bought 3K at .085, after ABLE backed off to .089. NITE moved to .089 right after the trade executed.
BMAS just moved back to .085, NITE to .089
BMAs just moved to .10, NITE backed off to .12
Positions on the ask are now:
Able at .089,
UBSS at .09,
BMAS at .10
NITE at .12
I'm watching to see where this is at at 3:15 or so. Let's hope this is not bad.
I guess we need to see if BMAS starts backing off on the ask side... GLTA
Thanks Gotinearly
Looks like ABLE has just taken a position on the bid at .075
The 25K, 14K and 5400 share trades were the ones that were paired. When did your 400 shares execute?
possible reality check - those really large trades today were paired.
Yes, trading looks very thin today, testing the upside now.
Correction / ask released to .07 as 9K share trade was executed...
9K trade at .06 (ask) / Noting that ARCA is now gone and replaced by NITE on the ask. Not quite sure when this occurred.
If folks are watching this, please post the trading activity and changes in bid/ask if you would please. Thanks.
12500 shares .06 at 11:25:31 (ask)
Bid moves to .0599
Very quick trade sequence a few minutes ago (11:00 eastern):
1) started at .07 x .06 ( I literally just arrived at the computer). TD Ameritrade level II shows .06 x .17 (They often have bad Level II and bid/ask data.)
2) trade at .062 (inbetween bid/ask)
3) trade at .06 (bid)
4) bid/ask immediately change to .05 x .06 / ARCA shows up on the ask with a 10K lot - twice standard size)
5) NITE moves in on the bid side at .0575
6) More trades at .06 (ask), including a 27K share block.
7) After 27K block executes (11:04:17 eastern per TD Ameritrade), bid/ask move to .0575 x .07
8) bid/ask change to .0575 x .17 on TD Ameritrade as ARCA readjusts block on the ask to 5K (standard size). Correct ask is still .06. 5K trade executes at .06 at 11:05:03 [ask]
9) TD Ameritrade bid/ask correct to .0575 x .06 (verified by Scottrade data) at 11:05:17
10) trade executes at .06 at 11:15:02 (ask)
addendum: The TD Ameritrade data shows .05 x .06 on the quote screen one usually uses to place trades, in addition to the streaming data.
I confirm that PAPS is seeing TD Ameritrade at .05 x .06. Note that this brokerage's data has a reputation for being notoriously bad.
I"m seeing two trades at below the ask (both at .06). Are you folks seeing the same data? TIA
Has anyone talked to Don Robbins about this?
A couple of questions:
1) How many calls were placed recently to Goleta (i.e., Is it possible that the phone was not being answered temporarily as opposed to a permanent routing to message machines?)
2) Who made the last call to Don Robbins and when did this occur?
THanks
Pat: Thanks for the pm. It does look like something they would have normally taken out. I cannot post private messages myself. However, Steve has my email so he might be able to facilitate us communcating. Regards,
Where did you set the price, if I may ask? TIA
looks like a flip trade (15K sell, 15K buy). Unfortunately, it also looks as though BMAS is back. Has anyone checked to see if the share count has changed?
Thanks, they seem to be located right inbetween LTC and La Jolla Securities...
Note on Market Maker BMAS - BMA Securities, located in the Rolling Hills, CA area (greater Los Angeles, if I'm correct). Do you folks know anything about them? TIA
NITE sitting on the ask, trade executed at .08 (ask)
now ABLE on the bid at .065, UBSS and ABLE on the ask at .09 if my data is correct.
BMAS has left the market maker stack on the ask
bid just raised to .0625 (NITE)
trade at .0651; trade at .065, bid dropped to .06, 2K share trade at .06
I see 920 and 600 share trades at .07. What trade are you seeing?
Thanks for posting that poleman. Those types of posts might help us determine when this thing is actually going to make a move (i.e., pressure up or down).
Are you folks showing a large aftermarket trade at .0678 ?
Are you able to tell which MM or brokerage executed that .06 trade? My TD Ameritrade data (often funky, as everyone knows), has been showing HDSN and ALBE at .06 for some time today.
BMAS looks like it's trying to push this down again - sitting on the ask.
Jagman does have a point, IMO. Remember that this got hammered three times last year. The first occurred about a year ago now, and during this first run, CTGI/CTUM was on the naked short list for a month. I seem to think that ABLE was the one that was working the price down, which raises the possibility that they were the naked short. The second two "workings down" were done more skillfully - If my recollection is correct, HDSN very skillfully worked this down by manipulating / controlling both the bid and ask for several weeks, and UBSS then took over when this went under $1 (approximately)
Just an observation - There are now 5 market makers (NITE, BMAS, UBSS, VERT, ABLE)trying to hold this at .09-.092. Still no trades executed so far today.
bid now .085
If dilution is taking place, we should probably confirm the outstanding share count. I do realize that dilution outside of normal share count can occur...
MM BMAS is trying to sit on this again. Need to watch how quickly they back off when trades execute at the ask, IMO.
correction - generator and two forceps are in the current BioFuse system...
THis might be old news, but I just noticed that the LTC site says that the generator is currently being marketed (i.e., it looks like the company is in active sales phase) and has the product name BioFuse FWIW
correction - bid raised to .105 by PERT
