I lol'd.
This one is no better, with less liquidity.
••••Complete and utter carnage.••••
Worst stock in the sector for shareholders.
Just when it seems things couldn't get worse...
...they get far worse.
Nobody is touching this when it's this blatantly manipulated, facing tremendous dilution and that horrific reverse split.
Time to accept it.
I haven't seen an eliquid container without childproofing in two years.
Using childproof bottling is a common sense practice that has long been adopted by 90% of distributors.
This July 2016 deadline isn't going to move the meter.
lol Noting in that post qualifies anything I said as untrue.
But yeah yeah sure... Carry on..
That was actually my point. Sorry you missed it.
lol A "nice price" doesn't exist in the .30s after going "all in at $1.20."
Frankly, no stock that routinely struggles to trade $10k a day is the best of anything.
Is it even going to break $1,000 today for that matter?
Aside from that - why have such interest in a company that can be so easily stomped to death by any number of highly established competitors?
Where is the intellectual property?
Nothing proprietary -> Nothing to invest in.
Buyout would come at an equivalent price not higher than .08 a share.
Bagholders are going to be completely obliterated by this thing one way or another.
There's always the possibility that they're building a position for some"one" too, I suppose.
The only reason I say that is because Sleek sold all of his shares...so I could see the trend reversing as the entire world seeks to do the opposite of whatever Sleek does.
Who knows.
It's Maxim Group. I don't know what the hell Maxam is though.
Sometimes it indicates institutional shorting...which I suppose jives with the recent spec re "Anson Fund."
This is absolutely hilarious.
Lessons learned in dolLOLland.
I remember my first beer.
One more thing for that list:
"All in at $1.20. $5 by December 2015."
I've never seen so many confused, unfortunate investors.
TRTC is THE bagholder stock of the cannabis sector.
How is it possible to buy ten shares when only one is for sale?
TRTC: Still in dolLOLland.
Crazy how predictable this pump & dump is for some of us.
Can't help but wonder how many lulzy hype fails one penny stock can produce all by itself...many more to come, I'm sure.
Don't get trapped. Filings point to this being the worst bagholder stock in the entire sector.
Same ol stepdown pattern this thing has traded from the tops down since the start.
Read the filings.
Recognize manipulation.
Don't get trapped.
lol Right - I'm sure they just put the VERY SPECIFIC RS language in the filings for fun. I mean, it's a penny stock guys...penny stock companies RARELY do stock splits (LOLJK).
Noooo worries. Right?
The implications re-exposed in your post are even more horrific for shareholders now than they were when we brought this info to the board a few quarters ago.
Glad to see this stuff ultimately being more widely acknowledged, even if it was adamantly denied for a year first.
And according to recent filings, it's more relevant and has more credence than ever.
Glad we could point that out. Thanks.
•••ARTICLE ON TRTC•••
Believe it or not, the truth about TRTC has been known for years... It's a shame today's investors didn't catch this before committing to the trap:
http://seekingalpha.com/article/2256753-terra-tech-a-natural-born-capital-killer
Rough. This stock is getting hated on all over the web. It's a shame it took investors so long to realize that they've been getting had.
All they needed to do was read our posts and/or THE FILINGS.
Oh well.
I'd still stick to that in the mid-term... .15 even.
Fact is, this is running the same stepdown pattern every pennystock trades through under these conditions. Don't be fooled.
Insane amount of dumping today. Even with all the effort to bolster price, MMs couldn't hold'er up.
Each day it will be more and more difficult for them to sustain price while facilitating the disbursal of tens upon tens of millions of dilutive shares...eventually the bottom will fall out in a tremendous way.
READ THE FILINGS.
Don't get trapped.
I'd start by reading the filings, and more importantly find a way to UNDERSTAND what the filings are saying.
There is not a long term investor in this stock that has read and understands the filings...because those that do understand the filings would never hold this as a long term investment.
Just FYI.
This is headed much much lower folks.
lol Maybe they'll donate some to a food bank like they did back in 2014.
Seriously - who donates perishables void of nutrition to a food bank!?!
And didn't they even PR that nonsense? L O L
This company is such a joke.
The SEC will beat the brakes off this one in no time.
Grab some popcorn.
It's only a matter of time buddy.
READ THE FILINGS
Glad to see fewer people falling for it this time.
We all know this is headed for the gutter.
Another flawless exit alert.
CONGRATS TRADERS.
Overall, this is headed muuuucchh lower.
Don't get trapped folks.
Time to take profits on today's trade.
CONGRATS TRADERS.
You can't be serious right now.
I lol'd.
Weird to hear that now...considering that's what we've warned of for months...to much criticism.
Next time READ THE FILINGS.
Okay - I'll give you that. That was f'ed up...but when it comes down to it, it's not that that has resulted it your losses.
I honestly cannot grasp why anyone would be mad at DP. The guy is just playing the capitalist game for what it's worth.
The only person a bagholder has to be pissed at is them self. In essence, the filings state loud and clear that "this isn't a viable investment. If you treat this as an investment, you will be far more likely than not to lose your money."
Don't blame DP et al.; they warned you.
Thanks for the shoutout.
Um...actually that's a pretty darn good indicator that it was in fact the only significant order.
What kind of logic is that anyway man?
Not for the reason TRTC is though.
Soooo much more dilution going forward that will continue to dominate price action. Throw in the horrible financial performance of TRTC in general and there's nothing at all capable of holding this up.
Headed for .15. Don't get trapped.
Not happening in 2016.
