd line defense men we acquired Scriven's from L.A. and he is an awesome goal tender and an Edmonton home boy, i think we are getting very close. You have Price and if you watch the Canada vs USA game tomorrow I think you will see why Montreal will make it to the quarter finals this year. Have a great day N and GO GBG GO GO CANADA GO.
I do not hold so much now I sold quite a bit on the ride down or on a couple of bumps a long time ago but still have the restricted and a few million of commons I kept for a rainy day hey it looks like the forecast is rain the next few weeks should be fun to see this out. Thanks for the reply.
Restricted Share's of ENTI. I have about 42k of these from years gone by always show zero worth but what is the deal with these beauties how are they different from my common shares? I am amazed this thing has a pulse again I wrote these shares off a long time ago. Have a great day.
Hey N just checking in on you guys looks like nothing has changed except time, still have the golden bear and your resident basher (must still have more to learn about this gold company yet). I am impressed that the stock price has held, definitely some gas still in the tank on this one I do check in from time to time and hope all you guys do well on this yet. It happens I have had three old written off stocks come back to life after years of death to make me some cash last year...amazing. Your HABS are looking real good this year but my poor ol Oilers are not even in the game. Have a great day.
It almost looks as though this is WITS hail marry pass it is in the air but if GBG could not get this mine producing with 800 million how the heck does WITS expect to do it with no liquidity...I would not purchase WITS shares right now the company we need to buy into is the one that buys WITS from bankruptcy this time next year. Amazing.

Not sure if you guys already saw this one or not...not much new info but thought I would share it anyway good luck boys I'm routing for you all.
Coho20 out -7 bagger for me the lotto balls said buy another ticket for the next draw. Any hot tips. I did not quite get .75 PPS though lol. GLTY.
Hey there is that volume I've been talking about...too bad it is all sell's I guess it tells ya something anyway even if I do not want to hear it.
I thought this thing would have been pumped and dumped a long time ago but nothing, that is not what I am talking about I have seen a few pinks explode just missed one once but just before the first big gap up there was lots of volume for a few days with no news then bam off to the races this was not a pump the pinky had property that a third party contractor drilled without any PR's and the drill results initiated a JV but someone leaked something because of the volume ahead of the boom. I was hoping for a similar trend here and it is almost too late for that. If this goes to .75 with no volume before it will have been one of the best kept secrets man has ever pulled off. I hope it does...but.
Really...you think this goes to .75 and nobody knows about it that would spend as much as they could just before the announcement even if the price went to .10 PPS, no I do not buy that. I love the dream but will be real happy if we get .03 - .05 and my estimate drops every hour we do not see volume and a increasing price but hey that's all guts talking what do I know I have the shares and at this point I'll take what is offered.
Green I see green amazing things are looking up now for a nice gap in the morning and big volume and all of a sudden I will be getting very excited to see the BRP...to date I'm a scared to see the BRP. Good luck tomorrow GBG owners.
I have three draft beer for you to try Kokanee gold; Canadian and Sleeman's Honey after that threesome you should be settled in for a few more Canadian (it's what real Canadians drink). I would just love the Waterton JV just so that we did not get so screwed on the Hollister deal that one still hurts the pit of my stomach a JV would ease the pain a great deal.
I do not think we will see any of the Hollister NPI as that is all settled as per "The Waterfall" to go to the creditor's but we also lost that 100 million plus in debt from Hollister so that may be taken away from your 600 million figure or did the 600 M not include Hollisters debt? If Hollisters 100 M is taken from the 600 M you came up with your numbers look even better right.
Yup I figured that was the deal when they issued their cation statement on the same day our original business rescue plan was to be announced. We will find out on Friday but I'm 90% sure this is our new owner and hopefully JV. I'm still concerned no volume so far for GBG as you would think the cat is out of the bag at this point and if it were good for GBG some insiders would be trading it right now. I'm pretty concerned about this. I just wonder if it is because we are a Pink stock and this may limit stock houses from buying us right now and no one else seems to know we exist.
Some BRP's I have looked at just agreed to 'X' amount of cash to be distributed to the existing share holders...then they start trading with a new stock name like back to GBG with a new market cap and share count. I guess we will know soon and hope all goes well for us.
The pre-qualifying bid offer requirement from GBG as part of the BRP stated all offers to include GBG share buy out so I would say there is a fair chance this could happen what the buyout PPS will be is unknown. That is the way I read it anyway.
An oldie but a goodie..worth reading again...think good thoughts while you read it.

More light reading to pass the time while we wait.

A good read for possible reasons the creditors would want time to amend the BRP before it is announced. It is much easier for them to change the plan before it is accepted.

I think we will make out just fine as long as our shares are not cancelled and if you have a year to keep your money in this I think you may do very well.
With a minute to go I was looking to lose both hockey pools but then the chit hit the fan and boom Chicago wins no game 7 and I win two hockey pools by the skin on my teeth...Humm should I spend my winnings on GBG shares lol. Have a great day N hope your Habs do well with the draft later this week and next year they play my Oilers or Leafs in the playoffs.
I will think win - win when I see the volume spike who knows maybe we will see a spike before Friday but with no volume I am optimistically cautious. I think we have a good chance of making some cash here and I plan to hold about half and make even more over the long haul but wholly snikes batman some of you guys are dreaming to the moon and may be seriously disappointed, there is a good chance that all our shares could be cancelled for gods sake. Keeping it real.
I will sell you my 700K shares for .03 right now let's figure out how to do this. I hope your .75 comes to pass then I would be set for life, first off I'm not that lucky, secondly that would put GBG valuation at about a billion and no one is paying that for BRP gold mines right now but hey just go to your happy place if it helps. I do like your optimism though. If we got that sweet a deal why would the creditor's want an extension...they would be set no? Have a great night.
I hear you but let's be realistic here we are in Buisness rescue not hostile take over mode. I will be very happy if we have a good to fair offer and have no illusions that an excellent offer is on the table especially since the creditor's have requested the most recent extension to the BRP announcement date. If they were getting all their money no questions asked there would be no reason to request a BRP extension date.
I am in the same boat as you RBK 3 would be very nice more would be a dream come true...I just hope GBG and the BRP have 3+ left in them after Friday. As Tom Petty sings it "The waiting is the hardest part". As per my last post an excellent offer is out the window...the creditor's would not call an extension on that so we are left with a good or bad offer on the table...fingers and toes crossed for a good one. I am siding with a good one because the first delay was due to GBG the second due to the creditor's so there are a whole lot of people looking and thinking hard about what is on the table. Have a great day.
I can think of a couple of reasons and I'm sure there are lot more out there. It is an important piece of information that the creditors are requesting the extension this time. The last time it was the debtor's that extended the date. There must be some substance to this BRP perhaps as discussed with a JV and creditor royalties, that plan would make the creditor's have to go humm for a while to determine if they are better off accepting that deal or rejecting it and getting something even less (which lose-lose deal is less of a loss). Another possibility is the majority voters are going to apprach the debtors with an alternate plan, depending on what the BRP presented to them so far is they may want to adjust the plan a bit, if the bid on Burnstone was excellent there would be no need for the creditors to delay the BRP so that much is clear. If the bid is bad they may request a delay to get their house in order and lawyer up so the majors get what is left of the company. I'm hoping my first thought is right and there is a reasonable bid accepted but it will involve the creditors to be paid possible only in the case of royalties over a number of years like the Hollisters deal. I guess we will know soon.
Hey N my Hawks are looking better everyday, if the Hawks win tonight and I get two points or more than my second place Bruins dude I will win one hockey pool. If the Hawks win tonight and Hossa does not get a point I will win a second pool so I guess you know who I am routing for eh? It should be an excellent game either way.
Now for the real question. Why do the major creditor voters want another week extension...can someone come up with possible reasons for this request? I bet Finny would have lots of positive possibilities for us.
I called this extension last week...normal stuff with these BRP's it is starting to look like we are getting close to a done deal though now. If they extended it another month I would have called yet another extension but a few days is a done deal.
Well I am a little relieved that most of the board do not see this the same way I do and hope we have someone with more money winning the auction. I do agree with you that even if it is Wits it is not the end of the world but you may need to wait six months to a year or so to see any real rise in the share price which also does not bother me too much i have the time. I just find it very interesting that they have their caution warning on the anaversary of our BRP publish date. We should know by tonight.
Love the hockey games they have all been excellent I'm hoping it goes to seven games in Chicago and the Hawks take the cup home...I just can't take the boy's at work getting another Boston cup...the summer is just too long to enjure their bragging. Have a good one N.
Nogtiations would have been completed with the other two potential buyers but Wits price per share and press release can not be released until GBG release their BRP so it is possible that Wits won the auction. I hope not but as I said before them sending a caution to their shareholders on the same day the GBG BRP is to be released is an amazing coincedence.
If this was going to .75 a share we would have huge volume right now and be at a few cents a share...not going to happen...wish it would but .75 PPS is not in my universe I'm hoping we see .03 - .05 when this is all done.
I agree with you but do think this is no coincidence I just hope we get a few cents per share but equity may be thrown out with the dirty dish water here. Out of our control at this point we will just need to take what is given to us...if anything.

Sounds like the same voyage my little GBG shares are going through hoping to find lotus land when the fog rises and not an iceberg. The fog is thickest before the dawn and we should know one way or the other by next Wednesday or so. Thought you were going camping bucko better get out there.
Awesome article. Thank you.
Reading the rest of the Motion Finny has it right they are just looking to distribute the $19,782,507.00 from the sale outside of the BRP to save some cash for the creditors. Hollister is still gone to Waterton. Was looking good there for a moment...now back to Burnstone.
